Reviews
4.3
Danston Ltd is often praised for friendly, professional and efficient servicing and installation, including quiet air-conditioning systems and work on commercial units. Customers also value the team’s helpful advice, tidy installations, attention to compliance and openness to energy-saving technology. One recent review raises a serious concern about delays and communication when returning to fix a problem, so aftercare appears less consistent.
Have some work done a few months back on a walk in freezer. A few thousands pounds to replace some unit. An issue appears after a few days. Had contacted them numerous times and were promised a return visit to remedy the matter. I have lost count the number of emails and phone calls to them. Now to the point they are ignoring my emails. Very poor service, particularly to fix their own fault.
Excellent company to work with. Always happy to work with new technology and ideas (such as vertical farming pictured below) with a great focus on energy saving and being proactive.
The Trifle was a bit acholic for my tastes service excellent.
Professional and helpful. Thoroughly recommended. Thanks for servicing our units.
Friendly staff and efficient service.
Great efficient service from the team at Danston Technical Services. Craig advised what would be best for my 1200sq ft office in Segensworth, he dealt with all legal compliance with my building manager. The install was quick, tidy and efficient. I have very happy staff having a full range of hot and cold air. The system installed is very quiet. Thank you to all at Danston for the quick and easy install of our aircon - wilsonhalligan Recruitment.
