Recently had loft insulation, kitchen fan and new radiator contros fitted. All work completed within 2 days to a high standard. Workmen were fast, efficient, polite and helpful. Similarly whenever I spoke to their office staff they were both helpful and polite. I was messaged prior to each job informing me of the name and eta of workmen. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I cannot praise this company too highly. From first contact to completion of the work the whole experience was perfect. People turned up when they were supposed to and were all friendly, good-humoured and respectful - and they knew what they were doing. All three teams that carried out the work were well coordinated and efficient. And they all cleared up after them! Great coordination between the office and the survey and work teams. If only every company was like this... I wish them all the best!

Esther is amazing. She gets everything sorted in the office. She is an absolute credit to CRS Only reason it isn’t a 5 * is because the first electrician fitted the isolator for the bathroom fan in the loft! We did have a bit of a wait on getting things done but it didn’t really affect us. Esther worked to get it done though.

We had cavity wall insulation done which has made a big difference to our house. Our rooms were cold and we had some mould in corners of the rooms. Since having it done there has nt been any. House warms up quicker and stays warmer longer. So glad we had it done and it was quick and easy. Crs we lovely and i would recommend them to anyone

I had a few doubts after receiving a letter from Home Grant Check offering free services if eligible. However, after the initial call, the whole process went smoothly. The team was both professional and helpful, providing constant updates. We also needed the work to be completed fairly quickly due to our circumstances, and they were able to accommodate this. I would recommend them for future work. Thanks again!

Excellent service thorough and friendly

I spoke to this company about having a grant as I own my home and have a lot of damp in lots of the rooms. They sent a survey person to look at my house said its ok i can get the grant as we meet the criteria. Within a fortnight I had all the dates for the trades men to come and do the work, the attic, the radiator thermostats and fitted new fans in kitchen and bathroom. All completed in a couple of days. Work completed to a high standard. I would highly recommend them and thank them kindly for all they have done and made my house insolated expecally with the cold weather coming.

Very pleased with Complete Remedial Solutions… This company carried out the work on our house for a Welsh government grant scheme, the work was carried out between dates in July to September for a new boiler and internal wall and cavity wall insulation, and I must say every one of the workers in the different teams, including the plumbers, electricians, insulation team, carpenters,plasterers, and the painter were all very polite and friendly and respectful of our property. Each team that came in took the time to cover the stair carpet and other surfaces to avoid things getting dirty or damaged, they also cleaned up, removed dust sheets and wiped surfaces clean, also they disposed of anything that was left after finishing their days work so nothing was left for us to get rid of. One thing my wife and I were worried about was they had to remove a length of fancy plaster coving from above the living room window, and we were worried whether they could get a new exactly matching length to replace it, however our concerns were put to rest by a very professional 2 man team who's business name is Finishing Touches. They carry work out for CRS, they had received a piece of the original coving and used it to make a mold to replace the old one with an exact match which looks great. They took their time to make sure everything was spot on and we are so pleased with the result, it looks lovely, we can't thank them enough.We had a phone call and finally a text the day before anyone was due to come and carry out any work. I have given Complete remedial Solutions 5 stars because I am so pleased with the work we had done and the workers who carried it out. We would highly recommend them,Thank you very much CRS. Quick and friendly staff members

Great and very quick service

I made contact with this company regarding the GBIS scheme back in May this year. An appointment was made and was told that one of their surveyers would call which they did and was told that I had stone walls, I was told someone would be in contact with me to arrange another appointment as I could have my loft insulation. Two weeks went no one rang, I sent an email to arrange an appointment, no reply, I rang the number on the email I was told that wasn’t manned, I rang the main office and spoke to someone else who set an appointment up, I took the day off work and the person didn’t turn up I rang to ask why the person didn’t turn up apparently staff in the office were off sick, they said they would ring back and lo behold to phone call. I rang again and all I had was I’ll get someone to ring you back that was 2 weeks ago. What a waste of my time. Well Ive found another company that has already did a survey and it’s all going ahead within the next 3 weeks, this company turned up and were really lovely I’m having a few things done under the scheme

Applied for boiler central heating grant got accepted on medical grounds ,come out took photos discussed what was required, 6 months later still nothing, have had excuse after excuse, and now tell me I have to go on another list for just boiler, most unprofessional company I have had misfortune to have dealings with.

In November 2023 a company called Content Renewables in Liverpool started a solar/heat pump installation in my home, which then dragged on for over 6 months and still wasn't working. Having been waiting that long with no results, I contacted my local MP Elwyn Vaughn who gave me the name of a company to contact, who then put me in touch with Complete Remedial Solutions in Bridgend. This company took over the installation to finally sort out the problems and get the system up and running today Wednesday 29/05/2024. The manager Rui and the electricians Mike and Mathew who I would recommend to anyone needing a heating upgrade installation, have been absolutely first class in their care and work for help in sorting things out. Great service from initial contact and survey through to final sign off of the work . Nothing was too much trouble for the team and their friendly demeanour is a compliment to the training they have received. Issues were resolved in an efficient manner and communicated throughout .I would have no problem recommending this business .

