Tees Valley Refurbishments Ltd

We are very happy with our new bathroom! The work was carried out in yarm and was far easier than we had imagined. They were very helpful with the ideas and ensured that everything was in place. Great looking now and we are very pleased with it.

We had our bathroom fitted by Tees Valley Refurbishments at our home in Yarm nearly two years ago and it still looks fantastic. The standard of workmanship was excellent, particularly the tiling, and the whole job was handled very professionally. Everything was kept clean and tidy, they were reliable throughout and communication was always very good, with regular photo updates as the work progressed. We’re still extremely pleased with the bathroom and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. We’ve already recommended them to friends and family. I only wish more tradespeople would take a leaf out of their book.

I had high hopes about the way our bathroom would look after we refurbished it given the reputation Deyan and his team have, but boy did they blow me away at the end. Most importantly my wife was just as pleased with the result if not more. Deyan was very easy to deal with, understood what we wanted from the get go and carried out the work with little to no oversight, as we were away on vacation while most of the work was being done.

Great guy, Great job, definitely recommend.

From start to finish we have had exceptional service getting a new shower enclosure and panels fitted. Deyan came round to do the quote and was able to advise us on what was needed and what wasn’t, ultimately helping us to save money, and again in the quotation he made us aware that the size of shower we had requested would cost hundreds of pounds more than the standard fitting and we could save this money by reducing the shower base by a few centimetres. He didn’t have to do this so it felt like he had our best interests at heart. We were booked in within a couple of weeks and the job was completed within two days. Deyan and Kev were friendly and kept us up to date on their progress and checked in with any decision making. They kept the bathroom tidy and useable overnight and vacuumed the stairs and landing both days (I think that is worth mentioning!) They did a really thorough and professional job and everything was easy and straightforward for us. We are so pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend this company to family and friends 😊

Deyan and Kev have done an amazing job with my bathroom refurbishment. Fantastic guys - highly skilled, helpful, responsive, fastidious and pleasant to be around. I can't praise Deyan enough.

Deyan and his team are amazing, from the initial contact request through their website and their speedy response I was very impressed, they are extremely professional and a pleasure to speak to, they gave great advice for my project and I was able to understand how and why everything was recommended and why it was needed, they were honest and reliable and their workmanship is second to none, I will definitely use Tees Valley Refurbishments again, I urge everyone to take a look at their website, the before and after pictures were the reason I contacted them as it’s a rare thing to see, Thank you Deyan and team.

Deyan is a friendly, polite and likeable guy who puts the customer first. Often, once a quote has been agreed, a fitter might aim for an early finish and a fast profit. Deyan concentrates on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The work took three weeks and Deyan and Kev were courteous and hard working throughout, finishing on schedule and exactly on budget, despite having to deal with one or two snags (not of their making) on the way. The finish was faultless with excellent attention to detail. I would highly recommend Tees Valley Refurbishments.

We are very happy with service provided by Tees Valley Refurbishments, they did our main bathroom,2 shower rooms, cloackroom tiling of living room and hallway, even tiled skirting boards ( they so practical to clean ) They were very professional, tidy, reliable . We wouldnt hesitate to use them again in future if needed,

Absolutely amazing work from Deyan. Totally transformed my bathroom in a day for a very reasonable price and I left them the key whilst I was at work. They installed a new bath and sink and removed the old ones. They tidied up and left me a lovely new bathroom. I can’t recommend them enough!

Deyan and the team did a great job with our bathroom in Thornaby. We chose large-format tiles, so having a highly skilled tiler was really important, and the finish looks excellent. Everything was completed to a very high standard. They were reliable, tidy and professional throughout the whole job. I would happily recommend Tees Valley Refurbishments Ltd to anyone looking for a bathroom fitter.

Amazing service from Deyan and Kev, good communication and very professional. Left everything clean and tidy when they left every day. We had both our bathroom and en-suite done at the same time and absolutely love them. I would highly recommend

A genuinely lovely team of contractors who were really nice to have in the house and very professional. Their work was to the highest standard, the work was completed quickly and they were always tidy and always cleaned up before leaving. Their pricing was really good too. I had a bathroom that had been badly installed and badly tiled. It all needed to come off and start again. Other contractors were hesitant about taking it on or were over-pricing for the job. TVR were really good with us and understood our dilemma. More than just doing a good job Deyan kept making invaluable creative design suggestions and giving us options - without impacting on the price. They genuinely are looking to help you and nothing is too much trouble. I will definitely use them again.

These 2 guys did a fab job in my bathroom. Very efficient cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely be using them again xx

We recently purchased a property and decided to upcycle the existing kitchen rather than replace it, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Deyan and Kev fitted new worktops, a sink, tap, end panels, and completed all the installation work in a single day. They even put some cupboards back on the wall that had come down during the rewire. The transformation is incredible – it genuinely makes the kitchen look brand new. We also had a custom-built hallway cupboard made, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. Deyan and Kev took the time to discuss exactly how we wanted it to look and function, and the finished result fits perfectly into the space. It’s been completed to an exceptionally high standard and is ready for painting. In addition, they fitted new skirting boards, which look completely seamless and have been expertly prepared for decorating. Every aspect of the work has been carried out with great attention to detail. What really stood out was their professionalism. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, kept everything tidy throughout, and regularly checked in to make sure we were happy with the work as it progressed. They left absolutely no mess behind – they even hoovered the driveway before they left! We are absolutely delighted with everything they’ve done and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Deyan and Kev clearly take great pride in their work, and it shows in the finished results. We’re already looking forward to having them back for future projects, including a new bathroom. Thanks both !

