Really helpful guy I think that he was called matt i was on holiday and engine management light came on and he fully dive into all of the codes and even printed them off for me and also cleared the codes too as they weren't damaging the engine really recommend them 👍
Mark at Simply Automative ws extremely helpful, my gas ran out of my aircon, i was desperate to have the gas filled, as the heat was 32 degrees. Just want to say Simply Automotive were exceptional in there assistance & service. We booked a MOT and service back in early 2026. We had to have a habitation done first and between a late arrival to them and a misunderstanding in my confirmation of appointment, they did a great job to help me out with my MOT and service. I booked in with these guys through Bookmygarage for an Aircon regas, this was just before the most recent heatwave in the UK. I had a quiet morning off work a couple of days before it was due to be done, and just before the heatwave hit, so on the off chance I decided to call them and find out if I could possibly bring it to them on the same day. The lady on the phone was very accommodating and said she'd speak to the mechanics and call me back in 5 minutes. She did just that, and they got me booked in for 20 minutes after our phone call. Once there I was greeted warmly and my car was sorted, I was offered a bottle of water or hot drink while I waited, the waiting area is clean, bright and airy, with a TV and multiple seats. The lady at the front of house was easy to talk to and made me feel relaxed, the guys in the back did a good job at re-gasing my car, considering I don't know when it was last done. I was then charged exactly the same amount that I had been quoted online, and I left feeling very happy, and most importantly very cool! I'd recommend this garage, and hope to use it again! Simply Automotive were wonderful. Our car broke down en route to Poole on a Mon where we were due to catch a ferry the following day. Simply Automotive fitted us in within 48 hours and the car was returned to us earlier than expected on the Wed, so we were able to resume our holiday. Everyone was courteous and couldn't have been more helpful. We were delighted that they sorted us out so quickly

Fantastic experience at Simply Automotive today. Mark and the team were professional, honest and completed the repairs plus MOT on my EV Tesla Model 3 faster than i expected. The pricing was completely transparent with no hidden surprises. It is such a relief to find a garage that operates with true integrity. They were fair and only recommended the repairs I actually needed. I cannot recommend Simply Automotive enough. This is now the garage my Range Rover Sport will be going for repairs and servicing. A professional down to earth garage. My air conditioning decided to stop on a 4hr round trip to get my 3yr old on 1 of the hottest days of the year. I called an air conditioning specialist who looked at the car and could not diagnose or fix the issue so I then gave Simply a call and the car was booked in and in the workshop within 2 days. I dropped the car in for 8am and by 9.30 that morning, Mark the service advisor called to say what the fault was and gave me an exact price to fix. I needed the car back by lunchtime that day as I had to return my son that afternoon. I agreed for the work to be completed and by 12.30 that day I was on my way! My air conditioning now works absolutely perfectly and I'm really happy with the service and conduct of this garage. Good communication, good knowledge especially with Mercedes and overall decent people to deal with!! Also did a pictured health check on the car and gave me quotes for any work that does or will need attention. Sure to return in the future as being quite particular with my car I like people who know what they are doing solely to work on it. Thank you guys Greg Mercedes E class

Definitely call this company for a superb service. An all flashing warning light appeared on my car display. 'Stop driving now, oil pressure'. I was recommended Simply Automotive Ltd by a friend, so I called, and they recognised the serious engine problem - cambelt (or wet belt) failure. My Vauxhaull Grandland X was booked in urgently, and the company worked on the engine. I received a call during the fix, reminding me that my MOT was going to expire in a few days, and would I like an MOT organised aswell. Brilliant communication, advice and regular contact. All work was carried out to a high standard. Lots of parking aswell which is always helpful. My car is running smooth, and I am now a fan of Simply Automotive Ltd.
Had my mot done here I failed on one thing that I didn't even know had happened they offered to repair it there and then. I decided to fix it myself went home did it went back to he same day paid a tenner to have the failed bit re checked and passed. Good service and appreciated them fitting me back in. AC diagnostic and repair and regas all done satisfactory and in good time, free vehicle health check successfully found old brake fluid that needed charging. I called Simply Automotive just before a bank holiday weekend after being told my car was likely to fail its MOT, and I didn’t feel confident returning to the original garage. When I spoke to Cara, she was incredibly helpful—she managed to fit me in for an MOT before the weekend, pre-ordered parts just in case, and reassured me they would try to get everything done the same day. The car passed its MOT, and the repairs that were needed were carried out at a very reasonable price. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and they even put the car back on the ramp to show me something they’d spotted—something the other garage had clearly missed. They made me feel really welcome, and I’ll definitely be using them again. Big thanks to Cara, Mark, Jamie, and the rest of the team for getting my car back on the road before the bank holiday. Incredible service! My wheel was literally falling off and I managed to limp to garage. 4 team members towed it in and repaired the damage and gave me a new tyre. No fuss, only excellent customer service.plus they gave me a courtesy car. A very well run, friendly and clean garage. I use them for my MOTs also. I highly recommend this garage.

