Contacted Andy Rose to replace our leaking washing machine door seal. This repair was carried out within a few days once the new part was received. Andy kept us informed by text over progress and the repair solved the problem.

I contacted Allied services when my Dyson vacuum cleaner stopped functioning. I had a little hope of it being repaired as it is an older model. Having spoken to Andy, he said he thought he would be able to repair it. He collected it the same day and diagnosed the fault. He contacted me to give me a price which I was very happy with and then he repaired and returned the machine. I am delighted with the result. Andy not only repaired it but cleaned it too! It looks as good as the day I bought it and functions brilliantly. I was delighted with the service I received from Andy and wouldn't hesitate in using Allied Services again or recommending them to others.

Andy came one day to assess the oven repair. Then came back the next with the required parts, fitted and fixed in less than an hour one oven and grill working again :-)

I contacted this firm as my washing machine had broken down on a Sunday. Andy sent me a text message informing me that he was currently on holiday but if I told him the make and model of my machine and what the problem was he would try and help me. I duly did this and with his instructions I managed to fix my machine. I cannot thank him enough.

Phoned a couple of local companies to ask about a code that was appearing on my dishwasher, they were only interested in telling me the call out charges, messaged Allied and he replied very quickly to say this was a simple fix, advised me to watch a you tube tutorial, and it would show me what to do and it would save me a few quid on calling anyone out, so I did and it did, hope to bump into him so I can buy that man a pint

We have used Allied Domestic Services now for quite a few years. Their response time is always really quick, which you need when the cooker/ washing machine is not working!!They have always been professional, and friendly and I highly recommend them.

We have used Allied twice. They are extremely responsive and accommodating as I had to change last minute to an afternoon slot. Also respectful putting a sheet down to protect the floor. Job was done on 30 mins which meant completely stress free. Also very clear pricing. We are very happy with the service and would recommend

Arrived first thing in the morning (my app slot was 9-12) Very friendly and polite guy, fixed my washer by changing the pump. All works perfect now.

Rang this guy for some advice on my dishwasher as the door would not close and buttons were un responsive. He advised me over the phone on something to try and it worked! Great chap was happy to help and would reccomend to everybody Thanks again

Andy did a fantastic job of fixing our washing machine. He quickly diagnosed the problem as one of the fan blades being broken and ordered a new part. He came back the following day and fitted it and did a superb job. Would definitely recommend.

A reliable, honest, professional and prompt service. Allied Domestic Appliances have been out to repair our oven and washing machine. Faults were quickly identified and parts replaced quickly, at a reasonable cost, getting the machines up and running again swiftly. I would have no hesitation in recommending to all of my friends and family. In fact, I have, my Mum and my Sister, both are equally as impressed.

Not impressed! Forked out £40 and bloke didn't fix machine. He said i needed new pipe, i didn't... Ruddy sock was blocking outlet (as new company found!).
