Craig was very quick to respond to my email request for a PAT testing quote and we got our PAT testing booked in very quickly after. I had a quite a few questions in the lead up to the day and Craig answered them all. On the day, we had Tracy as our PAT tester, she communicated in the morning to give an update on her ETA. Company was very quick to respond to our request for a quote and got our PAT testing booked in quickly. On the day, the tester was running late due to an earlier job overrunning but they called to update and give a new ETA, which was accurate. Tracy was friendly and informative on the day and we wouldn't hesitate to use All In One Pro again in future.

Hate to be lone voice of dissent among the 5-star reviews here, but after 13 days of sending the details of a property I was buying, no effort was made to arrange for the testing. All I got were 2 emails one week apart saying it would be arranged. This delayed the purchase by 2 weeks. Edit: Contrary to the response here, I have email proof to show that they agreed to contact the estate agents to fix a time. They were not contacted. I was also told it would be done in 2 weeks, and was not told about a 3-4 week wait time. I have no desire to 'blackmail' anyone. Why on earth would I do that when there are numerous other businesses in the area that do this? The owner sent me intimidating emails after I wrote this review. I have ALL the concrete proof. Not just empty claims.
