Griffiths Heating & Renewables Ltd gets a lot of praise for boiler, heating and plumbing work, with several reviewers describing Chris and the team as friendly and professional, and some noting clean and tidy work. Two reviewers report not being contacted back about boiler service appointments, even after chasing by phone or email, and one says they went elsewhere. One reviewer says a worker arrived early with a bad attitude and refused to do a radiator job over a carpet, while another describes a prompt and dependable service.
Took out a service plan in February 26 and set up the direct debit. Their website said I would be contacted to book my first boiler service. I was not contacted. I rang 4 times to try to book the service, each time being told "they will ring you back to book". No one ever phoned. I've given up now and gone back with British Gas.
I received an email from Griffiths Heating reminding me that my annual service for the boiler was due and to reply to the email to make an appointment. I did this and heard nothing. A week later I phoned them to make an appointment. I was told someone would get back to me to sort out an appointment. 10 days later my call hadn't been returned and my email was still being ignored. I ended up getting another company in to service my boiler. Just under a month later they still haven't been in touch
We were very impressed with Griffiths service. A quick phone call made the appointment and Chris arrived and serviced our cranky boiler and gas fire. Friendly, approachable, professional.
We recently had a Daikin 16kW air source heating system installed by Griffiths Heating. Chris & his team were very professional, accommodating and pleasant. They worked very cleanly and tidily. We highly recommend them.

We cannot praise and recommend Griffiths Heating and renewables enough ! We contacted them today AM as our central heating had gone off ,they were incredibly efficient from the first phone call , they turned up on time this afternoon and sorted out the problem without fuss and within twenty minutes our central heating was restored , they were excellent and we could not have asked for more , we cannot recommend them enough !
The guys did great work bringing the plumbing in my house up to date. The work was done to a high standard, on time, and within the quoted price.

Turned up early to take the radiator off the wall, right attitude, because I mentioned the carpet, and they did put protection socks on there shoes, but refused to do the job, there loss, need a attitude check.Avoid.
Griffiths Heating replaced our boiler. From initial call to completing the works, Chris was prompt, reliable and very knowledgeable .Very impressed in the quality of the Viesmann boiler and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend Griffiths Heating. Many thanks Chris.
