Steve has installed 4 heatpumps "air to air" for us over the years, We live in a rural setting with no mains gas, and Steve's knowledge and ideas were excellent in heating and cooling our old house, particulary upstairs where the heat is ducted through attic space to vents in the ceiling. We recently had an issue with one unit, which is for an outside garden room, Steve and his co worker have been quick to call out and to diagnose the problem, and communication as always has been excellent. I would have no hestation to recommend Red Dragon Air Conditioning to anyone.

Highly recommend this training service. Steve is quality. Always has time for students. I did my F-Gas courses from, pre course right the way through to flamables. Facilties are very good especially the practical training rigs are 5 star. Always felt comfortable to ask questions if needed.

Completed the Mobile Air Conditioning Course with Red Dragon Air Conditioning. The instructor/Owner of the company (Steven Firth) was highly professional and knowledgeable. The team were also very helpful and accommodating. The instructor went above and beyond to ensure that all course personnel fully understood the topics covered before moving on to the next topic. Me and a colleague attended the Cat 2 F Gas course, Steve and the team were fantastic, he went over and above what he needed to, to help us learn from scratch and now we feel confident in installing split air con systems. Will definetly be using them again for future courses.

Steve was top notch. Had an issue with my air-conditioning, searched for leaks, failing parts but in the end turned out to be a fuse due to a aftermarket light fitted incorrectly from previous owner who had removed the 7.5A fuse. Worked over hours to get the job done for me an talked me through what was going on. I left with a working car & some extra know how, thanks again Steve 👍

Took my car to Red Dragon to sort out my air con, they worked on it for most of the day, and eventually found the problem. The car needs a part, so they were unable to fix the problem. They were brilliant, and they explained exactly what was happening. I will definitely return to them to sort out the problem

I took my car to Red Dragon for a pressure test and re-gas. The air con compressor had developed a fault and needed to be replaced. Shayee kindly recommended a local garage to fit a replacement compressor I had sourced, and booked the car in for a pressure test and re-gas for the same day. Steve pressure tested my air con system and re-gassed it once he was satisified there were no leaks. I'm very grateful to Steve and Shayee for booking me in at short notice and to be on the same day after the compressor was replaced. Steve is very knowledgeable, and was happy to give advice and answer any questions I had. He did a thorough and efficient job. My air con is now ice cold and I have peace of mind that it has been thoroughly checked and is working properly. Very helpful staff and excellent service. Highly recommended.

I went to Red Dragon when my air-con wouldn't work on my motorhome and I must say what a professional service I received. The problem was found very quickly and the whole system was given a thorough overhaul and now everything is working perfectly. I can highly recommend them. Thanks Peter Granfield.

Took car in for recharge as there was no refrigerant in the system, turned out to be a leak. Steve replaced the condenser at the front of my Honda CR-V only to discover a second minuscule leak. Once the leak was resolved, the car was refilled with refrigerant and air con fully working again. It was an awful job to diagnose the small leak as it was tiny (but still needed to be resolved else the system would drain over time. A lot of perseverance by Steve, he definitely knows his stuff and won't try to rip you off. Highly recommended, genuine and definitely worth using for sorting out your Air Con.

Clearly not 24 hour...

I had a leaking pipe in the air con system with the Mini. Very fast diagnostic test and ordering the part from BMW. Came back the other day for the repair, very professional job, you can trust their work and see how careful they are. Two hours later I was driving back home with ice cold air blowing

Stopped by with a deposit on my 2 upcoming residential installs. As I was there, I enquired about my Cadillac Seville for a quick diagnostic on the AC system. The repairs were done while I waited! The Workshop was clean and very well presented. As this is one of only 9 cars in the UK, I did have some concerns about the work. The Engineer (Philip) was extremely knowledgeable and very professional throughout the entire procedure. An hour later I was back on on road with ICE cold air-conditioning.

Brilliant service. Diagnosed leak in air conditioning in minutes and good value repair.
