JAC Air Conditioning and Electrical Services Ltd

JAC was the first company I found doing a search for Stoke-on-Trent. James Cartwright the owner called me back quite quickly and told me that he was booked up during the week but could take a look on Saturday. From the offset he was very much about containing our costs as a business and was very honest about what may or may not be done but he would keep costs down. He turned up early, was very very friendly and explained a lot of what he would do and was doing. He's clearly a very experienced expert and I learnt a lot. He was extremely conscientious and diligent and got our system in tip top shape. He told me it wouldn't need servicing for another 12 months and showed me lots we can do to extend its life and look after it. Can't recommend him enough. This is all against a backdrop of another very well known provider telling us we needed a complete new system that would have cost tens of thousands of pounds, against James' comments that this was a well installed, top of the range system that would be good for many years. An extremely honest and professional business. We need more like them!
