JST Engineering Group Ltd

James fitted my EV charging point. Really reliable, amazing service. Would 100% recommend!!!

Delighted with the work. Would highly recommend him, he's prompt, pleasant and reasonably priced.

Great professional work undertaken. Quality of work is to a high standard. Highly recommended.

James was perfect from start to finish. He came and installed an airconditioning unit in our house - he is extremely knowledgable and even ensured to match the external trunking to the colours of the window sills of the house! 10/10 experience and will definitely have him back for all future electrical work.

Absolutely incredible! Highly efficient, punctual, problem solvers! Really friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. My Neurodiverse kids are now able to manage the lighting in their rooms to suit their regulatory needs, and there are no cables showing in our lounge anymore!! The whole process was quick with minimal disruption too. Also very clean and tidy, highly recommend!! 5 stars would give 6 if I could. Thankyou so much

A massive thank you to James coming out at short notice on a Friday evening, following a bathroom refurb the metal work was showing as live. Kept me up to date, very professional and calming. Identified and dealt with tbe issue quickly and offered support and advice. Very knowledgeable. He will be our first port of call for further work.

Best electrician around, was very efficient with his work whilst still being professional. Installed 4 spotlights, replaced some sockets and installed an ev charger for me. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Outstanding service from James, he installed my EV charger and I couldn’t be happier. Reliable and fair price! Clean up after himself so I didn’t have to worry about the mess. Would recommend him to anyone in Bridgend area! Thanks James :)

Great experience with JST Electrical. I needed an outlet replaced after an old plug blew out, and they handled it perfectly. The technician was prompt & professional. With very competitive pricing. Highly recommend!

James did a fantastic job of installing an EV charger and AC unit for us. First class service.

very good service prompt efficient helpful and clear explanation re costs and estimates would recommend this company

JST Electrical ran power to my small workshop in the garden. They responded promptly with a very reasonable quote, and then completed the work in an afternoon just a week later. Cannot fault them, and very happy to recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work.

Fantastic service. Contacted them when my downstairs lights kept tripping and wouldn't stay on. Came out found culprit outdoor light. Also fuse box high up in an awkward position for me with multiple joint problems. Have relocated fuse box to kitchen where easily accessible plus two new outdoor lights that work!!! Would really recommend these guys you won't find better Tony

I had two new plug sockets installed with these guys today. They arrived on time, were very polite and left absolutely no mess at all. Probably the cleanest contractors I've ever used! They managed to install the sockets with zero damage to the walls which was very impressive. Cannot fault them.

What an amazing quick service. I contacted JST Electrical via WhatsApp early this morning following a pretty stressful night with leaks in my house, resulting in no electric. James got back to me immediately and walked me through some trouble shooting which ended up allowing most of the electrics to come back on. This has relieved so much stress being able to still function in the house. Couldn’t recommend enough for the advice and quick comms that come with JST. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing service! Been fab from day one. Would definitely recommend and I’ll be having them back for sure (only when necessary) 😂 Thank you!!

What can I say totally professional from start to Finnish and great communication. No bullshit good job good price. Highly recommend 👍

James was recommended to us by someone and getting him to do the electrics in our house was the best thing we did! We had a bad electrician in before him and he fixed all his work but also went above and beyond; car chargers, a/c units, chasing cables, doing all the little jobs like fitting dimmable switches - he was patient with me as well as our children! Will use him every time now.

Very helpful. We arranged a EICR for our property. He found a few issues with the system but explained them and corrected them/made it all safe at no extra cost. Would recommend and use again.

James has done an incredible job with our recently purchased property. We’ve had the entire area for the kitchen rewired with spots/plugs/lights, fixed up my EV charger (Which a previous electrician made a series of errors) and installed a duel air-con unit in our living room and kitchen. Outstanding individual, thoroughly recommended and can never do enough.

I have given a five star rating as I was very happy with James and JST Electrical! He was punctual and he worked quietly and methodically throughout the day. He also made every effort to find ways of avoiding disrupting too much of the fabric of the building, willing to discuss alternatives during the process, making the outcome more aesthetically pleasing which in turn made it easier to make good after the work had been completed. I would highly recommend James to anyone and in fact I already have to some of my colleagues in work!

