⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service – Saved Our 16-Year-Old Sony! I cannot recommend Les Preston TV & Video Repairs Ltd highly enough. Our 16-year-old Sony TV suddenly died and, if I’m honest, we were on the verge of taking it to the local tip. One phone call changed that. The lovely lady who answered was friendly, reassuring and encouraged us to bring the TV in for a free estimate. That simple advice quite literally saved our television. From there, the service was first class. Ryan handled the admin smoothly and professionally, keeping everything straightforward and stress-free. Special thanks must go to Steve and Gary for carrying out the repair – the TV was diagnosed, repaired (power supply issue), and returned to us working perfectly again. For £75 plus VAT, our faithful Sony is back in pride of place after 16 years of service. In a world where so much is simply thrown away, it’s refreshing to find a local company that values repair, honesty and fair pricing. Professional, friendly, efficient and excellent value. We had a great experience with Les Preston. We had an ongoing issue with our TV so we took it their workshop as they are a registered Samsung repair shop. They did a free diagnosis on the TV. The woman we spoke to on reception was very kind and explained everything really well and the technical called us straight away when he found what was causing the issue. When we picked up the TV he took my partner into the workshop to show the TV in working condition, ensuring that we were happy with the service. Thank you so much!!

Had a problem with my TV fran was most helpful diagnosed the problem on the phone, turned needed a new remote, tbh they could of took the TV in and give me a bigger bill , I would highly recommend this company and any further issues I have regarding the TV I will contact them first big thanks guys 👍👍
Fantastic service from start to finish. The staff were very helpful and lent my Mum a TV whilst they checked her broken TV. Unfortunately, hers was beyond repair so Les Preston had a similar reconditioned model they were able to sell her. They even offered a delivery and set up service for a small fee. Matt, who delivered the new TV, was lovely - so friendly and cheerful. The service Les Preston provided was invaluable for an elderly person like my Mum where the TV is her constant companion. I would highly recommend.
Can’t thank les Preston enough. I accidentally broke the screen on my lg stan by me. They promptly arranged collection from the Isle of Wight and within a week it was back with me fully repaired. Both drivers were so friendly as well. I would 100% recommend

So i had an issue with my samsung 800c soundbar keep dropping off the network, After a conversation with the lovely lady on reception I booked it in and left it with them. Had a call a few days later giving me information on what was going on! Needed a possibility of new wifi card and firmware update or take it away n see if it played up again as it was behaving it's self with the engineer! Kept me up to date all the way through! Collected it a week later n it's all sorted! Definitely recommend they have done a superb job super professional thanks so much guys! 👍
These people are rude. And I may have to cancel paying these people every month. First off I had to pay £25 excess fee. Then I can't get a time that they will get to me. Like I haven't got a life to live and children to collect from school !! This is why I don't take out insurance on things. Cos it less headache to just buy another tv. Now they want me to send pictures before I get my repair

Had a issue with my Samsung TV screen, it needed a brand new screen replacement glad I have a insurance on my tv to cover any break down or issues, they took my tv away and with in a few days my tv has brand new screen replacement, instead of paying out hundreds for a new tv my insurance covered the cost needed to be carried out, it's worth taking out a sky protect insurance no issues straight forward handling from reporting the problem to there contracted dealer who deals with repairs in my area from taking it away to bringing my tv back can't fault these guys at all.
Fixed the power board on my 65” LG OLED at short notice, with only a few days turnaround. Great service for a great price. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again when needed.

Based upon a recent John Lewis warranty repair of our 18 month old Samsung 43in TV, we would like to highly recommend Les Preston TV services for their informative and quick response. They took the TV away on the Monday morning for a whole screen replacement, called that afternoon to confirm a new part had been order. Contacted us again on the Wednesday afternoon to say the TV was ready for return that Thursday morning. It arrived at 8:30am, the delivery guy brought it inside and reconnected all the HDMI leads etc. and stayed whilst we confirmed we were happy with the results. The John Lewis text service, once we got through was good too. They quickly understood the fault when I communicated with them on the Friday. They arranged for the visit the following Monday morning. We’re grateful for the John Lewis 5 year guarantee.
I have taken two dvd recorders to Les. One was beyond repair and having checked out the second has found it is functioning correctly. Has declined any payment, a first class service.

3 months after I purchased my TV there was a fault with the panel and Les Preston provided an excellent service and picked up the tv, repaired it and returned it to me under warranty. 3 years down the line and the new panel developed a fault that was linked to a faulty batch of LG panels and again Les Preston provided an excellent service and kept me up to date throughout. We often take time to leave negative reviews but forget to take the time to leave positive reviews.
TV purchased at richer sounds. An engineer from Les Preston sent by them after a reported fault. Full professionalism immediately noticed a defect that the engineers and customer service at richer sound could not. Very good communication at every stage of the repair, right up to the reception. Very rude. They fitted a new screen to a plasma tv that had been dropped but never checked for any other faults. They took longer to fix the tv than they said. I waited in all day for them to drop the tv off when I asked what time the tv is likely to be delivered they said with a sarcastic reply when the delivery driver gets there. Not even a month later the tv develops a fault I ring the shop up to report the fault and there not interested they told me to report it to my insurance company who paid for it to be fixed. I spoke to the insurance company and they said they will get the repair guy to come and look at the screen. 3 days later I get this miserable guy ring me up saying he will send a guy out to look at the faulty tv do I want am or pm call out. Because I work nights I said am but can I be last on the am list because I work nights and I will still be in bed his comment was can't promise a time. Today the guy knocks on my door at 7am to pick up my tv. When I said to the guy what the hell time do you call this he just laughed. So if you want to use a company that dosent care about you as a customer or has no respect for you then use this company. I spoke to a number of other tv repair companies and they said they would never repair a plasma tv that had been dropped because it could of caused more problems than they first find. This company only agreed to fix the screen because the insurance company was paying and they could milk them for as much money as possible. Very rude unhelpful company who dosent care about you as a customer if the insurance company are paying for the repair. I will be ringing the insurance company and be making a complaint this morning.

I used this company for a high end TV repair. I received excellent service throughout, and during the period when I was trying to get the TV shipped to Spain, I enjoyed help and endless patience as the company tried to find the most economic way to get it back to me in Spain. The TV was excellently packed for such a long journey and arrived in perfect condition. In the meantime, I was offered free storage of the TV without hassle.
