Thrilled with our new bathroom. We went for the full design package and this saved us so much time and hassle trying to decide what we wanted. Gary really knows his stuff and he has a lovely team. The products he uses are really good quality. The bathroom is all that we hoped for and more. We will definitely be getting Gary and his team back renovate our other bathrooms.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ *Worth every penny* If you are wondering whether Gary’s full design package is worth the money then I can tell you it absolutely is. We had an old, tatty, mouldy, leaky en suite which has been completely transformed. Gary was in regular contact before work got going to ensure we got the design we wanted, with lots of help from him too. Gary and his brilliant in house team are thoroughly decent, tidy, trustworthy and polite. We often were at work while they were in the house and it was lovely knowing we could trust them and everything would be neat and tidy when we got home. Absolutely everything in the bathroom is new and installed to a very high standard. No cut corners, they are clearly all rightly proud of their high standards. I highly recommend Gary and his team and will be using them again when we’ve saved up for our other bathroom.

Having tried several times to find the right solution in our bathroom, I am so pleased to have found Gary. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, made some great suggestions, and then delivered the perfect design - my sanctuary, in a tight space. The team were a pleasure to have in the house, really considerate as we were working from home, and hard workers. These guys do absolutely everything right. Their bathrooms are sold as a package deal. So you have certainty of pricing. And their prices are more than reasonable considering what you’re getting is a whole new everything, from the tiles and fittings to the pipes.They communicate every step of the way. Problems are squashed as soon as they arise. But they also do something that sets them apart from others. They do everything with an eye for detail. Everything is nice and tight, lines are straight, gaps are filled, and nothing is out of place. Considering they’re doing it for a flat fee, you’d think they’d be tempted to rush the job. But nope - they actually take the time to do it right. Honestly, do not look any further than these guys if you want a new bathroom. Because what you get will surpass your expectations.

From advising on design, to calmly dealing with issues as they are arose, to taking real pride in their work and a perfect finish, all with honest and open communication, it was a pleasure to work with them all- and so much easier than dealing with multiple suppliers.

Gary and his team did an excellent job on our bathroom installation. His team went above and beyond to ensure we were kept up to date on progress and what was happening each day and what would be happening the next day and the members of team who would be onsite and if any deliveries were to due to be delivered. If we had any queries or questions or wanted to change anything this would be accommodated with no issues. The team stayed late for a few days to ensure completion stayed to target and we could not be happier with the result. We would not hesitate in recommending Gary and his team for any bathroom work.

The end result was worth the wait

We needed both of our bathrooms completely overhauled as we prepared our house for letting again. Doing this all from another country was stressful but Gary was extremely good at managing the process/ my questions/ fears and the whole renovation with clients who were living a long way away. The ‘package renovation system’ worked very well for us. We weren’t able to seek out tiles and bath ware and spend days in showrooms. Gary provides limited choices but that worked really well for our situation. Communication with us throughout the process was excellent- particularly appreciated as we were not on site at all and the quality of the finish in both bathrooms is excellent. We are really pleased with the finished results.

Gary is a reliable person, well organised and well planned. He also tidied up everything before leaving every time. He finished our bathroom renovation on time with high quality and standard. They worked to their schedule and everything was finished on time. All waste was taken away, so no need to hire a skip. Gary fully refurbished the kitchen, bathroom and cloakroom to a very high standard for one of our rental properties. He also installed the laminate wood flooring and carpet in the property. HIs team did a wonderful job. The quality of the finish was very high, and all was done in a timely manner.

A professional high standard service from initial consultation and quote to completion. He handled the project in such a professional manner (minimum hassle to us) that I asked to him to manage the installation of a new kitchen in addition. I cannot fault any of the process of renovating my bathroom. Gary answered any and all questions quickly and accurately and helped me decided what I wanted with sound advice.
