Organised, professional and a fair price. Boilergurus were recommended by Worcester Bosch for my Air Conditioning and I can see why. I have not had any issues from start to finish. They were able to quote and fit me in for the installation within two weeks and the installation and clean up was excellent. Very professional coms from the office as well. I recently replaced a warm air heating system and immersion hot water tank to a modern combi boiler and wet central heating system. I had a great experience using boilergurus for the job - Lydia worked very hard to source materials at a good rate and handled logistics in a friendly, helpful and professional way. Meanwhile Michal and Adrian did a great job of removing the old system and installing the new one, navigating any issues that came up with great expertise. It was a pleasure dealing with all the team and would recommend them without hesitation.
Brilliant service from both Decora and Jack. Very friendly, high quality and efficient service for a good price. Clearly explained what could be the issue, possible outcomes and then what the issue was and we’re flexible on what they could do in the time you paid for (minimum 1 hour).
A very professional service. When I rang them up, the lady at the other end had a good understanding of the most likely course of action. Jack arrived at the exact time agreed. We had a great chat about history as he worked away. The bill came to £167 for call out, labour and the replacement part, in line with the quote. I thoroughly recommend the company. I’m not surprised their rating is as good as it is.

I called Boilergurus to ask whether they cover our area to inspect a leak. Unfortunately, they don't but instead of ending the call, Lydia asked me about the leak and offered really useful advice. She also emailed me their informative new blog (which has not been published yet) and it explained exactly what was happening with our unvented hot water cylinder. When our local engineer fixed the leak, we were able to discuss and understand the cause of leak and the solution. Thank you so much for the advice!

Visit was booked in promptly and engineer did a fantastic job servicing our boiler (which was in a bad state due to poor quality servicing from another company). Unfortunately Google won't let me leave 6 stars so 5 will have to do! BoilerGurus were a pleasure to deal with right from the initial call with Lydia and visit from Michal. They replaced our ancient boiler with a new one and upgraded us to a pressurised system. They are experts, they worked hard and meticulously, putting in long hours to ensure we only spent one day without hot water. The old tangle of pipes is gone, the new pipes are more direct, gone are the 90-degree turns, replaced by gradual S-bends where possible, they had the spirit level out getting everything perfect, the new pipes are a work of art! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with any boiler issues.
Another great service. I called boiler gurus to install my hive and Michael was extremely helpful. The whole process only took 30mins. On time aswell and quick. The hive connection didn’t work after a few hours but Michael talked me through how to fix it on the phone. By far the most helpful and trust worthy boiler company I have come across. Wonderful service and 10/10 communication. Just had a new boiler installed having used the company before and all I can say is now I have discovered them I won't be going elsewhere. They came on a Sunday when there was no hot water a few months ago and managed to get it sorted until I could get the new boiler fitted.

Absolute superstars. As a landord I've been using one of the leading firms to do my boiler services and gas safety check for the last five years. This year the failed the boiler at one of my properties saying the heat exchange was gone and it was beyond economical repair and needed replacing (six years old...). Boilergurus visited and established that there was nothing wrong with the heat exchange but that it clearly hadnt been serviced for years even though I had paid each year for that. The boiler is now fully serviced, working perfectly and I have my gas safety certificate thanks to Boilergurus - I will be giving them all my work from now on. Really, really pleased with the service provided at every stage of my dealing with Boilergurus. From quotation, the work being carried out and to invoicing, Lydia and Michal were great. They are a great team, professional, efficient and polite. Michal came to service my Vaillant boiler and conduct a gas safety check after my previous gas safe engineer let me down. Despite having a really difficult day, he still showed up on time, was really pleasant and explained what he had done in detail. I loved the report with photos they do too, so you know they have actually done something and not saying they have, before putting the boiler cover back on! I love the detail they go into from using a whole online system to keep you updated re arrival time, job sheets, invoices and a report after the job is done. I was very pleased with how Boilergurus handled an issue. The reconditioned spare part they brought (as previously agreed) had an unforeseen problem which significantly delayed the affected part being replaced and the boiler being serviced. They proactively offered to cap the hours charged to a reasonable amount, meaning I got my boiler repaired and serviced for a fair fee, rather than the clock ticking on and on. I felt they behaved with integrity and dealt with me fairly, which I appreciated a lot. Very happy to recommend and would use again.

Unfortunately, our boiler stopped working early January on a Friday evening, we contacted Boilergurus that evening and spoke to Lydia, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The engineer came Sunday to have a look at the boiler but due to it being very old, it needed to be replaced. They were very quick to get a quote for a new boiler and installation (including re-piping as it was in an obscure position) which was at a very reasonable price. They understood that it was very urgent for us to get the new boiler installed so they slotted us into their already busy schedule – within a week of our first call, they came to install it. The engineers were very professional and tidy and took the time to explain how everything works and what they had done. I highly recommend them.

