Our oven kept tripping the electrics. Ross came and discovered via an electronic reader that the fan element needed replacing. Luckily he carries parts in his van and was able to replace it immediately. He then explained that the occasional use (we usually use another oven daily) had contributed. Nobody had explained this before so we have now decided to alternate the use of ovens. We were very grateful for his explaining all of this in detail and efficiently doing the repair. He was very polite and knowledgeable. We will definitely use 1st Call again with other appliances should the need arise.
