Can’t recommend Neil enough! Rang him at 8.50 this morning after my washing machine broke and by 9.30 he was here fixing it for me. A fantastic service and very reasonably priced! Highly recommended.

Wow what a quick & reliable service today. Neil arrived within an hour of me calling him, as he had another visit nearby. Fixed my integrated oven in record time (element needed replacing). So friendly and polite - would have been lost without oven so can't thank him enough for quick response. Would highly recommend!

Neil was amazing. I rang on a Sunday after noticing that my fridge cable had melted and that my fridge could therefore not be safely used until fixed. Neil was able to come the next morning and quickly replaced the cable without any fuss and for a reasonable price. He did a neat and tidy job. I would use Neil's service again should I ever need to.

New to Lincoln and our washing machine broke down. Neil was great. Came round promptly when he said he would. Obviously knew exactly what he was doing and correctly identified the fault In minutes. It needed a spare he didn’t have in stock, but he arranged to get this and returned the next morning to fit the replacement. Excellent service, and all with a smile. Will definitely be calling Neil if we have any other appliance problems. Highly recommended.

This chap is absolutely fantastic i called Neil explaining my issue with my integrated oven he was very prompt in replying even on a sunday!! Messaged Neil late on a Saturday, on recommendation from a family member, to try to fix a leaking washing machine. He responded almost immediately and managed to fit me in on the Monday. He found the problem quickly and got a new part ordered. After a bit of faff (not Neil’s fault) with the wrong part being sent in the box for the right part, he chased down the distributor to get the correct part 24hr couriered. He then got me in on the same day the part arrived to be fitted. Lovely chap, very quick and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be using his services again!

We called Neil to look at an old dishwasher. After very prompt communication Neil came to look at the dishwasher and after assessing that there was little to do to help in the particular situation, he very kindly didn't charge for the call out. A very honest and professional service - clearly not out to just rinse for as much cash as possible. Will say when there's not much that can be done, which I very much appreciated! Will be using again in the future!

My mum found Neil online for me as I thought my washing machine door was leaking. He came out on time, when he said he would, very polite and helpful, fixed my washing machine which was actually not a leaking door but an issue with my water outlet being too strong. He altered that for me and only charged me for the call out. Really happy with the service over all! Would definitely recommend and use again should I have any issues with my appliances. Tumble Dryer stopped spinning. I emailed via the website on Saturday morning. Neil responded promptly to advise could attend Tuesday morning at 8am. Neil turned up on time and not only quickly diagnosed the washing machine problem he came for but also a cooker problem we had been working around for a year. He promised to be back in touch within a week once the parts he ordered had arrived and sure enough I had a text off him 6 days later. He arranged to make us the first call the next morning and both the washing machine and oven were up and running by 10am. He was professional and knew the ins and outs of our appliances even though some of the parts were discontinued. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Neil and he will be our only call in the future.

I called Neil mid morning and he had replaced the oven element by 1 PM later that day. He was prompt and courteous and the invoice was good value. A top bloke to deal with!

I contacted Neil by email on a Saturday morning, he called within 30 minutes to arrange a visit to my property. The engineer that came was Chris, who contacted me by text message the afternoon before my appointment to confirm. The following morning Chris arrived on time as arranged, carried out the work required in a very professional manner, I was able to pay by contactless after he finished his job. Overall this was an excellent experience and I would definately recommend and use again, many thanks for the great service.

Very prompt efficient washing machine repair.

Having contacted Neil to come to look at our Freezer, he initially informed me he could get out in 48 hours, however then pulled out all the stops to get to us the same day. He gave advice on our problem as our American Style Fridge Freezer wasn't freezing at all. We followed the guidance, and it's working perfectly again now. Really friendly service, very professional and totally exceeded our expectations. We couldn't recommend him enough.

Found this business on Google search. My dishwasher door spring had broken and the manufacturer wanted c£200 to visit and fix it. Neil correctly diagnosed the issue over the phone and within a couple of days, had the parts in hand and the job was completed. The work was done quickly and cleanly and at less than half the manufacturer quote. Strongly recommended.

Oven stopped working Tuesday night! After contacting Neil he came quickly the next morning! Fixed it no problem and very reasonably priced!

What a find - give this guy a call - impeccable service! Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Neil Bark. Texted Neil at 7am flawless communications, and lightening response. Washing machine fixed, before 10am the same day. Neil gave great advice on looking after the machine and even provided de-scaler to help maintain a healthy machine. Top Class Service, Excellent! Absolutely fantastic from Neil. He was out to check out faults with both our washer and dryer in a very reasonable timescale. Problems were addressed on both machines within 30 minutes and very clear advice and explanations of the issues given. When compared to the manufacturers who wanted five times as much just to come out and look at it he’s excellent value. If you need any domestic appliance looking at I would thoroughly recommend Neil.

Great job and cheaper than expected. Niel was immediately able to identify the problem and had all the parts he needed to sort it there and then. No problems with the cooker ever since, would highly recommend.
