I phoned up and arranged for Northern Domestic to come and look at my washing machine. They turned up at exactly the time they said they would turn up. They looked at the washing machine. They repaired the washing machine. I am very very happy. They obviously know what they’re doing. They’ve been doing it for years. I would definitely recommend northern domestic appliances and if anything else goes wrong with the washing machine of mine, this is who I will be calling.
Contacted guy Monday, called out Tuesday, spent a good hour trying to fix washing machine but unable to do so and was very apologetic about it. Gave us various options but ultimately too much uncertainty over a viable repair. Totally honest and wanted to discount his very modest fee for not being able to fix it!
Spoke to them over the phone, very pleasant and helpful, unfortunately this time advised me that my machine wasn't likely to be economical to repair. Very genuine.

Excellent service. Our washing machine broke over the weekend. Phoned NDA Monday morning and they came out same afternoon to assess it. Returned on Tuesday with the part and fixed it. It's a rare trader these days who provides such excellent service 👍👍

Would recommend Billy at Northern Domestic Appliances to anyone. Fabulous service from start to finish. Call answered straight away, Billy arrived same day took washer away for repairs. Replaced door, seal and carried out an internal repair, bought back two days later looked like completely new washer. Was so happy and so reasonably priced! Thank you!
Billy is amazing. He answered my call straight away. Helped me out the same day and in the next 48 hours our washing machine (which I though was done for) returned completely brand new. Very reliable and affordable.
Have an obsolete 9kg XL machine which started to play up. We were going to replace at a cost of £300+. NDA specified which parts I needed, I ordered them and they were fitted at the shop, at a fraction of the price of a new machine. There’s life in the old one yet. Very professional and a true gent. Will be back if needed and recommend to others.

I know its a dog eat dog world out here but i called up and told them my washing machine had stopped draining thinking it was something id had broken while moving house i gave him the address he said oh the new build estate ill be up in 10 minutes. He came in disconnected it then took a stopper/plug thing from out of the pipes under the sink that come in all new draining systems and said it happens all the time its an easy mistake to make he then said even though nothings wrong with the machine its a £50 call out charge, he knew by my address what the problem was he could have told me over the phone! i just think its scammy behaviour my neighbour had the same problem i went round and showed her FREE of charge!! Easy mistake to make more like easy £50 to make 🤨

Came round to repair a washing machine. Left within 5 seconds saying he doesn't do integrated machines. Wish he'd mentioned that on the phone before I waited in for several hours.

I called to arrange an Inspection, the date and time was arranged but they didn't arrive when scheduled. When I called the ask where they were, the bloke on the phone said that they were unable to find parking and therefore couldn't perform the service I was then hung up on when I asked a question (very professional)The appliance is Used for a business and This has effected productivity.

Bad experience arranged a visit on the Thursday morning gave full address no problem engineer will be there Friday afternoon At 2.20pn received a call from the engineer saying that we lived to far away to come and do the call !! Next excuse clutch cable had gone in the van but he would not come anyway Called the office explained everything then the confirmed that we did live to far away. But I have you the full address yesterday Sorry sir have no idea who you spoke to !! So taking a day off work waiting for them no attempt to try and help. Poor customer service
