Once again Excellent Service from Anthony at Royale Boiler Services Ltd. My Boiler is now Winter Ready and a Quote for an A/C Unit is on it's way. So hopefully next years heatwave is catered for as well. Phew!! Peace of mind.

Ant came to do our boiler service today and he was fantastic, super friendly and made a big fuss of our dog. Everywhere left clean and tidy!

The booking process was really simple with a friendly and understanding voice at the end of the telephone. Rob, the engineer was very prompt and polite and very tidy throughout, and he did a great job at sorting out the boiler. He explained the work that needed doing and what had been done backed up by images of the faulty parts and repairs, and he even had time to give the cats a fuss before he left which they appreciated. The work certificate was also issued immediately.

Came this morning. Rob identified quickly that there was a problem with the gas flow into the house and that this was dangerous. He quickly got Cadent involved to sort the issue. He came back to our property shortly after and serviced our boiler.

Royale Boiler services did an excellent job repairing my oil boiler after I lost my hot water. The people are all very friendly and very helpful. They resolved my issue very quickly and the engineer Robert Steele, was extremely helpful, he explained exactly what the problem was and what was required to repair the issue in a way that I could understand. They also were very clear in expelling the costs for the repair work. Excellent company and I highly recommend them.

I contacted Royale Boiler services after an issue developed with my boiler (Worcester Bosch). What attracted me was the Worcester Bosch accreditation and the great reviews on Google.....well, here another great review to add to their list. From the first phone call to the issue being fixed the service and professionalism was outstanding. The engineer (Anthony) communicated with me prior and upon arrival the professionalism continued. The fault was quickly identified, communicated to me and fixed on the same day. Great service all round with competitive prices too...what more could you ask for!! I wouldn't hesitate to use Royale Boiler services again and highly recommend them too.

I have called Royale because our boiler was stopped running. Me and my friend both try to find a boiler fix guy to coming within the day. Due to some mistake the engineer my friend called is already on the way to our house but he didn't tell us. Therefore I called Royales. From His respond nice communication and really friendly person, scheduled our solt immediately. Even though to the end we didn't have him. But his professional and friend attitude worth the mark.

My oil boiler broke down just when you don't need it - November. Phoned Royale, and engineer came out on a Saturday morning. After consulting I decided to replace it as it was 13 years old. New boiler and plumbing fitted on Friday, with 7 year guarantee. Many thanks to all staff invoved. Would recomend if you want a good job doing.

Royal Boiler Services (Andrew Challenor) are dodgy, aggressive and unprofessional, they broke the law by signing off on a boiler installation that was carried out by someone who wasn't GAS SAFE Registered, forged signatures on official boiler documentation, had GAS SAFE do an investigation and found multiple faults, also investigated by Trading Standards and action fraud. Had to contact the police due to his threats after my previous negative review which he clearly deleted aswell as the others. No doubt I'll be met with more threats and harrassment after this review but I feel people should know the truth. Stay well clear.

Andy came out at short notice to service our Rayburn cooker/boiler , and followed this up at the weekend to replace some parts. It is now working better than it has for years!

Andy did a great job fixing our boiler at a reasonable price and squeezed us into a busy schedule to resolve the problem quickly. He was a great guy to chat to also about our aspirations for A/C and ASHP in the future and his advice was good without hard sell. Always like to do business with local skilled tradespeople and there are many out there but I would be happy to endorse the other good reviews for Andy and his company.

Spoke to Natalie who recommended I check the batteries in my thermostat as this could save me having to pay for a call out. I replaced the battery and heating system came back to life. It’s nice to know in today’s world not everyone is out to make a profit. Very grateful and would certainly recommend Royale to anyone. Thank you so much for your help

On Friday, 26th September, Andy Challenor, who works for Royale Boiler Services, visited my bungalow because my boiler had stopped working: I had neither heating nor hot water. He offered a reduced charge for his attendance, investigated the problem and put the heating system on override, until a Baxi engineer could visit on the following day. I was extremely pleased with the service and would recommend Royale Boiler Services to prospective clients. Moreover, the office staff offered reassurance via telephone, at the point of arranging a visit to my property.

Great communication and professionalism throughout - from booking an appointment, to rescheduling the appointment due to some unforeseen circumstances. Air Source Heat Pump Service - The service itself was extremely thorough, and all areas were left clean, tidy and exactly how they were found. After the service was complete they took the time to patiently explain and share best practice, and advice on how to optimise the heating and hot water system. Highly recommend - these guys know their stuff, but equally importantly they truly value customer service.

