Urgent call to Giles heating as dads boiler stopped working prompt call back at Dads within the hour boiler up and running within 3 hours serviced and his underfloor heating fixed. Trevor was brilliant and lovely to work with at great prices. Previously been advised to replace the unit with a new one at £3k by another company. Trevor also sorted the neighbours apartment too. Excellent experience and service. My call for help for our boiler was processed efficiently and Stuart Giles came next day, although I did not say it was urgent. I was expecting a recommendation for a new boiler, but after a thorough assessment Stuart made some repairs and the boiler may last a good while yet. He certainly knew the make/model in great detail and analysed the whole plumbing set up to ensure everything worked efficiently. The invoice was incredibly competitive. Huge thanks for your help. Great service, came out within 90 minutes.Diagnosed fault on boiler,had to get part which was located and fitted the next day.

We have had the pleasure of Giles Heating servicing our heating system for around 10 years. They are very professional and a lovely bunch of people from the top;Tim and Chris (owners) to George, the apprentice. We have been using Giles Heating to Service our Gas Boiler and Central Heating system annually since 2006. They have in all that time never been late, always done a good job. A proper family firm that puts the customer first. I recommend them to everybody I know and have never heard anything other than praise from friends who have used them too.
