CWK Properties Ltd

I recently hired CKW Property Limited, led by owner Charlie, for a significant renovation project involving the removal of a load-bearing wall and the relocation of radiators. I couldn't be happier with the results. From the very beginning, Charlie and his team demonstrated exceptional communication. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding. They completed the project within the agreed timeframe, showcasing their efficiency and professionalism. One of the most impressive aspects of CKW Property Limited was their attention to detail. They ensured everything was perfect, even down to the smallest finishing touches. The team was incredibly punctual, arriving on time every day, and they diligently cleaned up the workspace before leaving, which I greatly appreciated. The entire team was fantastic to work with, and Charlie's organizational skills were truly excellent. He managed the project seamlessly, making the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend CKW Property Limited to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled building company. Their commitment to quality, communication, and customer satisfaction is truly commendable. If you want a job done right, with attention to detail, CKW property limited is the company to go to. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

They leave 2 works vans dumped in our road whilst they are on site upsetting the neighbours. Avoid like the plague unless you never want to speak to your neighbours again.
