Fast and friendly service. Identified another fault which was the cause of main fault with my oven. Spares were in van and both issues fixed within the hour.

Phoned Sezgin on Sunday evening and he came out and fitted a new thermocouple to my gas oven, the following day. Great service, thank you Sezgin.

Sezgin came out this morning on time and fixed my oven within an hour. He also checked if anything else in the oven needed fixed and explained to me what he had done. He was really professional, efficient and great value. Would recommend!

Used twice for two different washing machine call outs and both times came the next day in the morning when we called the previous night. First time they were honest and said they could fix it but if we could afford it we may as well get a new machine because ours was too old to waste money on (had it for 15 years so not surprised). Second, guy came out and took the time to explain why it wasn't working and fixed it no bother (could've cleaned up after himself tbh left rubbish behind but was grateful to have a functioning machine). Both times said to contact them if it messed up again and would come out ASAP. Would recommend

I called to book an appointment as our fridge wasn't working. The gentleman gave me advice over the phone, i did what he recommemded and now it's working fine. Absolutely chuffed! What an honest and helpful person. He didn't have to do that. I will definitely call again with any appliance problems. Thank you!
