Very prompt and took time to understand the problems we had with a John Lewis (Daewoo) 2011 American style fridge freezer - the water & ice dispenser had stopped working. A very knowledgeable and honest diagnosis of my fridge freezer problem. I was given instructions how to right the issue over a 36 hour period and asked to contact Simon to let him know the outcome. Very reliable

Simon arrived promptly within the allocated time slot. He diagnosed the likely problem within minutes (without even taking any of the fridge freezer apart). He advised me what the course of action could be to rectify it and immediately investigated to source the part needed. That not being available, he sought his own store of parts and realised that he may have something that would prove suitable. He advised the price of the part and the likely time to connect it so that I could make an informed decision of whether to go ahead or not. He then located the part (which fortunately he was carrying) and changed it. The fridge freezer immediately started working as it should, and has continued to do so (3 days now). I am exceedingly grateful for this excellent and reasonably and fairly priced service. I am most happy that I have kept my fridge freezer out of land fill and so elongated its life, with a repair. Simon saved Christmas! I had been referred to Watts Refridgeration from another engineer. Simon correctly diagnosed the fault over the phone after asking me a few questions. He was upfront, honest and clear about the cost of the visit and the cost of the part he felt was required for the job. Bit of a dog whisperer too! Absolutely Brilliant, Freezer showing warning light, rang Watts told lady of my problem and within 5 minutes Simon rang me back, said he would come straight out, here within 20 minutes, diagnosed problem and had fitted a new relay within 30 minutes. freezer running again. within an hour of my first call the freezer had been repaired. Cannot praise Simon enough.

Fantastic service - came out early as we have to go to work - spent a lot of time trying to work out the problem. We now have a working fridge and don’t have to spend a fortune on a new one - would definitely recommend!