Jaguar iPace booked in for an MOT. Tea, coffee, water and biscuits in reception to pass the hour allocated to the MOT. Staff friendly and helpful and all at the usual cost of an MOT. Car returned clean and on time. Online booking and quotations easy to access. A previous vehicle had failed its test but the company then went out of its way to fix the problem immediately and re test, at the owners request. Helpful and professional.

Took my car to Simply Automotive @ Poole today for an MOT. I was greeted by Cara upon arrival, I was instantly impressed with her friendly manner & professionalism. I was asked if I would like to take a seat while I waited, I was immediately at ease, & found the other staff were also friendly, attentive & keen to make my visit go smoothly. I had a coffee while I waited, & after approx 50 mins, Cara advised that my car had passed with a couple of minor advisories. She gave me all necessary information, together with full detail on costings for any works if I wished to book a further visit. I cannot thank Cara enough for making an otherwise routine experience, one that I enjoyed from her excellent & sincere Customer First manner. I will certainly be using Simply Automative again for any car works I have, & recommending to my friends & family.

In over 30 years of driving, it's been very difficult to find an MOT centre that is honest and trustworthy. One that focuses more on customer satisfaction and loyalty rather than making extra profit by inventing problems with your car that were never there in the first place! The staff at Simply Automotive Ltd are attentive, polite and very efficient. They get the job done and they don't try to fob you off with unnecessary "repairs". What a fantastic find....I will be back! I arrived early wearing warm clothing and clutching my own tea and a book, expecting a long wait. I was pleasantly surprised to find a very clean, comfortable, warm reception and waiting area with coffee and tea facilities, TV,and a selection of current newspapers and magazines. I didn't have long enough to enjoy it all as my car was returned with the replaced bonnet catch within 15 minutes! Awesome! Very friendly service from all that I spoke to, and thanks to Mark for the original call, finding me a cancelled appointment, and making a point of introducing himself. Oh...and to top it all, the cost was actually less than the estimate provided 😃

Mark and the team at Simply Automotive saved our Christmas! We came off the ferry from Jersey to the UK with our motorhome and had engine problems within a few hours. Roadside assistance diagnosed injector problems. A phone call to Simply automotive early on the Monday morning and they had us booked in by the afternoon and started work and had the motorhome and us back on the road by lunchtime the following day! Very professional and courteous. Tuck vehicle for mot failed on a light bulb. They said if we put a new bulb in it will pass so in it went and a pass was had. Saving me time having to go back and forth sorting out myself. Well recommended.

So so helpful. Everything i feel was above and beyond today from the minute we walked in to the minute we picked car up. Lady on reception kept us up to date with every detail. And made it very easy to get my daughters car re tested and all the bits we needed without any worries. First time using the garage after many recommendations and now I’ll be one of the people recommending. These guys did a major service and MOT on my van today and they were super friendly. They took time to answer a couple of questions I had about my van and looked into a couple of things whilst it was in there with them. I’ll be coming back every 6/12 months that’s for sure.

I was 2 minutes late the man at the desk was friendly and polite , he whipped the car to the workshop, however their car hoist failed , he apologised and kept me in the loop updating me in real time of the progress of the car , changed the workshop and advised me on the needs of the car ordered the parts and fixed it immediately, job done , I'm very happy with the service provided, I will definitely use them again

Called the simply automotive team whilst in the area whilst away from home on a summer break, a new dashboard warning had appeared just before arrival to the area. The simply automotive team squeezed me in to run a diagnostic on the fault, quickly found the fault and rectified it all within the diagnostic fee. As a bonus they also carried out a quick safety check and spotted my coolant was low , and topped it up too !! , amazing guys , many thanks for your help reducing the lost time of my vehicle whilst away and got me roaming again. 5*

Prior to booking, I was so worried my car would breakdown, as it had not been serviced for a while. Great experience- my first time here for work on my EV, (which is a Tesla and unbeknownst to me a lot of places won’t go near them) so I was very happy when they weren’t phased. Ariana was really friendly and welcoming and called me once the MOT was complete. Only slight issue was the lack of parking when we arrived but understandable as they are based on a busy industrial estate. I will definitely use again.

