Been using Gas Services Wales Ltd for years for annual service & repairs always a great value for money service This week they have replaced our Combi boiler with a new 40 KW Worcester Bosch Boiler which comes with a 12 Year Guarantee because Gas Services Wales Ltd are W Bosch accredited installers They tried to repair our old boiler first but once established that it needed more parts than originally suspected we opted to get quotes for a new boiler British Gas were over £1200 more expensive & another smaller independent was £900 more expensive Wayne called to do a site visit & confirmed ours was a fixed quote & there would be no additional costs incurred while fitting took place , today Mariusz & Andy finished the work it took a day & a half our home was respected & was so clean & tidy when they left on both days you wouldn’t have known they had been here In total we have dealt with lots of the staff & technicians always polite & very helpful Thank you Gas Services Wales Ltd for looking after us first class
Vince did a fantastic job one plumber told me that it would cost £400 but Vince sorted the problem for £60! So pleased with gas services wales
You often forget to review the people you deal with regularly. I couldn't recommend Gas Service Wales more highly. They're a local business, which I think is really important. They manage their response so well, if you're in trouble they're there asap, then the routine stuff you book through their really friendly office. They recently fitted a new boiler for us, completely overhauled our gas supply and central heating system. We've been really happy with the work, and always so pleased with the service. They're a busy firm (good tradesmen always are) but they prioritise the urgency of your problem and respond accordingly. Don't waste time and money on the boiler care plans of the big guys. Just put these guys number in your phone.
Gas services Wales were absolutely fantastic. We had a leak from corroded copper pipes, which caused the boiler to pack in, but gas services Wales sent round Vince, who sorted the problem, really quickly, amazing service! Highly recommended.

Gas Services Wales have looked after my boiler for years, as it’s got older, problems have occurred and they’ve sorted them quickly. Finally this week we replaced the boiler. Everything went smoothly, the new boiler arrived from supplier then the guys about 9:00. Whole job finished and operational buy 3:30, no fuss, no mess, old boiler and waste taken away. I can’t recommend the folks at G.S.W. enough. You hear so much about dodgy jobs these days, it’s great to be dealing with a team that is really exceptional. I’d definitely recommend them truly 5 star.

They carried out new boiler and radiator installation very efficiently and when they came across an unexpected problem dealt with it calmly and priced the additional work very fairly. GSW looked after us at our previous address for a number of years and when we moved into our doer upper, they were there to help. The neglected boiler was repaired and serviced, old gas fires removed and unused pipes capped. They are always ready to advise dealing with our sometimes random questions. Excellent all round service.

Shocking that they charge only for the visit. The technician came and plugged in my boiler that I unplugged because it was showing some errors on the screen, he didn’t do anything else, after which I asked the technician if I owed him anything and he said NO because he didn’t do anything. Two days later I received an invoice on my mail and when I called to ask the person that answered the phone was very rude and yelling at me. I just hand up and paid as I wasn’t going to waste my time with a rude guy on the phone and I guess that they need the money more than me. They just lost a client. Very rude and shocking, however the technician was completely the opposite. UPDATE: they did such a good job in reviewing my boiler that now it stopped working and I had to unplug it again (note that the technician only plugged in the boiler, nothing else). Now most likely I’ll have to pay for parts or even a new one, but even when I already paid this people I’ll be calling another company and will never use or recommend Gas Services Wales. You earned £54 but lost a client and bigger business due to very rude person on the phone. And for the owner, obviously he will never say to you that he was rude and yelling to me on the phone, but he definitely was and as I said I don’t have time to argue with rude people and even less when they are supposed to be customer service. AVOID!!!!!

I have used Gas Service Wales for various services in the past but more recently for a dual pipe install. I must say, their standard of work and customer service is nothing short of sublime! They carried out the work with minimal disruption and always asked for my input and always kept me in the loop. Once the job was finished, the house was more tidy than before they started. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they always help and provide advice as much as they can. Thank you all, I am really pleased with my heating now working properly and enjoying a warm house! Excellent, prompt service. The engineer Steve was very thorough and went the extra mile to make sure everything was safe. He even checked that the chimney was clear, which was over and above the duty expected. There was no call out charge or petty money demands and all for a more than reasonable price. Highly recommended.
A fast, efficient and friendly service. We are trying to sell the house so want to show it at it's best and Wayne even took his shoes off when entering the house to preserve the carpet (without us asking). A really nice touch which was appreciated.

Fantastic reliable company, with outstanding customer service! I remember, a freezing Friday afternoon, when our boiler decided to pack in. I rang GSW because of a recommendation, and the fact they were the local appointed engineers for Alpha. The office was closed, however they have me Mr Hughes mobile number. I was over the moon when he said there were no Engineers available that weekend, but he said "don't worry I will come Sunday and repair it myself" He was true to his word and turned up on the Sunday and carried out the repair. Also, being an approved Alpha Installer, he had the parts on the van which is also a plus point. How many companies nowadays, offer that sort of personal touch? My wife and I wouldn't dream of using another company. They recently installed a new Worcester Boiler for us, which had it's first service this week. Keep up the Good work and thankyou....
Use this company to service boilers in two properties. They are efficient , reliable and very cost effective. Comparing costs with other gas engineers I use elsewhere , it is always a very pleasant surprise that this company costs are always less! Have no hesitation in recommending this business.
Couldn't rate this company highly enough. Needed a boiler service and was visited within a day by Steve. Excellent service, he was really friendly and obviously knew his stuff. He managed to also fix a leak which had been there for a couple of years and completely foxed other engineers. He even called back round later on to check that the problem was completely sorted. 5* service. Prices also very reasonable. So pleased to have found this company, will definitely be using again and recommending.

Ripped off...pure and simple - had to pay £80 for a £10 part that took minutes to install. My mistake was I didn't ask for a price - they just came out and fixed the boiler - but it was literally a 2 minute fix Always ask for a price before they come out that's my advice - that's where I went wrong. Parts are available widely on the internet. I have learned how to solve the re-occurring issue and will never use these again. If there was a zero star rating I would use that.
