Bathroom Centre Liverpool

Absolutely in love with the work the guys did here. Took my dingy old boring bathroom with no shower into a beautiful BATH room and I can't commend them enough. They worked quickly and efficiently left no mess and the communication was 5⭐ at every point. Heavily reccomend

Highly recommended! We’re absolutely thrilled with our new bathrooms (main bathroom and en suite). Carl, Chris, Harvey, and Tony were fantastic: professional, thorough, and always punctual. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The fittings are top quality, and the overall value was great.

Just had my 20 odd year old bathroom ripped out back to bare brick by these guys, and a beautiful new walk-in shower suite installed. All done cleanly and to time by the fitters Callum, Chris and Harvey, and the tilers, Tony and Lee. Communication from Carl was ace throughout. I well recommend Bathroom Centre Old Swan .Thank you all.

Great customer service

Brilliant service from start to finish. Carl was very helpful in the shop advising on bathroom and accessories. Chris and Harvey worked non stop fitting two bathrooms. Work was of a very high standard and house was kept clean throughout. Really professional, would highly recommend. Thankyou

Harvey did a great job on our bathroom install, worked hard and was reliable, did the job in the agreed timescale, and came back to fix a small issue we had following the install.

I had a few changes to my bathroom so it wasn't a full refurb. Only needed shower doors & sink unit but added a black marble wall panel over white tiles. My bathroom is black & white so the wall panel looks stunning with the white sink & unit on. The Lads worked hard & were very friendly & polite. Carl the Manager was always available to help with any enquiries I had. I would definitely recommend this company.

Brilliant service so efficient, brilliant job and so professional. I would recommend the company to everyone. 11 out of 10 fantastic job all round

Super transformation. The old bathroom was drab and dated. Today it is a fantastic light and airy room. We are so happy. The team worked brilliantly together. I would highly recommend using this company. Thank you.

Thank you to the whole team. Excellent service from start to finish. No hard sell from Chris in the showroom. Carl and Harvey, the bsthroom fitters, couldn't be more friendly and professional. All work completed to a high standard, no mess left. Tony the tiler is a master at his trade. The plastering team clean and tidy. I would recommend The Bathroom Centre as the go to in Liverpool, can't fault them

Very happy with our bathroom suite and fittings. Great service from start to finish. Carl & Harvey were very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend the bathroom centre.

We’re super happy with our bathroom renovation! They did an excellent job, and the results are even better than we expected. The team was professional, efficient, and really paid attention to detail. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Great communication and a smooth process all the way through. Highly recommend

I cannot praise this company enough. Carl Chris Harvey and Tony really are the dream team. I had 3 bathrooms renovated everything was fitted to the highest standard. They arrived when they said they would and cleaned up every single night. The bathrooms look absolutely amazing. I am delighted.

Carl, is a great front man. He didn't pressure us with any up-selling. He listened to what we wanted and saved us money. We couldn't of asked for more. Chris and Harvey where great.. very professional, happy workers. They where lighthearted and worked quickly, always cleaned up after themselves and never left without checking with us that we where happy with how things where progressing. We are very very pleased with our new bathroom. Plasters and tiller also worked to the same high standards. Well done all. We fully recommend this company and all who work both them.

A five star review, staff were very helpful, went above and beyond installing our bathroom suite, wonderful product selection and a marvellous crew. Special thanks to Harvey, Carl and Sean for their hard work. Would highly recommend these guys

The guys from the Bathroom Centre from start to finish did a fantastic job. Very happy with the work done.

Couldn’t be happier with the service received from everyone involved. Carl, Chris and Harvey couldn’t be more helpful, fantastic before and aftercare and a lot of care taken over our property as we’d just had new floors installed. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Update (Following me adding this review, Bathroom Centre did come back to me and sounded genuinely sorry, which was positive. By this time our bathroom tray had settled itself so we still have a stunning bathroom and no issues at all so I would definitely recommend their work. On reflection, I should have chased them up at the office instead of texting the plumber, so it was partially my own fault therefore I have updated to 5 stars) Would have loved to have given 5 stars but have to give an honest review. They gave us a new bathroom and its stunning. It wasn't cheap but definitely value for money however here comes the downfall. On completion we were told if there were any teething issues to get in touch and they would sort them out. You expect some kind of aftercare when you get a big job like this done, especially where plumbing is concerned. Anyway this is where one star is dropped. There was a small issue we had with the shower tray fitting. It was popping and we were worried to cause damage if we left it. So we stopped using the shower and popped into the store and told them. I was told we would here back. We never heard anything so I text the plumber just to check he got the message. Still nothing. Its been approx a month and nobody got back to us to ask what was happening. I can't help feel its job done and no aftercare. Disappointed as I wanted to recommend them to staff at work plus MIL but just can't risk it now.

Picked bathroom centre Liverpool because of the reviews. And I was not disappointed. Everything from start to finish was excellent. From carl in the showroom, giving advice on different ways of furnishing the bathroom, to all the lads who worked on it,and were all lovely to deal with and have in our home. Especially chris an Harvey, the main installation team who made it a pleasant experience and have done a super job. Would have no problem recommending them 100%,and would definitely use again if needed.

Very happy with the new bathroom. Finished ahead of schedule and all the work was done to a high standard. Carl, Harvey and Chris were super helpful and professional throughout. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent and reliable company. Great service from Chris, added little extras to make my bathroom just perfect, good communication with Carl, replied every message and query. Four months later no issues, bathroom still looks like new. Thank you guys!