I found them via Google and lucky to speak to Lydia. She was so helpful. Lydia sent an engineer. They immediately found the problem and suggested to replace the boiler. However, before the replacement they tried other alternatives. However, it didn't work and new boiler was the only option. They did a great job. They have provided good customer service and very efficient in communicating the work that what needs to be done and the timeframe. They were always ready to support even its been a year, Michael has always answered my call and offered support. Boilergurus came to give my boiler a premium annual boiler service and carried out a central heating repair which was affecting my hot water, central heating and radiators. They changed my motorised valve, repaired my boiler and bled air from my central heating system and cold radiators. I have to give 5 stars for the services I received,I bought a boiler recently and the the whole process is top professional but what made is even better I had problem with the boiler and I asked to fix date to check but instead I was asked to describe the issue and take photos which I did and I received the solution on WhatsApp to do it myself and all went great but when I asked for the invoice for there help they said support online is free , I am really happy with this company and highly recommend.

We have used Boiler gurus before and cannot fault Michael’s proffesionalism and skills. The communication from Lydia in the company is amazing, where you are constantly updated with your appointment and will do their utmost to assist where something is urgent. We had the washing machine and dishwasher disconnected and on next visit a stopcock joint was renewed as the pipes in the house are all quite old. Michael reconnected the washing machine, dishwasher and everything is working perfectly. Nothing is too much trouble and I highly recommend Boiker gurus to anyone with any plumbing issues.

TL:DR - I wouldn't hesitate calling Boilergurus. They are very positive/proactive to deal with. Boilergurus have been doing our Gas safety certs for a while and we've been very happy with them. I received the call as a landlord you always dread "we've got no heating". I gave Boilergurus a call. They really came though for us. Lydia managed to squeeze us in late same day. So late I felt guilty about it, yet despite the late hour the tenants said Michal was friendly and very hard working. The verdict was best to replace the boiler (it wasn't a shock given the age/brand of the appliance) it helped the price was so competitive it made no sense to throw money at the old one. Michal and Lydia really put in ton of effort and within 72hrs we had a new boiler, happy tenants. I couldn't of hoped for a faster resolution. Thanks again!
Old boiler failed suddenly and without warning in a cold February, condemned as irrepairable. Michal came out same day I called to look at fitting a replacement (a Saturday), gave me most confidence of a few places I had rung and started the job on the Wednesday, just 4 days later. (Wife and I are both in our 60s and she really feels the cold). Job finished the next day. House was not just warm but hot within about 40 minutes of new boiler being turned on. Took a bit longer than originally thought, due mainly to some complications caused by the layout of our house but overall very impressed by the care and speed of response.

Boiler stopped working on Tuesday evening after 7pm on the coldest week of the year. We contacted Boiler gurus, who replied very quickly and asked for videos of the problem. Michael checked the boiler the next day. For a 15+ years old boiler he recommended to replace it instead of spending 100s on it. They lent us heaters to keep us warm! Lydia provided us a quote the very next morning and they discounted the call from the day before, very nice. Michal installed it on Friday, it took him the whole day. The job was very clean, and he kept me updated all time. Very warm and happy, recommended!

Boiler Gurus are great! They recently replaced our hot water tank, moved it to the garage, and installed two showers. They were not only great at recommending the right products and organizing everything seamlessly but also lovely people to deal with. We needed a faulty float valve in our water tank replacing fairly urgently. A very pleasant lady from Boilergurus arranged this for us on the phone and gave us a clear, fair, price. George Michal, who who came to do the job was slightly later than agreed, due to traffic problems, but phoned to let us know that he was on his way. He fixed the problem efficiently and cheerfully, also giving us some useful tips on managing our water system. All in all, we were very happy with Boilergurus.

Boiler gurus are extremely competitive, from beginning to end, I was kept informed. The work was carried out really well and it was finished before the time quoted and I paid the price quoted. The two engineers that came to my home worked really hard indeed. One of the engineers stayed longer to complete the work. Now I feel that we only see how a good service is, is when unforeseen circumstances arise. Due to my old pipes and previous workmanship, we had a leak. I notified Boilergurus the morning after, the engineer came back and sorted it the next day. The price paid was very competitive. The lady who I spoke to frequently was professional and very informative and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

It's not often that you find a really good professional these days. Someone reliable, who can fix a mess of pipework, install a new boiler and not charge you the earth. Michael is one of those exceptions that you will be glad to find. I cannot rate his work highly enough and his commitment to finishing the job and leaving everything neat and tidy is most definitely a plus. A very polite and pleasant man, who, amongst other things, will be servicing our boiler in a year's time.
