Easy Bathrooms & Tiles

Excellent service! I cannot say how good the service was for us from Easy bathrooms. Callum was so helpful and Knowledgeable throughout from ordering to delivery. I spoke with three other team members whilst I was there and got the same level of advise and expertise from all. I will be ordering from them again for our other bathroom and was so pleased with the fabulous outcome. Thanks everyone at Easy Bathrooms Canterbury.

We have used Easy Bathrooms, Canterbury on a number of occasions, as over the last year, we have refurbished a bathroom, an ensuite and a downstairs cloakroom plus most recently, an outdoor patio re new paving stones. Service and attention to detail was exceptional. Phil and his team could not do enough for us. We would not hesitate to recommend.

Staff attentive polite and helpful

Very disappointed in the service and communication. Ordered on the Monday with a 2 day ordering process, Thursday they called to say they couldn’t get one lot of the tiles, so I said just get the ones you can. A week later I still hadn’t heard anything so called up to be told they were in the shop. When I mentioned a refund they said I had to fill a form in which I assumed would be done when I went into the showroom. I literally had an hours gap to get into Canterbury so I shot in and on arrival I was told they didn’t have the tiles in. Neither of the sales staff knew about the conversation I had with anyone saying they were in. They said they were waiting to hear if I still wanted to order the others (which I had already said to order the week before). Both sales staff just sat there, not one of them offered to get them ordered or offered any further help or information. So I asked for a refund. When I went to pay the internet was down so had to wait for another day for them to call me and do the refund over the phone. (I appreciate internet isn’t fault). I was very disappointed that no one at any time said “don’t worry, we can order them now and get them in asap” or “I am so sorry for the mix up”. Nothing productive 🥹 So two weeks later I was no better off and still having to the put the tiler back.

Managed to find a good match to extend floor tiling which was laid about 10-15 years ago! Helpful staff.

We waited in for our appointment but they never turned up! Won't bother again...

Was spoken to like an absolute piece of **** when asking a simple question, then the agent proceeded to call me back be antagonistic and lie about what he said and how he said it!!!

Beware! Seriously people, avoid this company! My wife and I have had a nightmare with them! We paid for some tiles back on 7th May. They turned up completely wrong and challenged us that they were right when they clearly weren't. They delayed collection of the tiles several times. It has been weeks since they were collected and they still won't give us our money back. I have been on to their head office and been into the store, sent emails and we still haven't had the refund. This is just not on! Avoid this company like the plague! Nearly 6 weeks down the line and we have nearly 1500 pounds stuck in this companies bank account with nothing but excuses. This lot cannot be trusted, stay away! Look after your money! Please!

Appalling! Avoid! Showed us a tile sample in store. We wanted to order 40m2 of it. Said they can't actually get it. 2 days later they could suddenly get it. 2 days later paid for it with the sample on the desk saying that is what we want. Tiles turn up completely wrong after failing to deliver on the date advised to add to the insult. They swear they are correct over the phone so we ask them to come to site with the sample. They come and admit tiles are completely wrong. Fail to collect them on the correct day 2 times. Send operative to load them out of the house and then say they wont be collected for days after all so we have to cover them and hope they don't go missing. 2 weeks later still not had a refund. NOT easy bathrooms more like extremely difficult bathrooms. Give us our money back you cheats!
