Aquarius Home Improvements Ltd

Absolutely amazing. Brilliant workmanship, and very respectful.

We had our bathroom completely renovated by Aquarius home improvements. Sean and Connor did a fantastic job. They were very respectful and entertaining. It was a pleasure having them in our home. Thank you all

Very happy with my new bathroom completed to a high standard. The whole team provided a very professional service from start to finish. Wayne was happy to discuss requirements and finishes and Jake completed a thorough survey, leaving me feeling reassured that there wouldn’t be any issues upon fitting. Archie and Lewis started work on my bathroom and Andy completed it. They were all super polite, friendly and extremely hardworking. Everything was left neat and tidy at the end of each day, they were very respectful of my property and minded my dog when going in and out, always shutting the door behind them. Even though they work to tight schedules, the finishing touches were very much appreciated! I found them to be skilful and experienced fitters who take pride in their work and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, or use them again.

Aquarious have just completed our new bathroom, we are thrilled with our transformation! We were stuck with what to choose, but from their sales to installation they have been great. Having one company help us choose design and fit everything was really easy. I thoroughly recommend them. The installer John was kind, courteous, considerate, checked and asked questions throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to put another order with them.

We have had a complete bathroom remodel. Absolutely fantastic experience, can highly recommend. Excellent company, brilliant job. Thank you, Dale

The most competitive price offered (and I surveyed quite a bit!), always prompt with communication, the installer was fab and did the full renovation in 5 days. You get a year's warranty. Can definitely recommend for your bathroom job if you're on the fence! Before and after photos show it all!

I had to be patient while I waited for my new ensuite but it was so worth it! Darren did an amazing job, with such professionalism and perfectionism in his work. He was respectful of the property and his housekeeping was second to none. I hope to use Aquarius again in the future and I highly recommend this company to others. Thank you!

10/10 from start to finish with the Bath Out, Shower In package. From the initial consultation discussing exactly what we wanted, to the second visit for measurements, and then the installation itself, the whole process was smooth and professional. The two installers who carried out the work were polite, friendly, and respectful, and they made sure everything was kept clean and tidy throughout. Lewis completed the shower installation and took the time to explain everything clearly before leaving. We are extremely pleased with the finished result and would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a bathroom transformation. 110% recommended!

New Shower and bathroom makeover installed by Aquarius and from start to completion everything has been to a very high standard. Special thanks to Archie and Andy for all the work carried out and providing a very professional service. Very hardworking and trustworthy team. Highly recommend and definitely 5 stars from us *****

Sean did a great job fitting the new bathroom. Looks perfect. The timing was off but not his fault.

Very happy with the completed work. Excellent professionals, polite and attentive. The company delivered on its promise, producing a clean and beautiful job. I recommend them!

Wouldn't recommend this company at all. Check everything and record everything if you decide to go with them. Yes my options were pay more or go elsewhere. They did refund the deposit in the Timeline stated so that's as positive as it got

Absolutely love my new bathroom! From start to finish, the whole experience was seamless and really well managed. A special mention to Dave, the fitter , always punctual, polite, and genuinely friendly, which made a big difference day-to-day. What really stood out was how clean and tidy he kept everything throughout the job, easily the cleanest tradesperson I’ve ever had work in my home. He also went above and beyond by putting the pipework into the walls instead of boxing it in, which has made the final result look so much more sleek and high-end. I’m genuinely so pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend the company to anyone considering a bathroom renovation.

Dave the fitter was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He kept us informed every step of the way with what would be happening each day. He was polite and respectful. The bathroom now looks fabulous and we are extremely pleased.

Although there was a few months wait until installment, once the work was underway, everything went smooth. The biggest positive was our fitter (Simon) he went above and beyond for us, nothing was too much, he is very polite and just an all around great tradesman. Would recommend!

A complete transformation of our tired bathroom! From our first enquiry to installation, we had excellent service.Dave worked tirelessly, his attention to detail was exceptional. Thank you so much.

Extremely happy with our new bathroom. No mess they took every thing away. Ian the fitter did a fantastic job. Saving up for a new kitchen and Aquarius will get the job 👍

Very pleased with the standard and quality of work, and the attention to detail. All completed on time and as planned from quote to installation.

