Tony came to Shrewsbury to fix my machine which i thought beyond repair, not only did he fix it,.. he found in the sump pipe a treasured piece of jewellery which I thought had been lost ..my machine was fixed and at such a good price.. he was honest and turned up on time when he said he would .. Tony came out to fix my 4 year old washing machine the day after I called. He rang ahead to let me know when he was due. Initially he thought my machine was irreparable but after further investigation he fixed it, to my delight! Our washing machine was leaking so tried to find somebody local to come and fix, called Tony late and wasn’t expecting a reply but he called us back and arranged to come and look at the machine the next day. Tony arrived on time, was methodical and careful in his dismantling of my washing machine, diagnosed the issue with a fill hose, fixed same and carefully put the machine back together. Tested the machine, checked for any leaks…there were none. Tested the electrical earthing of the machine. Tony was polite and I would recommend him.

What an absolute gent, Tony got back to me in a flash and Diagnosed the problem over the phone with me. When nobody else would give me the time of day.

I got in contact with Tony after my tumble dryer unexpectedly broke over the weekend. He contacted me first thing on Monday morning and said he would be there that very afternoon. He courteously gave me a heads up he was nearly there 15 minutes before his arrival and on when he got here he diagnosed the issue within 2 minutes of being in my house, got his tools out his van and got to work immediately. He is, without a doubt, the friendliest repairman/ service engineer I have ever had the pleasure of having in my home. We had a lovely chat, my cats liked him too (and they're very good judges of character haha) and he fixed my tumble dryer in no time and was very affordable too. I absolutely recommend Tony to anyone needing their appliances fixed.

We moved into a new property and found our washing machine was not working. We found Tony via Google reviews and called him. He came out to us within 2 hours and fixed the machine within an hour. He then went through the operation of the machine with my wife and the dishwasher (the previous owner did not leave the manuals) and to my surprise would not accept full payment for the job as he didn't have to remove the washing machine. Fantastic service, we will certainly recommend him to anyone.

Really nice genuine and honest person. After I left Tony Paul a message on his answering machine he quite quickly returned my call. Before arranging a visit he asked me a few questions about the problem I was having with my washing machine. He was able to talk me though some checks to do and I found the fault and fixed it while still on the phone to him. I was so greatful I asked him how much I owed him for helping and he declined any sort of payment. Now that is what I call an honest and very genuine tradesman.

Honest, helpful, knowledgeable - Tony came out to diagnose a fault on a washer/dryer of mine - he quoted a very reasonable rate, but on attendance quickly found it couldn't be repaired without replacement parts directly from the manufacturer, and gave advice on how to go about repairing, without charging me a penny, despite me offering to.
