Excellent service, efficient, knowledgeable and easy to talk to about what the problem is. Had an issue with my boiler and he went above and beyond to resolve the issue, coming over and servicing it, sorting the issue, and was happy to share potential solutions for other plumbing issues I have. Incredibly polite and friendly on the phone, able to come and visit much quicker than expected and asked questions simple enough for someone like me (who knows nothing about plumbing) to understand and diagnose our hot water problem. JNR was recommended to me via the Our Bathroom Showroom in Byfleet where I was ordering merchandise for my ensuite refit. Jose who is the owner of JNR is the most reliable honest knowledgeable tradesman and his company came and did the refit to my master bedroom ensuite. His work is exemplary,thorough and his workforce are very respectful, neat and tidy - we are delighted with our refit. I also had an emergency as one Saturday was in my garden and became aware of an outside flood from a supply to an outside tap. Water was pouring everywhere and I was unsure how to deal with it. In true superman fashion I phoned Jose , he was out on family business but assured me he'd be with me in half an hour. He located my problem, temporarily stopped the flood and came back on the Monday to sort and refit dodgy pipe work and fitments that had led to the problem plus making the initial supply legal and accessible to location. This is a top top company and we would highly recommend and use again.
Thank goodness for this company .The service was polite and curtious . I phoned JNR after being told by a previous company that my boiler needed so much work and perhaps even a new one .Mark fixed the problem in no time at all . Very genuine guy !!!