Today the home improvement project is finished - on time and on budget. We are extremely grateful to Aquarius Home Improvements and the master installer Dean Slade. He did excellent work on three bathrooms and a cloakroom. Tiles (floor and walls, including very tricky oversized tiles for one ensuite); replacing and relocating all the bathroom fixtures; installing mirrors, cabinets, hooks etc. Everything finished in less than four weeks, with minimal disruptions, in a friendly and polite way, and everything precisely what we wanted. Five plus stars.

Just had new kitchen fitted would highly recommend this company, all the workmen were lovely and polite, a big shout out to Chris Ty so much Bev and Steve

We’re absolutely delighted with our bathroom renovation by Aquarius Home Improvements. From start to finish, everything ran incredibly smoothly. A special thank you to Darren, who managed the entire week brilliantly with minimal disruption and clear communication throughout. All the staff who came into our home were knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely supportive. They showed great respect for our property, which we really appreciated. We are very, very happy with the final outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. 10 out of 10

Aquarius did a bathroom renovation package for us - really good service from the first enquiry to design, fitting and snagging. Good quality and value.Fitting took longer than planned, but good communication throughout.

We had Darren from aquarius come and fit our new bathroom and it's lovely. Darren was fantastic, very professional and a very clever bloke. He sorted out some issues we had and talked us through everything he was doing. We have nothing but praise for Darren and the work he did for us. Very happy customer. And would recommend no problem. Thanks

Very happy with my bathroom renovation. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and the results are great! The attention to detail, quality of workmanship, and professionalism exceeded my expectations. A huge thank you to Chris for doing such a fantastic job — he was reliable, friendly, and clearly takes great pride in his work. I’m thrilled with the transformation. Highly recommend!

The whole experience of getting our dream bathroom was so easy and pleasant! From the initial consultation to final product, all the staff were amazing! Want to do a special mention for Lewis who did the majority of our bathroom, as he was such a pleasure to have in our home, very polite and professional and always smiling. He was always on time, kept things tidy, and was just great overall! Would 100% recommend this company for any work you need doing!

Excellent job of our downstairs bathroom/wc. Dave the fitter was hard working, took a pride in his work and did a fab job. Definitely recommend.

Thank you to Aquarius for doing a stunning job on fitting my grandparents new bathroom, amazing team of workmen, very pleasant and always there to answer questions. Would recommend to anyone 👏🏼

Professional company. Did exactly what they said they would do. Chris the fitter worked really hard, he was tidy and respectful of our home. They agreed a date, no messing about. Chris was punctual. We're really pleased with our bathroom. We would use them again. Thankyou Aquarius, great job

Aquarius were recommended to us by a family member informing us what a good company they was to work with. Aquarius certainly did not disappoint. Our new bathroom was fitted by Dave, who kept us informed of all developments throughout the work process and his workmanship was excellent, removing all rubbish on a daily bases and leaving the finished works clean. All in all we are really pleased with our new bathroom and would like to thank Dave and all at Aquarius for their professional way of working. Craig and Jan

We're over the moon with the end results of our bathroom. Ashley and others did a fantastic job. It's been done to a great finish and Ashley was clean, tidy and considerate which was a huge help having a newborn in the house!

Just popped in to have look round . No pushy sales ,

Aquarius have done a marvellous job fitting our new bathroom.Work was carried out quickly and professionally and all rubbish taken away. I would certainly recommend them.

Amazing service from start to finish!

Easy to quote, fitter turned up on time to do the work and completed in with a day to spare. Great job.

Anyone thinking of updating their bathroom should give these guys a try. Wayne came round and we picked the units and desired finishes. We did wait about 5 months, but it was well worth the wait. Our fitter was Ashley who was a perfectionist. My house was covered in clean dust sheets, and he was always bright and early and did a full day's work. Tiles were measured for accuracy with a laser, bathroom suite looks brilliant, and he advised having the tiles the other way round so my tiny bathroom appears bigger! Floor levelled and my own floor tiles were fitted as I'd got some left over from my kitchen and didn't want to waste them . I'm over the moon with it! Thanks Ashley and all at Aquarius xx

Aquarius home improvements thankyou yet again for a great job on our cloakroom completed today, Dean has done a fantastic job very professional, very tidy everything done as required, would highly recommend 😉 thankyou.

