We used Sanctuary for a complete new bathroom design and installation. All tradesmen they involved were great, friendly and hard-working. Emily is extremely professional and considerate, with excellent ability to understand client's wishes and translate them into a design. She worked patiently to help us design a bathroom to fit our budget, and that we are now very happy with. Daniel managed the work on-site, and his eye for detail is unsurpassed. We highly recommend Sanctuary as we felt completely 'safe' in their hands, and looked-after at every stage of the project.

We have had our ensuite refitted and are so pleased with the results. The design Sanctuary came up with was very different to anything we had considered and creates a really spacious feel. Their knowledge and experience helped us with the selection of fittings and design decisions to define what we wanted. And most importantly, the fitting was done by Richard who really should be described as a master craftsman of the art. If you rate value in terms of high quality and excellent service we have no hesitation in recommending Sanctuary to you.

I had a drab, small, under the stairs ground floor toilet refurbished by Sanctuary Bathrooms some years ago. They transformed it into a smart, clean & useful room which even today looks as good as new. Having seen what they could achieve I then requested that they refurbished my family bathroom and en-suite room. There were no short-cuts by Sanctuary Bathrooms & I had the same lovely man refurbish all three rooms. It was a pleasure having Richard in the house, I couldn't say the same for other workmen who have been to my house since then! Emily, always the guiding force in the office/showroom was very professional and always ready to discuss any changes that I thought might be necessary. Sanctuary worked with us on the redesign of two of our bathrooms. We were really happy with their designs, and they were excellent at incorporating our feedback and making sure the choices were appropriate to the age of our old, Georgian house. Installation was really positive. One installer working quietly in each bathroom, with amazing skills across plumbing, tiling, shower installation, electrical and so on. Really happy with the high quality finish that Sanctuary helped us achieve in both rooms. No hesitation to recommend.

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and new family bathroom. All the Sanctuary Kitchens and Bathrooms staff are extremely professional and their work is of the highest standard.

This is our third time using Sanctuary for a new bathroom and once again, they did not disappoint. Extensive design time is allowed to ensure that each and every detail is thought through. We really appreciated being able to see a full 360 degree version of our final design so that we could visualise what our bathroom would look like. We were also able to view samples of taps, shower heads, etc and could take home tile samples to choose our desired colour scheme. The installation process was faultless as well. Excellent quality materials, fixtures and fittings are used throughout. (Our bathrooms that Sanctuary installed 5 years ago are still in mint condition). Our new bathroom has been installed exactly as per the original plan, and care and attention has been taken to ensure that everything has been installed perfectly, with no rough edges showing or tiles out of place. We also appreciated how clean the installation process was with dust sheets and carpet covers placed throughout the work area in our home. I would have highly recommend Sanctuary Bathrooms for any bathroom re-fit / re-modelling project. They really are a highly professional company and you will be in safe hands with them!

We just had our kitchen and floor done by Sanctuary and we are so HAPPY with the result! Allan, our project designer, always gave his professional insight and guided us through from the beginning to the end. We also felt extremely comfortable communicating with Emily, Allan, Paul, Berry and the whole team. They are all very nice, professional and understand what customer needs! And most importantly, their time management was excellent! They followed the schedule and finished what they promised ON TIME. They are just simply AWESOME! Highly recommended them to everyone!

We have been hugely impressed with the quality of service from Emily, Daniel, Richard and the whole team. We had a major refurbishment project involving a new kitchen and pantry, 4 new bathrooms/shower rooms and a cloakroom. Walls had to be taken down and the existing rooms gutted. Emily was extraordinarily attentive and her design ideas proved to be top rate. You will probably only do this scale of project once or twice in a lifetime and Sanctuary proved an excellent and totally reliable choice. This was all achieved during a period of lock down and Emily went to great lengths to ensure that our project was completed within our timescale.

Sanctuary recently completely renovated two of our bathrooms. We couldn't be happier with the process or the results! They took care of everything for us from designs, buying the fixtures and all the installation. We have already booked them to do more work! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company or their people. Simply wonderful from start to finish!

I reached to them for a quote for a kitchen that is going in a house extension, sadly the responses I got were a little odd. I was shown plans for a kitchen not our own and costings way over quotes I have had from other local vendors. I could not recommend.