What a brilliant company. From start to finish their service was first class. The surveyor who came out was very respectful at all times. He always asked when he needed to go and take various photographs around the property. The 3 man crew who installed the boiler were nicely dressed, very polite and respectful and also considerate as I have mobility problems. The area they worked on was covered with some type of plastic to protect my carpet and when they cleared up it was done so well no one would have known. The 3 electricians who came out a couple of days later were also well turned out curteous, considerate and respectful. The office staff were friendly business like and all queries were answered Well done CRS. I would and will recommend you any time. You deserve more than the 5 stars I’m allowed to give. A very pleasant experience.

Things that appear to be too good to be true, usually are…… but not this time. We received a flyer in the post advertising full central heating systems, fully funded. We complied with the eligibility criteria because of medical issues. It was a quick decision from CRS once we’d obtained the medical letter from our GP. There was then a 3 month wait while paperwork was completed by CRS and finally we received an installation date. 5 fitters, 2 roofers and 2 electricians finally arrived and the job was all done within 3 days. I can’t say there wasn’t a lot of upheaval , as there was but everyone CRS sent was very friendly and cooperative to our wishes about piperuns and placing of radiators etc. and then it was done! We are very pleased with the finished product! Our storage radiators are now long gone and we have an easily controllable, state of the art heating system which we hope will be significantly more economical. Thanks go to the whole team, naming just a few, Rui, and Esther from CRS and Chris and his team from LOC Plumbing and Heating. We would highly recommend this company to anyone qualifying for this grant which is funded by the power companies who have failed to meet their green targets.

I had a combi boiler and new radiators installed with this company in October 2022. The work was done to a high standard and any queries I had were answered prompty and in detail. I would certainly recommend Complete Remedial Solutions Ltd as a competent and reliable outfit.

Outstanding service..everything was done with such a great attitude from the team. Would 100% recommend them.

Keith and his team were incredibly helpful and arranged and oversaw a fairly big retrofit including installing an Air Source Heat Pump, completely new 'wet' central heating system and a small solar panel array. Although there were a few hiccups and delays for various reasons, they kept communicating throughout until it was all completed. A few months later I had some concerns about the system and Keith was again incredibly helpful and supportive to make sure it was all resolved. I wasn't living at the house at the time, so it was all done from a distance, but CRS made that not just possible, but easy. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Had fantastic experience and service from this company, can only highly recommend it. Cavity wall installation done.

CRS installed central heating in my home last year and I have had problems with it ever since. I have lost count of the number of times I have been promised help but none materialises. I would not use this company again. Beware, they talk a good talk.

I cannot recommend this Company enough. I put a job ad onto my builder and they responded promptly, I called them back and the lady who booked the appointment was professional and compassionate. Jamie came on time as promised and confirmed by text and completed the free quote check, and did a professional complete check and let me know the result. He then emailed and called when he promised, returned to the property fotna second time, when he promised he would and completed all his promises. I then also needed to speak to the MD Keith Platt and from top to bottom this company is helpful, professional and reliable and contactable. 5 stars and would not hesitate to recommend CRS to anyone.

I was spending a fortune on my gas bill as I was using the old back boiler from when I first moved in my house a few years ago. I found out that in fact it was too small for the house. I spoke to Rhia and I now have a brand new combi boiler, which is saving me a fortune. They also topped up my loft insulation from 100mm to 270mm. All of this was done for me free of charge without me spending any money. Also I have to say that it's been the best customer service experience I've received, with the team always available to speak to. Thank you Rhia and team, top work.

Very unprofessional. Managed to arranged a survey for wall tie replacement and re-rendering to the rear of my property without any problem, but received no quotation for the work. Even after 4 telephone calls over a period of several months - nothing. A complete waste of my time. Definitely not recommended.

CRS Ltd recently installed new boiler and cavity wall filling for my mother under an ECO flex scheme. Good communication by company and work done promptly and to a high standard. Great service and workmen really friendly. CRS pride themselves in giving it’s customers a 1st class service which I can confirm they do.

I phoned Keith at CRS for a quote for cavity wall insulation, he came out and gave me a price which I was more than happy with. The following week the two lads, Mike and Jamie, came and did a brilliant job, they are the nicest lads I've ever met. They are efficient, polite and they take pride in their work, cleaning up any mess they make, which not many workmen do nowadays. I would recommend this company to anyone.
