Update as of 02/11/2024, Contacted Antonio yesterday as I had an emergency situation with a blocked drain over flowing in one section of my house, Antonio had the opportunity to take advantage like most other companies would do and just say he'll be round to look at the issue, charge me a fee then tell me what you need is a drainage specialist, instead Antonio gave me his honest review and informed me he wouldn't be able to assist, and provided me an alternative solution, I just wanted to thank Antonio for his honestly and professionalism, once again I called he answered instantly, gave me the honest solution, the company I contacted after Antonio, made me stay home only to cancel on me at 5pm! luckily they helped me to get in touch with a company that would assist and my issue was resolved. Massive thank you to Antonio once again because anytime I've needed his advice/help, he's been 100% honest all the time and never once has he come out for the sake of coming out just to charge me like other companies have done and then tell me they can't fix the issue, Antonio's family values and the way he considers his customers importance is something you just don't see now a days, amazing person and jus someone that I can always rely on, thanks once again mate, you make home owning that much less stressful knowing there is a good person to turn too in times of need. Review from 2023 First time using this company: We were looking to purchase our property but we needed to know what the condition of the boiler and the overall performance of the water was like, this was back in July of of 2023, Antonio was on holiday when I called but he was still accommodating and arranged everything for his return. Without any issues picked up the keys from the estate agent on time, spent the hours in the property testing all the appliances and as promised, delivered the report we needed to make a decision on the purchase. Thank you Antonio! Great work will be looking to use your services again in the future!
I had my boiler fully serviced by Prestige (yesterday) as it was well overdue and the service that was provided was exceptional. My boiler wasn't just service, I was educated, by being informed and shown, plus advised on how to better maintain my boiler, my heating and so issues that should be looked into. The entire company has been extremely polite and offered a very high standard of professionalism, from arranging the appointment, to the engineers doing the job. It's been a pleasure doing business with them, I'll definitely be using them again, and will also be advising friends and family to use their service.
The repair Prestige Heating Services LTD did didn't solve the problem. Now I have to hire someone else to fix it correctly.
I came because of a gas leak. I left saying it was fine, but there was another leak. I came back to fix it. They charged us double. When we complained they said they had investigated and sent us an email saying they had done everything right and threatening to send bailiffs if we didn't pay. That's disgusting.

Absolutely the best Gas Engineers in town. I had lots of different issues with my heating system which I have been trying to get sorted out for the past 3 years! I had issues with the boiler, pipe work, airlocks and a few issues with radiators including a big leak we were not even sure of but did suspect we had a leak because our water bill was quite high. I was honest with Antonio when he came out to see us and told him about all the problems (initially he was only booked in for a boiler service) after discussing all the issues. He first serviced the boiler to make sure it was all ok and running properly on the first day. We made a plan of action and him and his team came in the next day and worked all day tackling each problem one by one, along the way a few more issues came up but they all worked so well together and A-Z resolved all the problems. Antonio has excellent knowledge and experience in this field and him and his team are worth every penny!! His prices are all transparent and clearly stated on his website so no hidden charges. Over the years we have had many plumbers/gas engineers come and they have not been able to resolve the issues we were facing. Prestige Heating Services Limited will be the only company I will have in from now on to deal with our heating and plumbing. This company is gold dust!! Thank you Antonio and team I can finally have a good nights sleep without all the worries I was experiencing due to all the problems. Extremely highly recommended.

I spoke to Antonio for an emergency call out for my boiler. I told him my issue over the phone, he knew exactly what was going on and was happy to help over the phone. Where to begin... We don't think we could ever use another plumber again without being bitterly disappointed. In fact, we're considering breaking our new equipment to get them back! Antonio and his team were exceptional - clear communication from Laura, the thorough power flush from James and the pipework from Kieran which is worthy of a Turner prize ( we will put a glass panel on the boiler cupboard to show it off ). This team knows what they're doing inside out, and is passionate beyond belief about their jobs. Their cleanliness, care and quality is exceptional. FANTASTIC job team.

Had Antonio turn up to fix my broken boiler. Nothing but good things to say. Kept me informed with what he was doing every step of the way. Fixed the boiler same day - even fixed my leaking tap while at my property at no extra charge!!!! Cannot recommended enough. Top engineer.
Antonio was very helpful in assessing the work required to my house, he has extensive knowledge and experience in his trade and very trustworthy. His team are all very polite and friendly. Fitted all new radiators and a combi boiler system as well as re-plumbing and fitting the bathroom suite. He gave a very good price for the work required and was honest and upfront about all the work involved. He cleaned up after himself and explained everything he did and made it easy to understand. Would highly recommend him and will be using him and his team again if required.
the guys came by to assess our boiler and were able to diagnose the issue and give us suggestions as to what our options were. They were enthusiastic about their work and absolute professionals who spoke clearly and didn't try to 'blind us with science'. Brilliant, cant recommend them enough.
Fantastic job from these guys. It's a few months since the work was done and we've had no issues since, so top marks. Couple of great points: - Happy to talk me through how everything worked. - Very honest quotes - when a complication arose that (in their words) they should have foreseen, they sorted this without additional cost. - Fully cleaned up afterwards. - Very cool magnets!!!
Antonio came round within an hour of being called (at the weekend) and quickly diagnosed the reason for a leak in our ceiling (which was beyond me!). It was quickly clear that he knew what he was doing and we ended up having his company redo the sealant in our bathrooms as well as fixing the leak. He did an excellent job at a very fair price, he was polite and courteous throughout and I will certainly use him again if any new problems arise.
All I can say is that it's refreshing to have dealt with someone who is genuinely passionate about what he does. My heating system had completely stopped working and now all radiators are working like never before. Other plumbers tried to make me change the whole system but Antonio came in with a much better quote and explained what could be fixed and he was spot on. Courteus, professional, loves what he does and really nice guy. Keep up the good work 💪

Antonio from Prestige was superb. Diagnosed my severely faulty boiler's problems and carried out a full replacement with no unnecessary fuss or bother. His team were friendly, careful and diligent, explaining clearly all the steps that needed to be carried out in the process. I would thoroughly recommend them.

We had to call in Prestige Heating services to help with replacing a completely damaged bathroom, kitchen ceiling and bedroom wall, due to a water leak caused by the egregious workmanship undertaken by the previous builders. Antonio (Owner) was transparent and honest about the level of work required and we were instantly impressed as it was distinctly obvious that he clearly knew his stuff when walking us through the work that would need to be done. We had a number of quotes (Pimlico plumbing being one of those) however we decided to go with Prestige Heating Service, they were reasonably priced however the price was not the motivating factor behind our decision, as one of the other quotes was relatively cheaper. As we had learnt first-hand, cheaper is not always the way forward, nor does it equate to a quality job being done. There was a clear & thoughtful plan, ironed out from day one! As well as contingent plans in place, in the event of a/any product not being available. He (Antonio) maintained a consistent flow of communication during the job which took roughly 11/12 days. As it was our sons’ room that was damaged, Antonio showed a lot of urgency to get the room sorted. He (Antonio) showed a lot of empathy and concern when it came to the level of dust that would be built up as a result of the job, always advising us etc when best to go into particular rooms, especially with regards to our child’s safety. him and his colleague were very professional and polite and always provided us with the best advice when selecting our tiles and other bathroom accessories. Honestly, the bathroom looks like something out of a 5-star hotel now and we will certainly be using Prestige Heating service for other building and plumbing works around the house. I’d 100% recommend this company.
