I called Roger due to a leak in my heating system. He said he could come the same day, turned up earlier than expected and fixed the problem quickly. Couldn't have asked for a better service and will definitely be using Roger again

I had some old capped pipes in the kitchen that I wanted removed / buried. I also needed my cooker gas pipe moving. I thought these would be difficult jobs and I didn't know if they would be possible. I contacted Alogic and Roger popped in to have a look and advised that it all was possible and how much time it was likely to take. Roger is a pro and I had no hesitation in arranging a time with him to come and do the work. The work is now complete and I am very happy with the result and I will now be asking Alogic to plumb my new kitchen sink in along with new drain pipe work as well as servicing my boiler soon.

I had called a few companies but as or boiler break down was during the holidays they couldn't come out. Alogic said no problem and were fixing the boiler withinea couple of hours. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. I would recommend Alogic to anyone Thanks

You won't find a more honest engineer than Roger. Quoted a fair price to replace a boiler component and when starting the job, he identified the cause as a much simpler problem and charged only to fix that! You don't get more honest and professional than that. 100% recommended. Thanks Roger.

Roger has been servicing my unvented water tank and boiler for nearly 10 years. He has helped with other plumbing jobs and more recently, after discovering a leak, replaced the tank with a megaflo tank. It’s brilliant. He explained the options and set to work. I can’t stress how hard he worked to ensure my family and I had heat and hot water during the cold weather. He is reliable and polite and I would recommend him for your big and small jobs.

Roger did a great job on an urgent call out due to a boiler leak and pressure issues. Sorted the issue temporarily within an hour and arranged permanent fix within a week. Very friendly and helpful, fully explained the issues and work he was doing. Would highly recommend

Rodger sorted my electric boiler, polite great engineer honest and fair price!

Needed gas pipe to hob moving so new oven could be fitted. Manged to squeeze us in at the end of the day and got all pipe work moved, and help to get oven fitted.

Roger came out on a Sunday night at short notice to address a leak from our boiler’s immersion heater. He was quick, polite and professional. The new immersion heater was ordered and fitted within a couple of days and he returned to ensure the heating was running effectively afterwards. Very happy to have found him and happy to recommend.

Noticed a smell of gas in our kitchen on Saturday morning. Looked online for a genuinely local expert and was fortunate to find Roger’s details. He was with us within a couple of hours, and was very thorough trying to identify the source - he also explained everything he was doing, which was reassuring. He was with us for an hour and then suggested he turn the gas off and come back Monday, so that it was less expensive for us. He was then back today and after more investigation, found and cured the problem, and only charged us for an hour despite being with us for longer. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Roger has done several heating jobs in the house, most recently installing a new boiler at very short notice which was excellent service. He is always reliable, on time, does what he says he will, trustworthy and high standards. Highly recommend.

I met Roger the first time I needed an emergency engineer to attend. He came around 3 am in the morning, 1 hour after I called him, provided a temporary fix to address the issue within an hour and then setup a plan to permanently fix the root cause of the problem. The original engineers who fitted our boiler did a poor job and this resulted in the boiler being completely flooded (and my garage too) on 3 separate occasions. Roger managed to save the boiler every single time, solved each of the problems and we haven't had an issue since. Arguably the most professional and knowledgeable tradesman I've had the pleasure of working with. I would highly recommend Roger to anyone and very much look forward to working with him again on the next project.

In called Alogic Plumbing & Heating I have used Roger a couple of times for emergency water leak and boiler repairs. I needed 2 radiators taking off the wall as I am having my utility room plastered and run a temporary cold water supply for my washing machine while Roger came round and removed 2 radiators of the wall 1 in the utility room and 1 in the hallway plus remove some redundant pipework he recommended to take out. great job. Will be calling Roger round to install new radiators when the utility room is completed Thanks again Roger

He asked lots of questions to find out about the history of the boiler to build up a picture of the problem and got the boiler up and running again. I have had Roger do my annual boiler service and gas certificate for my rental flat for 3 years now . He is very polite and friendly and so easy to work with. I send him my tenants contact number and he works with them to agree a time and, job done! I pay - very reasonable pricing by the way - by bank transfer, he sends me a photo of the certificate on the day and drops the original in my letterbox next time he is passing by. No problem with the whole operation. My tenant is also very happy too! Very highly recommended, keep up the great work Roger.

Roger at Alogic was amazing from start to finish, and I highly recommend their plumbing and engineering services. We have had to use Alogic's services twice for 2 separate issues recently. The first was a leaky toilet that only needed its inside mechanics replaced, and the second was for a gas safety inspection. Roger quickly identified that our smoke alarms were expired (by 4 years!), and for our peace of mind, he came to replace them the very next day. Roger always goes above and beyond to provide his customers with the best customer service at a very reasonable rate (his prices are cheaper than the larger, well-known company we previously used!).
