Talked over the phone about the problem with our smart tv. It suddenly lost all sound. He advised turning the tv off at the wall, leave for half an hour then turn on again. It worked!! Sound came back. He rang back to see if all was ok. Thank you Dennis. Had visions of having to buy a new tv. I will use him again if any problems and will highly recommend.
Dennis came out to my Son's supported living apartment to investigate a problem with his television. Working through the possible reasons for the fault, he had to obtain parts and return the next day. He arrived promptly, sorted out the fault and didn't charge for the second call out. The bill was very fair indeed and Dennis was very affable and informative. By far the best service of its kind I've ever received. Very highly recommended if you want professional and friendly service.
Dennis has sorted out our TVs a couple of times...brilliant service and advice, I have no hesitation in recommending him.