Just had a new bathroom fitted, bath out and shower in with Aquarius for my mother. Dean worked really hard in the time he was here..transformed the bathroom completely. Excellent work. My mother was comfortable with him, she's not with everyone.Thank you so much..you made it less stressful for us all

We recently had the pleasure of working with Aquarius Home Improvements to renovate our small, outdated bathroom, and the results exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, their team was professional, attentive, and truly skilled at their craft. They transformed our cramped, worn-out space into a stunning, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower that we absolutely love. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship were outstanding. The design recommendations they provided maximised the use of space and incorporated features we hadn’t even thought of. Every step of the process was transparent, from the initial consultation to the final walk-through, and the project was completed within budget. We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom and highly recommend Aquarius to anyone looking for exceptional renovation work. Their expertise and dedication made all the difference, and we’re now enjoying a beautiful, functional space that feels elegant! Their dedication and expertise have truly made our dream bathroom a reality. John and Julie

Andy has just finished fitting my new bathroom. I’m over the moon with it. Nothing was too much trouble and the work done was of the highest standard. Thank you

Fantastic service from start to finish... our fitter Dean was amazing nothing fazed him ... and he was professional ,helpful and informative thoughout ... and with great assistance from Cole too. We are so pleased with everything and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aquarius & Dean to everyone.

Aquarius recently fitted our new bathroom, and we've been impressed with their service from start to finish. The fitters were friendly, approachable, and kept us informed throughout the process. After the installation, we noticed a few minor snags, but as soon as we contacted them, they promptly came back to fix everything. We are extremely happy with our new bathroom and would definitely use Aquarius again for future projects.

We are very pleased with our new bathroom had bath out shower installed, the fitters allways on time kept informed what they were doing, all took pride in their work cleared up all rubbish and cleand up every day.it was a pleasure to meet all the fitters would highly recommend this company

Very happy with the quality of the job. We went for the bath out/shower in package. Looks fantastic. Despite coming across difficulties with dodgy pipe and brickwork from the houses previous owners, no extra charge was added and our installer Shaun cracked on doing a fantastic job. I'd also like to point out just how professional the whole team are, from making my initial call for info, to Wayne coming out to give a quote, Jake completing the survey, obviously Shaun the installer and Abbie in the office, everyone is on the ball and I fully recommend this company. Great work guys, thank you.

We have just had a brand new bathroom put in and are really pleased with the hard work Chris put in and the great service from Aquarius. From the quote to the install, everything was explained to us and we would definitely recommend

I had my En-suite,Main Bathroom,Utility rooms done from Aquarius last year and still one year after they still look has i just had them done, which shows what a good quality service they provide and that is from start to finish and aftercare too. I recommend theme to all . good team of people

Very happy with our decision to have Aquarius fit our bathroom. We now have a lovely walk-in shower instead of a bath and the tiles that we selected are stunning. Dean was an excellent installer, first class workmanship and always willing to listen to us during the project to ensure we were 100% satisfied. Photos of old black and white and new multicoloured porcelain tiles.

Aquarius are great. Because with them you get 2 things you can't easily find elsewhere- freedom to choose what you want, not stuck with a limited range. Second, effective after sales care and service. So I hope to use them for the 3rd time soon

Made an absolutely beautiful job of our bathroom. Great communication throughout, friendly fitters, brilliant finish, and all at a great price. Would strongly recommend.

Recently had a kitchen fitted and cannot fault this company. We needed ceiling re plastering , pipes moved and much more. This company goes above and beyond, so much so that we have booked to have our bathroom done next year

The whole customer experience with Aquarius home improvements was exceptional from start to finish. The sales man Wayne listened to what we were looking for and offered practical advice to help make the best use of the space. He was polite and on time for the appointment and didn’t rush us to a decision. The bathroom fitter Dean was on time and very professional. He was very good at tidying up after himself and was very considerate of any request I made during installation. The finished bathroom is better than I expected and although I have looked hard I haven’t found any problems with the quality of the work. (Old bathroom first photo)