Booked an MOT online very easy to do with a text with day and time. Very helpful lady both on phone and in the office. Very efficient and no wait above the standard 45 minute mot time. It’s a busy estate they are based on but the place looked well run and not the sort of garage that would charge more for women or where a lady may not feel welcome- you know the sort of places I mean- would be happy enough my wife taking the car there and being treated the same as I was.

Booked last minute last night for a next day early MOT. Unbelievably great full they managed to fit me in as mine expired the previous day & needed to travel a long distance home. Staff were accommodating and tentative.the lady and gentleman on reception were incredibly friendly. Would highly recommend this company and their services. Quick, thorough and efficient. Brilliant service. I needed an MOT test done on the day, and Simply Automative were happy to oblige. Mark and his team were brilliant. I can't fault the serice I received. I was a little late for my appointment (satnav took me the wrong way!), but nothing was too much trouble when I arrived, and my car was taken in for it's test immediately. Simply Automotives, What can I say Just brilliant. I have have a noisy embarrassing fan belt for about 2 years another garage has not been able to sort it out in this time. 1 visit to Simply and it has gone they have sorted it out. I took my car in to Simply Automotive for an MOT and oil/screen wash filter change/top-up. They did the MOT within the time that they said they would and all the staff inc receptionist, head mechanic and junior mechanics were very friendly and easy-going. The garage is very clean and well-appointed which gives a great impression. This was one of the most relaxed and easy mechanic experiences that I've had.
DO NOT GO TO THIS GARAGE AS I'M SURE I'VE BEEN RIPPED OFF Took the car in for a MOT and apparently failed on coll spring fractured or broken was told it was going to take £160 to fix, including the MOT . As the car mot ran out tomorrow I didn't have any choice but to get it done went away and when I came back and apparently the part had been fitted and mot re-test the car was in the Exactly the same place where i left it but what they didn't know was that i moved the seat to see if they moved the car and also turned the wheels so the front ones where pointing out when I got back they were in the same place so obviously they are making up jobs to get more money out of people Shame on you simply automotive for ripping people off. Also asked for a.quote for the cam belt to be done 2 weeks ago and it's still not been sent or quoted for given them my email address several times was also promised it would be done today when i went to pick up my car but not done so didn't bother asking again, so unfortunately i won't be going back and also taking the car to a another garage to see what's been done, I will retract this review if I'm wrong. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.

After experiencing severe car trouble and my car being in my local garage for almost 3 weeks I was left with no choice but to take my car to an alternative garage. After recommendation, I decided to drive 45 minutes from my home, to Simply Automotive to see if they could finally get to the bottom of the issues I was experiencing. As soon as I arrived I could recognise the extreme wealth of knowledge the guys at this garage have. I left my car with them expecting to hear back from them in a week or so, however I wasn't even half way home when they called me to say they had found the problem and my car was fixed and ready to be collected. Incredible service and incredibly knowledgeable staff. I can not recommend this garage enough and despite the 45 minute drive, I will now be using this garage for all of my future needs. Been using the garage for quite a few years now & never been dissatisfied with the service they have given. Had some really awkward moments when I have been without my car which I need for my work. They have gone out of their way to make sure I've had my car back as soon as they possibly can,even staying late to get it back to me by the end of the day. Can not recommend these guys enough

Can't recommend these guys enough. They were amazingly helpful and very polite. Thought it was going to take a few days to get it back to me but they actually managed to get it done that that afternoon and back to me the same day which was amazing as clutch slave was gone and the car wouldn't move so very relieved to have it back quickly.
Very professional main dealer knowledge at local garage prices. Will always use as they have fixed problems that other garages haven’t been able to figure out. Will always go out of their way to fit you in, and great coffee and biscuits too!
Couldn’t fix problem. No communication. Car damaged on site. Angry when I got angry about that. Horrible experience. Told not to come back in no uncertain terms. He really didn’t need to worry about that.
