Tom plumbed in two appliances for me; one being a relocation which presented some issues. He dealt with everything very professionally and was really helpful and tidy. I would certainly call him again with any plumbing problems and would highly recommend.

I wish all trades people were this responsive to communications, polite and so diligent about the quality of their work and clean up. We recently had a shower waste pump that stopped working at work. Tom ordered and fitted a new pump in 2 days from the first contact. He also checked all other fittings while he was there and relabelled the electrical isolator switches correctly as these weren't clear when he first arrived.
Prompt and accurate diagnosis of a leak in an EHC electric boiler. Very impressed with Tom's work and skill. Definitely recommended.

Rapid response to several minor emergencies recently - the last one being an underground pipe leaking up to flood the kitchen floor. Fixed it temporarily then returned to complete a fuller job later.

One morning I found a water spraying from a water stop cock pipe joint. The stop cock was jammed open so had turn turn off the supply at the meter. Access to the stop cock was very limited and and the adjacent plumbing was very badly soldered. Eventually managed to reduce the leak but not stop it. Called Tom at White Ridge plumbing to explain the situation and he came later the same day , concluded that the stop cock and surrounding pipework needed replacing and arrange to come the following week. He did a brilliant job fitting a new robust quarter turn lever action stop cock and replaced the adjacent pipes using Press fit connectors. A brilliant job. Highly recommend this company.
White Ridge ( Tom) fitted a new boiler at our house. He was thorough, efficient, excellent time keeper, polite and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and confident in how to use it. We would use him and recommend him again over and over again 110%. Rich worked with Tom for 3 days and also gave excellent service.

Tom from White Ridge Plumbing replaced some radiators for me after I moved house and came back to complete a boiler service and investigate a leak recently.
