OMP constructed a Garden Room for us Oct 2025- March 2026. It was work taken on at short notice and in often poor weather. We are left with a quality building and pleasant memories of skillful tradespeople and an imaginative and willing company.

We had OMP building services do an extension for us, we are so happy with the work carried out from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

The team couldn’t have been lovelier or more helpful- repaired holes in our pointing to a great standard, and cleaned up after themselves too. Highly recommend OMP 😊

OMP Services were excellent. They repaired our brick wall securely and matched the bricks to raise the wall by several courses. They did the job quickly and efficiently, and communication was great on what was a tricky job. Tidying up and checking customer satisfaction at the end also gave good confidence. A team of friendly and expert guys!

OMP Building Services provided a great service converting unused kitchen side door to pantry. They removed the old door, bricked up the gap, plastered and levelled the floor. Great communication throughout. Very pleased with the result.

Awful Had OMP quote to remove a wall, was told 4 days work with 2-3 men. Initially they said they would be out on X date, my husband contacted the night before to ask for a time, was told they would not be out due to delays on another job, was told be out next day. Contacted the night before again, told again, job overrun would be next day... We then had an old guy turn up to take the wall down on his own. He asked my husband to help remove waste in rubble sacks, called him to ask him to come and help him install concrete lintels because his labourer hadn't turned up, he knocked down an outside lamp when finally leaving the job, 11 days later We were quoted for a steel RSJ being installed, told that building control would be dealt with, told a structural engineer would be consulted. They did none of this, instead they installed concrete lintels which we were later told may not be compliant for the load/span. I queried it at the time (lack of structural engineer consult and install of lintel over steel RSJ) and was told it wasn't "deemed necessary". They still wanted to charge the full amount though... They did not "make good walls and ceilings ready for decoration" like they said and quoted for either. The guy on site wanted £100 cash to level the floor which, was already included in the quote. When I asked about the ceiling being "made good" his response was "I'm not here for ceilings". The plasterer then looked at the quote and saw ceilings were included and explained how he would fix the damage left from wall removal but then went home and never came back. All of this was put to OMP who said they would come out to put right the walls/ceilings but then failed to communicate again, when that would be (said evenings at the weekend but by the Thurs they hadn't been out still then on the Thurs when chased up said it would be Sunday morning...) By the Friday we had instructed our own structural engineer after being told by several different contractors on site undertaking other renovation works that there's no way a lintel should have been used, they were usually used for going over windows/doors. Structural engineer attended and was "surprised" at lintel but said depending on spec it may be ok. He called OMP to ask the spec to find a very defensive person on the phone mocking who he was (self employed/worked for himself) and undermining his experience etc and mocking us for instructing him as it was "pointless". OMP were told we simply needed the receipt for the lintels used (they installed 2 for some reason, one on top of each other) and after some back and forth this was sent however, for only one lintel, not two. Not convinced it was actually a receipt for OUR order/work, I sent it to the structural engineer who did the load calculation and said it was *just* within load span range which, thankfully meant the whole thing didn't have to come out and be started again. OMP failed to liaise with building control and when the structural engineer asked them about this they responded "that's their job" (ours) but they NEVER told us we had to do that and it was actually in the quote that they would do it The entire thing was stressful, unprofessional and I would absolutely never recommend them for anything like this type of work. I have seen the 100+ great reviews (before I went ahead and booked them) and cannot understand how we could have had such a different (and awful) experience with the same company. Hence concluding they must have outsourced the work I ended up taking £200-300 off the price in the end as we had to get the structural engineer out ourselves (£225) building control application (£281) and get a plasterer to do the work to make good (£100)

We engaged the team at OMP to replace two unsightly flat roofs at the rear of our home; this was a significant project and the team rose to the challenge. I cannot express how happy I am with the outcome. The team were tremendous, the carpenters Markus and Eddie had to cut all the angles by eye to ensure that the new additions joined seamlessly with the existing roof, the result was of such a high standard it was almost a shame to cover it. The lead man, again the results are perfect, with him making a few additions to further enhance durability. The real star, the roofer Scott, his skill and attention to detail is second to none, and the result speaks for itself. Here it is also important to remember the hidden workers, Lauren the lady that runs the office and ensures all goes smoothly, ensuring supplies are delivered when required and keeping the customer (me) fully up to date. And let's not forget the owners of OMP Oliver & Leon who played a very active part in the whole process. I have no reservations in recommending the team at OMP.

We asked OMP Building Services to quote for a replacement brick wall, we met with Oliver who was extremely helpful in helping us decide on what we wanted nothing was to much. The work was carried out exactly as his specifications and the site tidied up afterwards. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the outcome and would recommend OMP Building Services.

Leon and his team were amazing from start to finish, very professional, polite easy to talk to. Leon kept us informed of what he was doing and when. Both roofs were finished to a very high standard. Would highly recommend 5*

Great service from OMP from start to finish. Good communication from the get go right up to completion of work. The work itself (lead flashing replacement) has been done to a high standard and the builders were polite and courteous throughout. Would happily recommend for anyone and would use their services again for sure.

Brilliant workmen, today, kind and informative! They did a great job at removing an old door, blocking it up (linking it to the rest of the brickwork) and plastering it over! Would highly recommend and will use them again!

Recently had OMP out to carry out some work on my shop premises after being let down by a previous company, fantastic guys and they did an amazing job, won’t hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend them to anyone.