Rob did a stand up job, boiler installed with no hassle. Previous installation was messy with no insulation or wire cleanup. Also very honest gents, was quoted higher than I should have been as they thought more work was needed which they removed from the final invoice which I wouldn't have noticed. 👍

I had an emergency boiler breakdown, RBS arranged a free of charge quote visit the following day (called late afternoon), evaluated properly whole my boiler & system faults. Within 10 minutes they had a quote for me and ready to arrange installation dates. In the mean time I received substantial contribution for my quote by the insurer, so I had to turn down their offer. However, I was so happy with their service that I am leaving my feedback and recommendation

Excellent service, phoned up Tuesday, engineer (Anthony) came out Thursday to service my boiler. Turned up on time, well presented, provided informative information regarding my boiler, then upon completion a certificate was emailed to me there and then with images of the job. We had a recent fault with our heating system with Andy attending promptly and identifying the issue After discussing options we decided to replace the aged boiler which was installed two days later. My boiler was leaking, an engineer came out and diagnosed the fault and sent pictures and a quote for the work needed. He came back the following week and did the repair and sent pictures of the old parts taken off. It was a fast and efficient service, will definitely use again

Andy attended an evening call-out for a water leak at my property. He was polite, thorough & professional. Although unable to find the source of the leak at the time due to non-access to the flat above, he isolated the water to the flat above as a precaution and ensured that my supply was running safely. I had been experiencing an on-going issue with heating & hot water, despite numerous engineer efforts to re-establish & maintain services. He diagnosed the problem immediately and, even though not asked or instructed to do so, he kindly took the extra time to fix the matter and restored heating & hot water in my flat for the first time in five/six weeks. I am extremely grateful for his selfless work at this difficult & stressful time for me. An abundance of thanks, Andy! 😊

Can recommend both the efficiency of the office staff & the engineer Anthony Graham This company did my combi boiler annual check recently after a very unsatisfactory experience with another company. The visit was booked & carried out at the arranged time. Matters which had been overlooked by previous company were discussed & rectified on subsequent visit. Photographs were taken by Anthony to confirm what was done, & job sheets & invoices efficiently provided. Anthony was pleasant & obliging as well as efficient, & messaged in advance of arrival.

Absolutely incredible company from start to finish and with every single interaction. I contacted Royale just over a week ago as my elderly and disabled mums 17 year old boiler had packed in and she had been given an astronomical quote (and long waiting time) from British Gas. I should have just called Royale first. The lovely Anthony came out within a few days for a check, gave us a really reasonable quote and then Rob came to fit a new boiler a few days later. Rob was absolutely amazing I have to say. My mum has some complex health vulnerabilities and she gets very anxious and nervous with people in the house. Rob was so polite and his friendly presence really put my mum at ease and she commented after how lovely he was. You could tell he really cared about my mums safety and along with Andy who braved the roof, they did a really thorough job. Also all very respectful of my mums home and the neighbours, turned up on time and left the place absolutely spotless. Anthony arrived towards the end of the day and took lots of time to explain everything really clearly to me and my mum more than once, answer our questions and had a some chit chat with my mum which she enjoyed and made her laugh. No rushing off as soon as its done and leaving you to figure it out. Due to the nature of the situation I was really anticipating the day being a stressful one for my mum, but due to how incredible Rob and the team were it was far from it. This is an amazing local company and I can't sing their praises highly enough. Thank you so much Rob, Anthony, Andy, Andy and also to Tina and Ben who made sure my mum got booked in really quickly. This might seem an overboard review for a boiler company, they really really did go above and beyond for my mum (although this seems their usual high company standard) who is safe and warm again, and they have taken a huge weight off my mind as its clear what a thorough job that have done. Incredible standards and excellent value for money, would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I had my boiler and tank replaced this week. They did a fab job explaining the work required provided a very comprehensive quotation. The price was great been part of the armed forces network I got a great deal and service from Royal Boiler Service. Like with all major jobs the was a few small snags but quickly and swiftly got sorted they came out the following day after completing the job. Now the system is more efficient and effective so hopefully it does a cracking job this winter.

Royale boiler services did an amazing job fitting me a new boiler. Andy came out and talked me through the different options the same day that I contacted them on their website. British Gas had already give me a much larger quote, so I decided to go with Royale based on their great reputation. Ben booked me in at only a few days notice and did a great job of explaining the different boilers to me. Communication was excellent, Anthony turned up the day before the work started to take some photos and the engineers turned up on the day exactly on time. The house is quite old but they did a fantastic job of removing the old pipework and getting the new boiler in. I thought it would take 2 days but they finished it in one with time to spare. Richard did some immaculate soldering with the pipework and they left everything clean and tidy. I will definitely be using Royale again in the future to help with the rest of my renovations and cannot recommend them enough!!