We used Sanctuary for our total bathroom refurbishment. Emily was great to work with from the outset, particularly given the restrictions as we were undertaking the work during covid restrictions. She listened to what we wanted and gave us lots of suggestions and support in coming to the right choices and decisions. When the Sanctuary fitting team weren't able to do the work in the time frame that we wanted, she didn't hesitate to recommend someone else. We are really pleased with the result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We had a new bathroom installed in March 2020 and I can’t recommend Sanctuary Kitchens & Bathrooms highly enough. Emily listened carefully to the limitations of our old bathroom and came up with a design that fitted our needs exactly. The installation team – Daniel, Kevin, Sam and Richard – were extremely professional and fitted the bathroom to an extremely high standard. Both my husband and I work from home and we feared the installation would disrupt our work but this was not the case. They worked quietly and ensured that noise and dust was kept to a minimum. Emily inspected the installation each week to check that the suppliers had sent the correct items and chasing those who were slow to dispatch products and risked delaying the installation. Emily dealt with the news of the Covid-19 lockdown very professionally and the team worked hard to get the bathroom to a point at which we could use it during the lockdown, returning a few weeks later when it was deemed safe to do so, to finish off the job. I was entirely confident that Emily had sought the correct advice about the requirements for her installers regarding social distancing and working safely. Sanctuary Kitchens & Bathrooms are a one-stop shop if you are looking for a company who can design, install and project manage the fitting of a new bathroom or kitchen. It was an entirely stress-free process and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you to Emily, Daniel and the team for creating our perfect bathroom.

Sanctuary completely redesigned and replaced our master on-suite bathroom. It was a large job and included the repositioning of walls as well as completely renewing the plumbing and any necessary electrics. We went everywhere - and I mean everywhere! - looking for our perfect kitchen. Kate walked in and instinctively knew what could be done. Her clever design and endless patience transformed our kitchen. The team made what I thought would be a nightmare as painless as possible with their professionalism and good humour. Months later I am still thrilled with our perfect kitchen. Was it the cheapest? No. Is it outstanding value for money? Absolutely. Would we recommend? 100% without hesitation.

From my initial web enquiry to the final fitting of my kitchen I have been delighted with my experience with Sanctuary. From Kate's very gentle and patient guidance through all the choices I had, to Sam the fitter's very skilled fitting of the kitchen, everything went smoothly with great attention to detail. Nothing has been too much trouble to ensure I had the kitchen I wanted. Needless to say I am very pleased with the final result and would highly recommend Sanctuary Kitchens.

We cannot recommend Emily and her team highly enough for the care and attention given from planning to installation of our bathroom and cloakroom.

Ok, until they realised they realised they had made a mistake and got the the wrong specifications of the item on their website. Informed the manufacturer no longer have item (old stock). We called manufacturer direct - very helpful and understanding, they actually had the correct the item in stock and advised us to call back Sanctuary with a specific code to order it. On call back Sanctuary not interested to help, gave an excuse about delivery. Unwilling to rectify the error they made. Positive - good prices, immediate refund with no argument, initially helpful customer sales. Negative - no proper apology, no real offer to help to resolve issue they caused. Overall impression was didn't care & attitude with it (I had booked a day of work and booked a plumber). Site looks great & they sound efficient however the 'blood out of a stone' comment from earlier rings true. Better companies and customer service elsewhere.

We chose Sanctuary, out of 5 other suppliers, for their professionalism from the very start. No they weren't the cheapest but, as they say, you get what you pay for. From the outset we were impressed with Emily's knowledge of her product, her suggestions on design and was actually the only designer that delivered what we had actually asked for. Alex was assigned to our job and he was always there on time and did an amazing job. A really nice guy and an extremely hard worker. We are very, very pleased with our new bathroom and the internal alterations that were involved. We would recommend Sanctuary to anyone and everyone. We have a great bathrooms after the renovations of Sanctuary Bathrooms. I will certainly recommend them to all my neighbors and families.

I went there recently and found them very expensive and the furniture look nice but nothing special. Quality is ok for the price. Quite hard to get any price infor from them - I felt it was easier to get blood out of stone.