I contacted Aquarius through recommendation from my neighbour. We wanted a "bath out shower in" installation. I was very impressed with the service I received from the first contact with the company. Wayne came out to give us a quote for the installation which we duly accepted. On the date of the installation, our fitter, Jake, arrived at the approximate time given and got to work straight away. Byron arrived a little later to deliver the shower etc. Jake worked tirelessly on both days to ensure we had our shower for the weekend - working until 7.00pm on the Friday night. Jake was polite and friendly. Everything was tidied up and left clean at the end of each day. Jake did a brilliant job. We are very happy with our new shower. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company. From start to finish they offer a brilliant service. Well done to all the team! I love to see a local company doing well. 😊

Really impressed with Aquarius Home Improvements. They have just given our existing bathroom a makeover including a new walk in shower. From the outset very good professional & helpful company. Did everything they said they would & on time. Always answered any queries I had and nothing seemed to much trouble. Great communication to throughout the whole job. Would highly recommend.

Super pleased with my new kitchen/diner completed today. Jake and the team have made a really good job of converting the 2 rooms into one. The work took 4 weeks and Aquarius kept me informed all through the work. Thankyou Aquarius Home Improvements.

My elderly Mother has just had her very old 1950's bathroom completely stripped out and refitted with a fantastic walk in shower vanity sink and wc. We chose a full bathroom package which included everything including wallboards & laminate floorboards. The fitter, David, was a joy to have in the house. Nothing was too much trouble and his workmanship was first class . I rang the office a couple of times with small questions and they were very professional and friendly and never too busy to explain everything. My Mother is over the moon with her new bathroom and I would strongly recommend Aquarius to anyone requiring a good quality, competitively priced bathroom refit. Thankyou David and everyone at Aquarius! I have given full 5 stars but I would give mire if I could 😊

Absolutely love our new bathroom, ok you have to wait a while as they are so busy but its well worth it, a really big shout out to Phil our fitter and Kyle both were professional, respectful, and a pleasure to have in our home , all work was completed to an excellent standard I cannot recommend them highly enough

Overall very happy with the end result, afew hiccups but were straight on to correct any issues, great bathroom fitter, clean tidy polite and very professional, he went the extra mile for us! Office staff were always on hand via email with quick responses 5⭐

Having used Aquarius for various Kitchen and Bathroom projects for the last 10 years, this year they are doing further bathroom and Small Works projects for us. Aquarius are always our first "go to" as they are very competitively priced, with good quality products and are always very easy and pleasant to work with, always working quickly and efficiently. They are always quick to respond to any queries and happy to advise . Highly recommended.

I'm very pleased with my new bathroom. Very helpful customer service, pre and post fitting, with quick replies to queries. Sean, my fitter, was very skilled in a number of trades and he went above and beyond to ensure my finished bathroom was spot on. Both Sean, and also Dalton, who helped on a few days, were hardworking, polite and respectful. Thank you to you for my lovely new bathroom

We chose Aquarius because they gave us a really competitive quote to install our new bathroom and they are also a local company. Luke was our installer and was absolutely brilliant! Nothing was too much trouble and he has made our bathroom into a beautiful room for us to enjoy, he is really talented. Our bathroom is exactly what we were hoping for and more. All the tradesmen were clean and tidy and used the vacuum cleaner at the end of every day so that we were not left with any mess. They also removed any rubbish daily so there was no need for a skip. Any small problem was dealt with efficiently and without any hassle. We cannot recommend this company highly enough and would use them for future alterations without hesitation, in fact when we retire we shall be using Aquarius for our new kitchen.

My mum got estimated £20k for kitchen and £20k for bathroom. Nice of them to round it up to even numbers. If you didn’t want the work have the bottle to say it and stop wasting people’s time

Aquarius fitted our bathroom last year and I can highly recommend them They did a superb job and we still love it

Brilliant company. Work outstanding. The lads cleaned up everyday. Recommend them wholeheartedly.

Had a bathroom fitted this week started 22nd August 2022 absolutely first rate ,quality very good but what impressed us the most was the professional attitude to work ethics ,very polite always cleaned up after a days work ,definitely recommend them

So in June in good faith we paid a deposit of £814 for a replacement shower and was told the company was really busy and a date for installation was for Jan 2023. We have now sold our home do to change of circumstances and I advised the company of this yesterday . I suppose having a valid reason I thought we would get our money back as we had not had the survey done just a free initial consultation and quote and follow up by phone from the salesman. Nothing not a Penny .!! A very nice man said we could have it done earlier in Sept but this wasn’t feasible . I perhaps am naive that a good company with a great reputation would have been more understanding and refunded part of our deposit if not all . Just as a good will gesture !!! it’s a hard lesson learnt.

