Thanks Premier. My boiler was condemned 28th March. The gas was capped at the meter and told by Eon engineer to get a gas engineer to check the boiler. It was and unfortunately condemned. But thanks to Annette and the engineers a new boiler has been booked to be fitted ... although not till after Easter. Thanks Annette ... you are a star
Do not use this company ! They came out severiced my boiler caused I leak,tried to fix it three time. Which has caused damage to my kitchen and now refusing to repair the damage.
I have a Ukrainian family (mother and her 3 children) coming to stay with me - her husband has stayed to fight. Consequently, I needed a gas safety certificate. We moved here in April 2021 and one had been done in March 2021, but as it was over 12 months old, I had to get a new one. I was told Premier Gas Services, Coventry, were doing these for free to support hosts and those fleeing the war in Ukraine, so I decided to go with them. As it was just over a year since we moved in I decided to give them my custom by having the boiler and 2 gas fires serviced as well - they quoted £180. The servicing was OK but they wouldn’t give a gas safety certificate because the engineer couldn’t inspect the flue on one of the fires. I thought this strange, as the fire was only fitted in 2019 (all signed off as part of a new build) and I had a gas safety certificate from March 2021, so I had paid £180 yet still had no gas safety certificate. I phoned the engineer who fitted the fire in 2019 but he said he couldn’t do anything for 4 weeks, so I went back to Premier Gas once I had cut an inspection hole in front of the flue. They said they might be able to issue a certificate based on the photos I sent them of the flue, but they came back to me saying they would need to do a site inspection and the cost would be £45. I queried this, pointing out that they offered a free certificate for Ukrainian hosts, but without success. I have paid the £45 but feel aggrieved, hence my low rating and determination not to use them again!
Over the weekend, I sent an email enquiry about free gas safe checks for Homes for Ukraine hosts. I received a phone call yesterday, Monday, and the gas engineers came this morning, Tuesday. So efficient! Many thanks
I had a wood pigeon trapped behind the gas fire in my chimney and pest control services were unable to get it out as they aren't CORGI registered, and advised leaving it to die before calling a gas.fitter. I decided to persevere while the pigeon was still alive, and Arran from Premier Gas Services came out within a couple of hours of my call and did a brilliant job, quickly and confidently taking the bird out of the chimney and letting it free at the end of the garden. One lucky bird! And outstanding service from Premier Gas Services.

Wow went in looked at the cooker we wanted and it was delivered and fitted within the hour , couldn't believe it and they we're all friendly and helpful, definitely recommend them .😁
Massive thanks to Anthony who went the extra mile to help us. Installed a brand new boiler with no fuss, mess or issues. If you need experienced people who know there business don't waste time ringing around, just ring premier gas!
Wow what an easy experience. These are the kind of engineers everyone needs in their phone-book! We had to repair the boiler of the house we'd just moved into. Had another engineer out beforehand who was useless, didn't seem to know what he was talking about and charged £100 for 30 mins of his time (admittedly at the weekend), and told us we definitely needed a new boiler. Not happy with this, I called in premier gas on Tuesday and the engineer was helpful and listened to me (as I already knew what the fault was). He knew his stuff and said we didn't need a new boiler after all (in fact they still sell the very same model), and the repairs would be reasonable and we could update, service, filter and flush the system to the modern regulations for far less than half a new boiler cost. Best of all it could all be done on Friday! The engineers who did the work on Friday arrived on time, repaired the boiler and updated all the thermostats around the house in a few hours. Absolutely perfect service and left no mess. I will be using them again, thank you premier gas!
