Paul was such a sport, he attended to our repairs promptly and very professionally. We got a brand new boiler installed and a leaking radiator excellently fixed. I would recommend Gas North East for all your plumbing works. Thank you again Paul, my family and I are grateful.

DO NOT use this company for air conditioning installation. We had two separate issues with units installed by Paul, both due to poor installation. Daikin, the manufacturer, had to send their own engineers out twice to fix the problems. It took multiple attempts over several months just to get in touch with Paul and arrange for these repairs. After that, he stopped responding entirely—ignoring all calls and emails and never offering any explanation or compensation for his inadequate work.

First encounter with Gas north east. Polite and very good communication as to job progress. They attended to my situation with the utmost professionalism. Boiler changed over by a very clean and attentative team. Will definitely recommend.

Paul and his team came and fitted two new radiators which included adjusting the pipe work. The job was done without drama and to a professional standard. When paying at the end I sent a bank transfer but quickly realised I had overpaid, no problem at all Paul went home and reimbursed me the same day. Professional and trustworthy. Extremely happy with Gas North East Ltd. Came home from work at night to find my boiler had an error code due to some sensors. No hot water or heating! Contacted so many local businesses with no luck of getting anyone out or a response and I was going on holiday the next day! Paul contacted me quickly and arranged a day as soon as I was back to come check it for me. After coming and checking the issue in the morning he had the parts sorted straight away and the work carried out the same day with everything back on and even carried out a service. Guys that carried out the work were very nice and professional. Extremely well priced for the work done and can’t recommend them enough! Thanks again!

My mam's boiler failed 2 days before she was being discharged from hospital. Paul came out the same day I called, diagnosed the problem and fixed it the next day. Lovely man, explained everything and I'm very grateful that mam will now come home to a warm house and hot water! Would definitely recommend his services.

Paul and team carried out various jobs on my house as we renovated an older property. Jobs included moving the boiler into loft space and changing the original boiler storage cupboard into a shower cubicle and fitted two new bathrooms and radiators throughout.

Top Guy, I asked him to come over the same day to talk about it ! I asked him to move a boiler for me and he quoted me half the price other people were quoting me. So i could afford to get other jobs done aswell off him like radiator removed and pipes put into the walls and even removing walls with electrical wires in! I'm actually blown away by the prices and the quality of the job and the service ! I have saved him in my phone book and I have called in back twice already for 2 extra jobs! He comes super quick, within a couple of days and replies to my messages straight away. I'm super happy all the jobs done and I'm recommending him to all my family and friends when they need plumbing work. He also does kitchens so can't wait to call him back to get him to do that for me!.

Recently had a leak in my toilet, home emergency company were not interested, Paul from Gas North East quickly responded and sorted the issue!

As a property developer new to the area, half the battle is building a network of tradesmen to use on each project. There are a lot of cowboys around. Fortunately Paul and Aaron are a diamond in the rough. From the outset, both Paul and Aaron were extremely professional, honest and full of advice. The work was carried out the standard I would expect (but very rarely receive). They went out of their way to help me and teach me a few things along the way. You cannot go wrong with these chaps. I have no idea what the other reviewer ‘Jonathon’ is talking about. He’s probably one of those clowns that has a warped sense of reality and leaves bad reviews for unjust reasons. Case in point: 1) Paul told me he’d send the quote to me the same day...he did. 2) Both Paul and Aaron answer the phone every time I called and if not, would call me back at the first possible opportunity. Will be using them on the next property without hesitation.

After hiring once before I got in touch again for a leak in a house I rent out. I was not called after the initial visit on saturday and instead I called on the monday. I was told he would price it and get back to me that day. On the thursday I called again and was sent a text saying he'd get back in touch. On the friday despite calling again no answer. The ceiling was now damaged and alot of further frustration had occured. Resolved the leak myself in 3 hours which I'd imagine was alot longer than it would've taken a professional. Disappointed in the service or lack there of.

Paul from Gas northeast came out to our property to install a new gas hob and service our boiler. the booking was short notice but he made sure we could get booked in. He came on a Saturday too witch was great as most other companies would not entertain our availability. He was on time, uniformed and well presented. Paul carried out the work professionally and efficiently with a friendly attitude. I would without doubt recommend Gas Northeast to anyone in need of a local gas safe plumber in Teesside, Northeast.