I have used Royal Boiler twice now and each time they have service our Air Source Heat Pump it has been excellent service. The knowledge of the technicians on both visits was excellent, and the professional manner that they went about their work. Their engineer Ant visited last and was informative and extremely thorough in his work and helped with pointing out ways that we could improve the efficiency of our heating system. Have used Andy at Royale for a few years now. He took on a heating system with underfloor heating that needed a lot of work and that other companies were unwilling or unable to fix. He worked through all the different problems until everything was working as it should. Over the years he has always sorted any problems that have arisen. The engineer arrived on time. Was chatty and helpful. Checked for system leaks and the ethonol strength. Checked various cylinder pressures etc. everything outside was also cleaned. Was pleased with the level of service and I will use again next year. Thank you.

I had a great response from this company. I experienced an oil run out & couldn't re-start the boiler due to an air lock. They had an engineer with me with a couple of hours & fixed the problem. I was so thrilled as the temperatures were forecast to drop this weekend & faced a very uncomfortable couple of days, I'm so grateful. Highly recommended

Excellent all round, from the initial phone call to the office to the engineer who came. Everyone was professional and more importantly to me helpful. Another company 'fixed' my boiler a week ago, so when it broke again I thought I'd try somewhere else. Royale truly have impressed me, so much so I've already requested other work to be done in a month or so. Cannot recommend enough!

Needed a boiler service for my Logic Combi 30, Royale were out straight away and got it sorted for me no problem. Clint advised me on a reoccurring fault code and how to get that fixed. He is a top bloke, thanks Clint!! After the service they provided me a detailed breakdown of what was covered in the service, with accompanying photos explaining it to me. Brilliant service, would highly recommend.

On time and very affent

A £280 bill for two visits and fitting of a twenty five pound part and the boiler was still not working. Another local company came, diagnosed the issue and sorted it within forty minutes and charged a third of Royale Boilers original cost. Be aware, there are to many red flags.

From our initial phone call Andy was very helpful and professional with our boiler problem and service that was required. Would certainly recommend and we will be using Royale in the future. Thanks Andy for your advice.

A very Professional and extremely knowledgeable Firm who completed a complete overhaul of our Radiators. This was achieved without mess, fuss or discomfort to the household. The Technicians who completed the task were polite and well presented. We will be using this firm again if required and would recommend using them to anyone who require help with their Central Heating or indeed many other jobs which would fall into their skill set. Some of the Staff are ex- servicemen who can be relied upon to complete the work Professionally.

Andy came out on a Saturday evening to help sort out an oil boiler problem. He was really quick to diagnose the issue and sort it out. He was really friendly and helpful explaining the issue and answering questions. A very professional service and I would definitely recommend them.

ASHP installation. Every aspect of the work has been excellent, all staff are highly knowledgeable and take pride in their work. The initial consultation was very informative and candid. The survey and subsequent report was thorough and detailed - telling us exactly what was needed. Our needs were listened to and all questions were answered. The quote was competitive. The time frame for the work was clear and more importantly stuck to. Having said that the work was always carried out thoroughly and never rushed. The team really knew their stuff and were highly skilled - no aspect of the work was bodged. The work was clean and precise. So the old boiler and cylinder are out, the new air source heat pump system is in, some radiators had to be changed. A 4 day job, no rush, no panic, everybody knew what they were doing and they did it well. Highly recommended

Hayden arrived to carry out a gas safety check for my new house I was updated on his time of arrival prior to the visit. He was very efficient, knowledgable and polite I shall most definitely be using Royale Boiler services again.

Boiler Check and Service Today - Easy to contact. Appointment booked. Engineer was prompt, thorough and tidy. The price was so very reasonable. Gas, Oil and LPG boiler work can be carried out apparently. I will use their services again and highly recommend them.

Dealing with this company has been a pleasure from start to finish. Our combi boiler could not be fixed, despite best efforts, so we needed a new one supplied and fitted. They gave us a competitive quote which we accepted and the boiler was supplied, fitted, tested and certified THE NEXT DAY. All this was done with the highest level of professionalism and I would definitely recommend using Royale if you need any boiler work doing. JOB DESCRIPTION: Full system power flush This is the first time I've used Royale Boiler Services & I was really impressed. The communication & customer service from the guys in the office was amazing. The engineer arrived on time & was super friendly, professional & answered all our questions. Afterwards, I had a couple of minor issues with one problematic radiator and they came back and sorted it out for me straightaway.
