Phil was great and he knew his stuff - he came to service my gas fire which I'd been finding difficult to light. He was very patient with me, and after servicing the fire, he took the time to show me exactly what to do. I was very impressed with the company and will have no hesitation in using them again.

Had my air con unit installed today by George and Charlie. Must say what a great job they done very professional and very clean highly recommended. Think be having another one downstairs soon. 😊

5* service from Phil, George & the team. Kate in the office was always quick to respond to emails (even after office hours) to ensure an earlier installation. Everything was explained during the initial site visit and nothing was ever pushed on us in terms of sales. The installation team were extremely respectful of our home and left everything looking neat and tidy. I will definitely be calling on them next year for an annual service and would highly recommend them.

Admin Kate was brilliant with sending invoices etc, the boys fitted an air conditioning system they did a fantastic job very clean, efficient, polite and left no mess what so ever. So pleased I’ve now gone ahead to schedule more work to be done at my home.

Have used Eric Collier since the early 2000s and they are extremely reliable. After a short gap I have returned to them. Alex did my servicing today and I will continue using them in the future. Great.

Excellent service from start to finish. Had a few radiators upgraded and some pipe work changed and couldn’t be happier with the service. Polite and friendly, work was completed to a high quality and they left everything spotlessly clean. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in future. Highly recommend.

Excellent company and super service! When our boiler stopped working an engineer was with us very quickly and although they couldn't fix it that day, the part was ordered, and they returned a couple of days later, fixed it and all has been well since. Thank you!

I had an LPG gas tumble dryer that needed reconnecting and servicing. Getting an engineer with the correct qualification proved to be like collecting unicorn tears! But one email to Eric Collier & Sons and the job was completed in 24 hours. I cannot recommend them highly enough, a big thank you to Phil (engineer) and Kate (who made it happen)! Eric Collier & Son has been providing us with an excellent service for many years. Reliable, friendly and very competent.

Experienced some trouble getting our Ariston boiler (in our static caravan) serviced although it is only 4 years old and under warranty. Last year Helen organised a service when we wanted, the engineer arrived on time and did the work. After Christmas we had a problem and Helen arranged for Phil (her Husband) took the time even though outside working hours to help us on the phone. Today Phil came to service our boiler and on my recommendation next doors caravan everything went smoothly turns out Phil is a motor cyclist as was I when much younger so much chat and reminisce took place together with a boiler I can already see is much improved. Addition 25.4.2024 Phil been today toastie warm this afternoon. Much chat no fuss work done all good for another year. Miss talking with Helen but new last year admin lady Kate is, like Helen a delight to talk to. Thank you all for the excellent service!

I would thoroughly recommend Eric Collier and Son Heating Engineers, they recently installed a new heating system which was not a straight forward installation. Gareth and Alex did an excellent job, approachable, knowledgeable and friendly, they ensured all old equipment was taken away and the boiler room was left clean and tidy. All pipes were insulated and electrical cables covered with conduit. An all round excellent job. Thank you.

They were able to arrange my service at my convenience and the Engineer was booked in within a week. The Engineer was very professional and followed all the Covid-19 guidelines. Called Eric Collier and son at lunch time on Tuesday the 19th of December after having been let down twice by different companies and they arranged for an engineer that evening george arrived at time said but unfortunately we had an issue with our electrics at the same time. Georgebwas very patient while ibattempted to sort problems and was reluctant to leave even at 6pm was willing to stay and try to get boiler working. Got electrics sorted next day rang the office and they could get george back that evening but I was going away arranged for call fŕiday morning and at 8am george returned got boiler working and serviced in one visit. On December 23 boiler failed again rang the office even though closed got a response from lady in office and a call from engineer i 4 minutes and faultbrectified over the phone. Boiler has worked perfectly ever since and after speaking again to the office this morning they were more than Willingboro come out again just to check all ok. Can not recommend Therese guys enough they go above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you very much Eric Collier and son fantastic service. Mr Jones. Bridgend.
