Customers value Terry’s honest guidance, fair and competitive pricing, prompt communication and reliable arrival times, with bedroom and home air conditioning installations completed neatly, efficiently and to a high standard. The team leaves everything clean and tidy, explains how to use the units and follows up to make sure customers are happy.
Fantastic service from start to finish. Quote carried out on the same day as our enquiry and work completed to a very high standard while we were on holiday. Terry followed up with a visit on our return to ensure we were happy and give us a few helpful pointers for use. Couldn't recommend more highly and overall thought is was very good value for money.
The previsit was carried out by Terry. There was no hard sell and he offered great advise and guidance as to the best options. Terry and his team arrived promptly on the day, installed 2 AC units in our upstairs bedrooms with the minimum of fuss and left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Jones Air Conditioning Solutions and have in fact passed Terry's details to one of the family.
Terry is always professional and you get a great experience from start to finish. He will evaluate your space and make a recommendation. The work will then be carried out to an impeccable standard. Terry's prices are always fair. I have used him for several installations over the years and would not hesitate to use him again or recommend his service to anyone I know, a true 5 star business!
We recently instructed Jones Air Conditioning to install some air conditioning units to our bed rooms. We can't recommend Terry enough! He was polite, professional and took great pride in his work. The install is neat, he tidied up where ever he went and took time to explain everything! A great price too. 5/5 from us!
Absolutely brilliant service from Terry at Jones Air Conditioning Solutions Ltd. He installed a new unit at my new build property and I couldn’t be happier. The whole process was smooth and efficient, with clear communication throughout. They turned up exactly when they said they would, were incredibly polite and helpful, and the installation itself was done to a very high standard—really neat and tidy work. The unit looks great, performs perfectly, and comes with an excellent warranty too. All of this at a very competitive price. Highly recommend!