Our bathroom was old and tired it was completely remodeled and transformed into a new modern shower room Byron with help from lewis did a brilliant job and all done in 1 week very satisfied with the overall finish.

I have just had a new bathroom fitted and I am so thrilled with the work, there was no fuss and the team, Jake, Skye, Alan and John were amazing from start to finish, Wayne came out to take details and put me at ease. Everyone was trustworthy and extremely professional, anyone needing a new bathroom I would highly recommend Aquarius, thank you everyone! Can’t recommend highly enough.

We had a new bathroom supplied and fitted by Aquarius, they have quite a long lead time (the only negative, but it shows their popularity). The items supplied were of top quality and it was all fitted on schedule, no mess left - very tidy and courteous throughout. Aside from everything else the total cost of our bathroom fitted was £1k-£2k cheaper than other quotes that we had received....so very good value for money and top quality fittings. We did have a few minor quirks with some of the fitting from their sub-contractors, but these were resolved very quickly and after sales service was second to none. I personally think that this last point is the biggest plus of all, as a result we have had them out again recently to quote on a kitchen refresh (new doors/worktops etc rather than a ground up this time). I would definitely recommend Aquarius, I guess that is why it takes so long to get an appointment and fitting from them.... everyone seems to recommend them.

Had a new bathroom fitted by this company highly satisfied good job start to finish salesman said it will be a complete bathroom when finished he weren't kidding fantastic job highly recommended this company

I would highly recommend this company, I had my whole bathroom transformed in less than a week.

We were thinking about a new bathroom, so impress with the salesman, we ordered a new bathroom suite, looking forward to seeing it done

Had to cancel

Got a very swift reply despite such uncertain times re:Covid, Will be contacting these guys again in the new year so I don't have to stare at my peach bathroom suite any more!

I can’t rate this company highly enough! Professional, friendly, punctual, efficient, clean, worked to high standard! Anyone considering having work done, definitely use this company, from start to finish the team we’re amazing

Let us down by being overpriced

Complete refitted bathroom, wasn't an easy job for the fitters, however they were brilliant! Josh and Ryan worked really hard, cleaned up after themselves all the way through, first class quality of work, very happy with my new bathroom, big thank you to the guys, they are a credit to the company!

Brilliant bathroom and the staff couldn't be more helpful , thanks very much, David Greenhalgh

This is a genuine family business that puts customer service and quality at the top of their agenda. They have completed two separate projects for me and I cannot praise them enough. If you want a great job done. Use them.

Great job from start to finish. Will be back at a later date for my next installation.

Installed our bathroom in Jan 19. Took under 2 weeks for a total new refit. Installers were polite and tidied up as they worked. We are so pleased to have a brand new bathroom. Looking forward to having our kitchen installed in the foreseeable future.

excellent work done again on my new kitchen I love it,workers very clean and tidy did a really fabulous job and cant praise them enough so thank you again

Amazing company to deal with. Love my bathroom which has just been completed and will use them again for kitchen and bedroom.

Had very good reports of great work. We are having a new bathroom fitted by Aquarius in June

Thank you so much for my lovely new bathroom. From day one the service from Aquarius was outstanding. Their salesman and surveyor explained all our options and listened to our requirements and answered any queries we had. The two workmen who carried out the conversion were excellent. They went about the job both efficiently and in a professional manner. We were kept informed as to what they were doing every step of the way. They cleaned everything before they went home every day, and they finished sooner than scheduled. Absolutely brilliant. Would not hesitate to recommend Aquarius in the future. Thank you again.

Aquarius have just completed our new en-suite and we are really pleased with the finished result. We originally chose Aquarius based on their friendly manner, competitive price and good choice of product. We weren't disappointed. The service throughout was excellent, they were quick to respond to any queries and very helpful with finalising the details, especially when an item we'd selected was discontinued at the last minute. As with work of this nature, there were a couple of issues that came up during the work, but the workmen on site were great and worked through everything with us to ensure that we were satisfied with the end result. We are hoping to look at getting some work done on our kitchen in a year or so, and will definitely make Aquarius our first stop for a quotation. Highly recommend this great, local company.
