I have seen Chris's work on a few call outs now. Really good professional plumber. Easy to talk to and reliable. Makes a change from some workmen I have come across. Would I use him again..Definitely. Would I recommend him. Yes 100% with out hesitation.

Our boiler started making a horrendous noise when we turned the hot water on and giving us a fault code. After being passed from pillar to post and ignored by multiple other engineers/plumbers, I took to what most people do now a days - Facebook. I posted on my local page about my issue and Chris reached out. After I messaged, he called me straight away and finally, I was speaking to someone who understood! Chris was friendly, incredibly helpful and most importantly, reassuring. I booked him in to complete a service on the boiler. On the day he was punctual, he explained everything in terms I could actually understand, very thorough and he was clean and respectful. I honestly couldn’t recommend Chris enough, I will 100% be using him again in the future! Thank you again

Exceptional service and professionalism from Chris Hull. The most reassuring part of his service is the communication… you are not left guessing what is needed and when is he going to turn up. Chris initially did a gas boiler service and new kitchen tap installation for my mum. Unfortunately the new tap failed with a slight drip which was highly unusual. Instead of being fobbed off Chris was there the next day with a replacement and it’s 100 per cent top quality. It’s also nice for me not to worry about my elderly mother having a tradesman in her house. His conduct is ethical and does the right thing by his clients. So then I was more than willing to wait a couple of weeks when I had a major leak in my bathroom. As soon as he was able he found the problem swiftly… corrected it and refitted a bath panel with minimal impact on paintwork etc. His prices are fair and transparent. I am very grateful for finding him!

CPH Pluming & Heating recently installed a Ideal Logic Plus boiler replacing our 42 year old one, and yesterday installed a kinder Oasis gas fire, we were very pleased with the advice given on these products and Chris was very tidy while completing these installations with taking great care, and would use this company for any plumbing or heating work.

Chris has done a couple of jobs for us now and is brilliant at what he does. On time, polite, respectful of our home and gets the job done no problems. He has also done work for my parents and they were very pleased also. Cannot fault him at all and would recommend him to anyone.

Chris has been servicing our boiler for a few years now. We used Chris to disconnect and reconnect our oven when we had a new kitchen, since then we have used him for our boiler :) does a thorough job every time

Chris worked tirelessly all day. He replaced all my radiators, cleaning up as he went. Doing check after check and explaining everything as he went along. Chris is very conscious of doing a great job and ensuring you are left with a perfect job. He wants you to be happy with his work. I am over the moon! Chris also had to replace the flush on the toilet. This was a pain of a job but he didn’t leave until it was back in working order. Chris is a great guy, and great at what he does. Thank you Chris.

Genuinely superb service from Chris and great admin back-up from Laura. Honest conversation about whether we actually needed a new boiler, swift installation, great care taken in the house during installation too. Good support as we got used to the wifi/phone controls of the new system. Nothing but good words to say about CPH. They were recommended to us and I thoroughly recommend them to you.

'Chris rescues Steve the pigeon'. Chris did a last minute call out for me today where a pigeon fell down our chimney and was stuck behind our gas fire. He was friendly, professional, quick, gave us assistance with capping the fire too, aswell as advice on our boiler, and YES the pigeon is free :). AMAZING SERVICE :)

I can only agree with previous reviews. Chris fitted a radiator, changed over shower controls, fitted new cartridges in taps, replaced toilet seat. I could go on but just to say that I have been very pleased with Chris's workmanship, communication, punctuality and knowledge.

Chris has competed several jobs for us including a boiler service, fitted taps, fixed leaking toilets and fitted a new bath panel, shower screen shower attachment. He has been responsive to messages, punctual, polite, tidy and explained anything that we needed to know regarding the jobs very well. He has been honest around the need to replace parts and given advice on the best approach to each job. I would highly recommend Chris for his reliability and quality of workmanship.

I couldn’t recommend Chris enough, he came and capped our gas cooker off for us very promptly and we have used Chris ever since for all our plumbing needs from fixing a leak to doing our annual boiler service. We wouldn’t have anyone else.

I’ve used Chris on a number of occasions now. From boiler services, plumbing checks to sink installations, he does it all, to an excellent quality. Chris’ pride in his work is evident, he takes the time to explain technical details in plain English, something my elderly mother found really helpful when she found herself without heating & hot water one Sunday morning. Required a gas hob disconnecting and a new hob connecting after new kitchen was fitted. I had very precise timings for the changeover and Chris obliged, turned up on time, texting me before he arrived, and carried out all work to my satisfaction. Again he returned three days later to fit my new hob. Very pleased with work and his professionalism

Absolutely brilliant plumber! I’ve had Chris round for several jobs now – fixing toilets, installing a washing machine, and most recently fitting two new designer radiators. Every time he’s been friendly, punctual, and really knows his stuff. You can tell he takes pride in his work and nothing is ever too much trouble.
