I left emails / voicemails with 5 local suppliers to repair a broken fridge freezer. ADA were the first to respond and gave me an appointment the next working day. Dave gave a very honest appraisal of the appliance (not worth repairing, even though it would have been worth much more to him to actually do the job) and reduced his call out fee as he had not been able to do any actual work. Full marks for honest expert advice and fair pricing.

I contacted ADA on a Sunday evening about my broken dishwasher. They called me on Monday morning to arrange a call out, and Dave arrived on the Tuesday morning. Dave quickly located the fault but unfortunately it couldn't be fixed as the machine was quite old and spare parts are no longer available. I was charged a discounted fee, and Dave recommended some brands and suppliers for a new dishwasher. Shame it couldn't be fixed, but I'd be happy to use ADA again.

Excellent service, prompt and reliable and at a reasonable cost. Trouble with noisy freezer was quickly diagnosed, new part ordered and fitted within a week. Highly recommend, thank you.

Paul was quick to respond to my enquiry when my Bosch dishwasher broke down. Unfortunately my dishwasher was beyond economical repair but I was still very impressed with ADA. Paul turned up on time and was professional and polite. I can highly recommend ADA and will certainly use them again when next needed.

Calum came out and fixed my washing machine within 24 hours of it breaking down. He was quick, polite, tidy and we were delighted. Two days later my tumble dryer broke down. Again Calum turned up within 24 hours and we had the same positive experience. Would highly recommend this company. Communication with the office based team was also great!

Brilliant service. We had a dishwasher which was broken, it was fixed in the summer but the same fault reoccurred. The engineer came out again under their own warranty and needed to fit a new part, so we only paid for the part. Very efficient, polite, and get to the source of the problem.

We have used Active Domestic a few times now and have been very happy on each occasion. Most recently they were able to slot a visit in only a few days after my enquiry. Dave is very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue with our dishwasher. I will continue to use them for any appliance repairs and would highly recommend.

From start to finish this team were professional, reliable, prompt, courteous, friendly and got the job done. I will now always use this company and not bother buying the warranties as they not worthwhile. Within 1 week my machine was fixed, after the 1st visit Paul did a temporary fix so i could continue to use my machine. Good quality and 5 stars from me - highly recommend.