Recently we had our bathroom modernised. Bathroom Centre Liverpool did an outstanding job: from day 1 when we went to the showroom to have a chat with Harvey, followed by a visit from Carl, and the job done in 3 days by Chris and Harvey. They were extremely attentive to details, and sorted also some issue around:) Everyone is extremely professional, and we love our new bathroom! Thank you guys. Graham&Ilaria

The team of Harvey worked very hard and conscience from start to finish the result is brilliant I would recommend their services. First class job the company must be proud.

Can't speak highly enough of Carl, Chris and Harvey - what a team. Professional, courteous, great eye for detail and oh so helpful. Can't leave without thanking the tiler too - lovely work! We love our bathroom and the work the BCL team have done for us 👌

Absolute legends. Could not be happier with the quality of the work, products, timing and overall service from Chris, Harvey, Carl and Tony. Our bathroom is absolutely beautiful and I could stay in the awesome shower all day! These guys really care about what they do, as well as being considerate, hard-working, tidying up after themselves, lovely and a good laugh. If only they did more than bathrooms.

Great service from start to finish, Chris helped us choose the right options from start to finish, he and the team we're brilliant through the full install, everything finished to a high standard with no delays or issues. Can highly recommend

We recently had our bathroom renovated by the Bathroom Centre, and the entire experience was nothing short of fantastic! Upon entering their showroom, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff who guided us through the process without any sales pressure. Carl was incredibly attentive to our needs, assisting us in selecting the perfect items within our budget. He made the entire process effortless, ensuring our satisfaction every step of the way. The bathroom installation team was exceptional. They arrived punctually, worked diligently, and completed the project efficiently while treating our home with respect, always leaving the area tidy. Communication with the company was consistently excellent, keeping us well-informed throughout. Our new bathroom is a true delight. The Bathroom Centre's dedication to quality and exceeding customer expectations shines through. I highly recommend the Bathroom Centre and look forward to engaging them for our next project. A big thank you to Carl and the team for bringing our vision to life.

Would recommend the bathroom centre from carl in the showroom .. chris harvey the tiler all excellent and professional .. just worked really hard and tidied up after themselves happy customer 👍

Had little knowledge of new bathroom fixtures when we went in, but they had some good advice on our choice of toilet, washbasin and shower. Also on the choice of shower board design and cost of panels. In the end they supplied all of our fittings and panels and were very happy about the cost. Good service and price, what more could you ask for..

can't rate these people high enough more than happy with my new bathroom super efficient friendly all mess cleared up would never go anywhere else .Marie Traynor

I couldn't recommend these guys enough they've just finished a bathroom for me and fitted a sink in my outbuilding and I'm over the moon with what they've done. Super professional and nice guys. They did an amazing job and completed on time. Thanks so much to Carl, Chris, Harvey and all the guys who worked on my bathroom I'll definitely be recommending to family and friends!

The guys at Bathroom Centre Liverpool were exceptional from start to finish. They were extremely helpful during the design process, advising on how to make the best use of the space and which were the best value fittings to buy. The fitters, plasterers and tilers worked efficiently and to a high standard, producing a stunning bathroom that finished a day ahead of schedule. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service. Nothing was too much for Chris and Harvey. Bathroom looks amazing!

Superb, can't recommend enough. Excellent experience from start to finish. Showroom is great and you can browse at your leisure but staff will helpfully answer any questions and offer good advice. Huge range to choose from including catalogues of items not on show and they will check to see if they can get at better rates. Fitting was top notch and everyone friendly and worked brilliantly. The entire bathroom was ripped out including all old fittings snd new pipes, electrics, plastering, tiles, ceiling and lights fitted. Fantastic price for such a huge job and the excellent professional service. Bathroom looks amazing and would say this is the first and last place anyone needs to go.

Really happy with my renovated downstairs WC. Excellent service from all involved including meeting Carl to design and then Chris and Harvey ripping out and fitting as well as their colleagues who plastered and tiled. Would highly recommend. Thanks.

Chris, Carl and the team was absolutely brilliant from start to finish doing my bathroom and iam so happy with the outcomes. They went through everything and gone out of their way to make sure all OK and completed the job within the time they said. They are not just good at what they do, but lovely and trusted people. Thank you so much for an excellent job and telling everyone about how amazing you are Afrah :)

The best well stocked bathroom centre. Experienced and friendly owner.

We ordered Rocca toilets couple of months ago with estimated delivery of 3-5 days. On 4th day we get an email that square shape was out of stock so if we like they will ship round ones. In interest of time, we immediately replied to say yes. It has been 2 months since then and there is no sign of toilet. Repeated chasing and emailing has led them to confirm that they can only send the toilets end of 4th week. We then asked to cancel our order however there is no refund. This is a FRAUD to lure customers looking for express delivery and then not honouring the promise on website. The person who answers the phone has not even got an email address on which you could have a communication chain. They still owe us the money and no call back from the shop. It has been more than 2 months. Highly frustrating transaction. Please avoid. We have had wonderful next day delivery experience from other vendors Edited to remove the reference to other suppliers as this not an advert. A genuinely frustrated customer. Trying to get our money back!!!

Just want to say first of all... my hubby and I had a vision of what we wanted for a beautiful bathroom !! After having a meeting with Carl, who by the way went above and beyond !! have used the bathroom center twice now...urgently needed a new shower screen for a walk in shower that was in a very awkward bathroom....contacted the bathroom center as they were local to me and had a lovely conversation with chris..the owner.. who popped round straight away...agreed with me that yes the bathroom was slightly awkward but he had a few ideas...chris contacted me next day with multiple options and prices and installed the option i chose very quickly and professionally at a time of my choosing....very very happy with the workmanship and skill required to fit the screen perfectly.....a very happy customer and will gladly recommend him to anyone, friends and family alike, who needs any bathroom work done...top bloke