For any trade persons needing a PAT test done for your vans electrical equipment. James is the person who will make sure you are legal. Top service from this company.

Awesome fella...needed light fitting changing in garage. Called him during Xmas to new year week, came next day fixed job done. Polite well, mannered, punctual and reasonable priced. Highly recommended.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from JST for our EV charger installation. From the moment we got in touch, they were friendly, responsive, and really easy to deal with. They took the time to talk us through the options, answered our questions clearly, and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. On the day, everything was done efficiently and to a very high standard. The installer was punctual, professional, and clearly took pride in doing the job properly. The area was left clean and tidy, and our charger works perfectly. It’s refreshing to find a local electrician who’s reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their customers. We’d happily recommend JST Electrical to anyone considering an EV charger or any electrical work.

Excellent service from James and explained everything he was doing

James did an excellent job adding sockets in my garage and wiring in my pottery kiln. Really professional guy and reasonably priced. Highly recommend

So glad we’ve found James! Top quality electrician who you can trust.

Brilliant from start to finish because communication was really effective from the first enquiry detailing exactly what James intended to do and what the procedure would entail. So different from other companies. He visited the same evening in the rain and the dark to give a quote and was kind and courteous. Job was completed within three days of the initial quote and I couldn’t be happier with the Tesla wall connector that was supplied. He worked patiently with my husband in setting up the mounting post and connected it all up going to some trouble to ensure it was done in a purse friendly timeline to take advantage of the home charging tariff. No issues with connecting it all up to Wi-Fi so far so I would recommend this company to anyone. I’m sure that if there were any issues I’d be confident he’d be there to address them. Very trustworthy. Thank you.

Reliable, honest and professional. James fitted my EV charger and installed the three phase board in a commercial unit for me. Highly recommended!

James installed 1 new plug for my table lamp. He turned up on time, he was very clean and the price was very reasonable! Would recommend again! 5 ⭐️

Contacted James to do some electrical work. Called around to look at the job very quickly, communication was great and work was completed to a high standard with the house being left clean and tidy. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Fantastic service from James, the consummate professional. Punctual, respectful and hard working. Very flexible when I changed my mind and offered up good ideas I wouldn’t have thought of. Kept me updated throughout his progress. James left the area extremely clean and tidy and gave me a thorough talk through all his work. Particularly pleased with the soffit lights they look great. Would highly recommend.

JST Electricals were brilliant from start to finish! Came out to quote at our earliest convenience and managed to book us in quickly following this. We needed more work than was anticipated (old electricials) but JST was honest and up front straight away, providing me with options and costings straight away! After being quoted an excellent price for all the work we had a new switch board updated and installed and made safe and an electrical car charger installed. Incredibly happy with the work completed. Neat, tidy, excellent standard and everything safe and working as needed! Thank you!

Had the misfortune of experiencing RCD problems with all Ring Main circuits (Fridges and Freezers) and cooker power fed from the consumer unit on a Sunday afternoon coupled with 30 degree temperatures! Contacted James from JST Electrical for advice and assistance with the expectation of an answer machine. To my complete astonishment he answered immediately, arrived at my property within the hour, diagnosed the problem within seconds, explained the technical requirements and implemented a solution within 30 minutes. In addition to the obvious technical experience and subject matter knowledge that James possesses, he was an absolute gentleman in all aspects of both work and behaviour! I would highly recommend the services of James and JST Electrical.

We’ve only used James for two jobs including a conformance report (EICR) and he’s already impressed us. We completely trust him and look forward to using his services again. His online quote request is super easy, he calls back promptly, scheduling is seamless with calendar appointments and reminders. The invoice arrived the same day—very professional. He’s enthusiastic, genuinely interested in the work, and offers practical solutions.

Super job. James arrived on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. I would definitely call upon his services again.

James did a lovely job. Wired a chandelier in a bedroom ceiling. Shortened the wire for me, as it would have hung too low. A very pleasant young man, as well as being tidy and took no time at all. Thank you James, first class
