They were very professional and kind throughout the visit, and what really stood out was how clearly everything was explained. They walked me through what they were checking and how they were troubleshooting the issue, which made the whole process feel transparent and reassuring. Answered query immediately and we were booked in quickly. Alan informed of us of his arrival prior to arriving. Alan was in and out, having replaced pump on washing machine within 20 mins and a sound price. Lovely friendly guy. Would recommend and would use in the future.

Alan came out today to fix my tumble dryer. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and polite. He was able to repair the dryer and at a reasonable cost - which was certainly cheaper than purchasing a new dryer! Communication was excellent from start to finish! Highly recommend!

The dishwasher broke down and found Tim on a Google search he found the electrical fault in ten minutes changed the capacitor and had it all back working in thirty minutes first class job ,excellent price very professional.Would highly recommend Allan for any domestic appliance repairs

I rang Alan at 8am and he was able to fit me in on the very same day. Very friendly, knowledgable and polite. He gave me a timeframe and rang me 15 mins before arrival. I was also given a quote during the initial phone call. Alan identified the problem with my washing machine and was able to produce a spare part. From start to finish, it only took 30 mins. He also explained what was wrong with my machine and gave maintenance advice. Reasonable price (diagnostic + part replacement) and was able to pay via ApplePay. Would definitely recommend Alan and will use again for any future appliance issues.

Very highly recommended service engineer. Arrived at my door about an hour after my call to him (as arranged). Quickly diagnosed the fault with my machine, had it repaired and on his way in less than an hour. Polite, friendly and professional. Cannot recommend highly enough.

After phoning multiple places (including large companies), Alan was the only person who was able to offer a same day repair. He answered the phone quickly, took my details and advised a rough time he would arrive. He then arrived within the time frame, fixed my washing machine very quickly and was also very reasonably priced. Will definitely recommend to others. Great service!

At short notice,Alan was able to repair our Washing Machine on a Friday evening. Really knowledgeable and gave me some great tips and advice for our Samsung washer. Friendly & efficient, definitely recommend. Should any appliance breakdown in our home I will call Alan 1st.

Alan is fantastic. He’s helped me on numerous occasions, from fixing machines that can be repaired, recommending machines when they’ve needed to be replaced and giving me tips on how to do things myself.