Amazing service - had a complete bathroom refurb and the end result is incredible. Left the property nice and tidy. Communication was excellent, kept us updated everyday on the progress. Would highly recommend.

Tees Valley Refurbishments are spot on. We needed a shower replaced and they came back quick, worked with us on type and colours and did the job on time. Will definitely use them again.

I recently used Tees Valley Refurbishments and couldn't be happier with the service. From the start, they provided excellent technical advice that helped me make the right decisions for the project. Their quote was very competitive, and they stuck to the agreed timescale perfectly. What really impressed me was the finish; once the job was done, they thoroughly cleaned the bathroom and removed all debris from the site. Professional, reliable, and tidy—I highly recommend them!" Had quite a bit of work done by Tees Valley Refurbishments at our place in Norton and couldn’t be happier. They carried out a full bathroom refurbishment for us, including the bathroom installation and all the bathroom fitting work, and everything was done properly from start to finish with great attention to detail. They also built a downstairs toilet from scratch where there wasn’t one before, including the walls, pipework, tiling and fitting. On top of that, they fitted our new kitchen as well. The bathroom came out spot on, with really clean tiling and a proper finish, and the new downstairs toilet has made a big difference to the house. The kitchen fitting was done to a very good standard too. Reliable, tidy, and easy to deal with throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Having trusted Deyan and his team with different jobs including bathroom and kitchen renovations, I strongly recommend their services to anyone seeking experienced professionals providing high-end craftsmanship. Combining attention to detail, quality of execution together with adequate advice and delivery of the work within budget and on time, makes Tees Valley Refurbishments a winner! Thank you Deyan and looking forward to the next project together!

Deyan and Kevin from Tees Valley Refurbishments carried out a full bathroom refurbishment for us in Middlesbrough and we are really pleased with the result. The job involved a complete strip-out of the old bathroom and installing a new bath, vanity unit, toilet, towel rail and wall tiling. The quality of the work and the attention to detail with the tiling is excellent and the finished bathroom looks modern and very well done. Both Deyan and Kevin were professional, kept everything tidy and explained what was happening during the work. I would happily recommend Tees Valley Refurbishments to anyone looking for a reliable bathroom fitter in the Middlesbrough or Teesside area.

Deyan and Kevin have done an amazing job of refitting our bathroom. Excellent job, nothing is too much trouble, attention to detail, polite and so clean and tidy. Thanks, we really appreciate what you’ve done, it’s transformed.

We had our bathroom refurbished by Deyan quite a while ago now and we’re still really pleased with how it’s turned out. The whole job was done professionally and to a very high standard. The tiling and plumbing were spot on, and everything still looks great today. He kept things tidy and was easy to deal with throughout. It’s nice to see that after some time everything is still holding up perfectly. We’d happily recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable bathroom fitter.

We had our bathroom wall panels replaced with tiles and Deyan and his team did an excellent job from start to finish.Had a minor problem with water leakage a few months later not related to the tiling but Deyan quickly responded and sorted it out.Great communication with customers. We highly recommend Tees Valley Refurbishments Ltd

I live in London, but Tees Valley Refurbishments recently renovated my parents’ main bathroom in Teesside. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. The team were especially patient and respectful with my elderly parents, which meant a lot to us. The work was completed to a very high standard. The tiling is exceptional and the bathroom has been fitted beautifully. They also helped recommend the fixtures and grout, and everything works perfectly together. My parents are absolutely delighted with the result, and I’m very grateful for the care and professionalism shown throughout the project. I would highly recommend them.

Outstanding work carried out by Deyan, from start to finish he kept me in the loop with what he was going to do, made sure I was happy with things each day and helped talk though my options. Great communication over the phone as well when first planning it all. Will 100% be coming back to Tees Valley refurbishments for my future work

I employed Deyan and Tees Valley Refurbishments to install a new bathroom for me recently and had to leave this positive review following completion, Deyan was from the beginning a great choice, he helped plan with me the design, gave great advice on materials build etc and was a great help before the install even started. On time, clean and tidy after each days work, The finished bathroom was amazing and I am so pleased with the quality of finish and attention to detail with the tilling especially. I am delighted to recommend Deyan and Tees Valley refurbishments.

Would highly recommend Tees Valley Refurbishments to anyone who wants their bathroom doing. Deyan was fantastic to deal with throughout the project, always helpful and answered any questions we had. We were thrilled that the job came in on time and budget. The finish was to an excellent standard.

We contacted Deyan after receiving many quotes for our new bathroom. We were in the middle of renovating our full house but our bathroom was a priority first. Deyan came out following many other tradesmen but he convinced us straight away. His warm, friendly nature was reassuring as the bathroom we had in front of us was not ideal. Deyan was not the cheapest out of the quotes but we could tell looking at his work and the way he spoke about things that he would do us a good job. Deyan completed the work whilst we were both out of our home working. We gave him our house key and could trust him 100%. We ordered our furniture and items through plumbcity and Deyan did the rest. Deyan likes everything to be perfect. He is very precise and particular in his work which really showed in the end result. Deyan did an absolutely amazing job of our bathroom. He really transformed it for us and we can’t recommend him enough. Please don’t think twice if you’re wanting a quality job done. He’s the real deal. Pictures below. Look at that! Thank you Deyan!

Great work, attention to detail. Work done on time and left bathroom tidy at end of each day. Couldn't ask for better service.

I can highly recommend these guys. Punctual, professional and the work standard is just amazing.
