Highly recommended. Perry Plumbing replaced a faulty filling loop, secured the flue, fixed a roof gap and added inhibitor to the heating system. Communication was great, the price was good and the work was carried out professionally. After previous bad experiences with tradespeople, it can be hard to know who to trust. It was a real relief to find honest, knowledgeable and competent engineers who quickly identified the issues, explained the options clearly and resolved everything. I would happily use them again and recommend them to others.

Really impressed with Perry Plumbing. I do my annual boiler check with them. This time I had a cold water supply for my new fridge freezer which requires plumbing. They were quick to book me in. Had great time keeping. Paul respected my home and even tidied up after himself with the new pipework looking great. In addition there was a towel rack that was very loose in my bathroom and without asking they fixed it back into its place (thanks- it's annoyed me for over a year). Used this firm before this morning no heat or hot water. Sent text at 6.50am had reply within 15 minutes and engineer who sorted rads before Matthew here at 8am. By 8.45 pump replaced and heating hot water sorted. Great service, no blag or quoting for extra work and fantastic response. Would recommend. 19/3/25 Since original post I've used Perry to replace old radiators, upgrade a defective boiler and every time service has been efficient, prompt and professional. April 2026. Noticed issue with bedroom radiator - not previously replaced. Emailed details, provided quote and work done within 10 days. Engineer (Matt) very efficient and no mess or issues. Rads changed and system refilled and checked. Would use no one else as firm efficient and do exactly what they've advised.

The whole experience of using Perry Plumbing was stress free and very professional. The initial contact and subsequent visit for an assessment/quote was a simple to follow process and responded to in a timely manner. The engineer messaged us to keep us updated on arrival time and once at our house, nothing was too much trouble and he made what was a tricky fix look very easy - work on our Megaflow tank and fitting of new taps. He removed existing vanity units to get a good fix on the new taps and clicker wastes. The engineer just got on with the job and competed in half a day what would have taken most engineers at least double the time. Highly recommended.

Could not fault any of the team or service at Perry Plumbing. Paul came out on an emergency call out, was here very quickly and sorted. The team that came out on the day worked professionally to get the job done and made sure we were completely happy before leaving. I was very pleased with the work carried out by Perry Plumbing. It was done very efficiently by a nice polite man (who also used shoe covers to protect my floors) There was no mess to deal with afterwards and he even cleaned up some glass, when a jar fell out of the cupboard under the sink, which wasn’t his fault.

Called these guys and within an hour they were checking the boiler and recommending what the next steps were. Luckily they had the part on their van and sorted it straight away. I found this company online after ringing about 15 on a Saturday after my boiler had an issue. One of the directors straight away answered and gave me a number for two of his colleagues. Both were the most knowledgeable of everyone I called that day and both gave me the same answer without knowing I’d called them both individually. I got sorted the same day with such a helpful attitude and the conversations were both down to earth and easy. The director even called me back the next day to see if I got sorted. I found Perry Plumbing online, after seeing such good reviews I gave them a call. I had been left with no toilet, shower or running water after a huge mess left by a different company and was really in a bad situation given I have a small child. Perry Plumbing came out the following morning to quote the job free of charge. Their price was fair and Matt returned the following morning. After seeing the mess I was in, he even moved jobs around to sort it out asap. He came the next morning first thing and fixed the issues so I now have a working toilet, water and shower! I am so grateful for them sorting this so quickly, and they didn’t rip me off. I will always call Perry Plumbing moving forward and would recommend them to anyone. Let’s start with the positives. They helped us when we needed them, service was quick and a new boiler installed in only a few of weeks, they also did a bang up job with keeping everything tidy! The negatives: high quote for a temporary fix, although was free with the new boiler, meaning it felt forced. They told us a time of day they would arrive, were late. This isn’t great when you have a little human to entertain. After the install, there was a small leak and they kept saying someone would be round, no one has ever turned up. I am sure this was due to settling, but they could have reassured us, not promise something and not deliver.

My toilet needed fixing. Two very handsome plumbers came to fix it. Quick, smart and low cost repair. I would recommend this company.

If you have any issues with your boiler, I would recommend you call this company and ask them to help BEFORE ANY OTHER! They are "gold standard," PLUS PLUS PLUS. They should be top of your list if you want to deal with professional, reliable people who obviously and rightfully take pride in their industry and want to help you as soon as they can. I have just had the pleasure of "Tony," having spoken with head office earlier today about the problem with my boiler. The gentleman I first spoke to, was, as Tony , so personable and gave me immediate confidence that I had (lucky for me, ) made the right choice (from the "google list !") on my keypad! Friday afternoon, same day as my call, Tony arrived. He listened to my issues with the heating and water and then carried out his assessment and diagnosis. He explained everything to me and fortunately for me this time he was able to resolve the problem. I felt completely relaxed and confident with all he did and all the additional information and advice he kindly took time to give me, before heading to his next (fortunate) customer. Any issues, I know I can call and will get the immediate advice and help that I need. My experience today has really lifted my spirits . My faith is restored, as is my boiler and hot water ! I am going to be completely honest. Perry's have always been fantastic and flexible. They replaced our very old boiler during the fun of Covid and have completed annual services since. They are on time and usually very efficient and cost-effective. They reward loyalty and recommendation which is how we first heard about them. A recent experience has left me a little unsure of their work ethics and whilst it is only one bad experience, from one employee, the issue is unresolved. I have contacted the company and was reassured by Anthony the issue would be investigated. I was then contacted by another colleague to try and resolve but the calls were unanswered on several occasions when I tried. I don't dispute that it is difficult for me to discuss whilst at work but no calls or emails have been made since their initial attempt or since I've made contact with them. I don't have time to keep chasing for a resolution and I've just put it down to being a bad experience. Our vacant property had its security compromised and our bills were impacted as a result of the plumber's actions.

Cannot thank Perry Plumbing & Heating enough for their quick response to resolve a redundant gas pipe issue. Tony, nice man, was very informative, explained all aspects of the job step by step. I called Perry Plumbing and heating when we came back from holiday and found a leak in the garage from the mains supply. Anthony came out on bank holiday and fixed within the hour. He also made a number of really helpful recommendations to improve the plumbing in our utility. We will certainly use them again, having recently moved to the area I can safely say we have found our new local plumber. Can’t recommend them enough, really happy with quality of workmanship and service.

Excellent service provided by Perry Plumbing & Heating, I asked them to replace an old immersion heater and an electric shower that was underperforming. They recommended an unvented water heater which was installed quickly and cleanly, my hot water pressure is now vastly improved and plentiful supply. They also suggested replacing the bath taps with a shower mixer, leaving the old shower in place which again is much better and was done without any mess. Their engineer was very efficient and friendly. I'd certainly recommend their services to anyone needing similar work done.

Starting with Paul at Perry Plumbing & Heating Ltd - he helped us to make the decision to flush our system rather than to replace the radiators as per my original thoughts. He discussed the options with me and made me feel confident with his suggestion. They worked with her, instead of around her and made her feel comfortable, when the men fitted her boiler and radiators. Antony that did her quote came on the morning of fitting and introduced the other 2 men that were doing the work. He also went round after the work was done to make sure she was happy with their work. No subcontractors which is brilliant. Friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend this company.

We found Perry Plumbing from Google and saw the number of great reviews and feedback following the services they provide and decided to go with them based on this. They arranged to meet up at the property, although they did re-arrange the date of the first visit after not turning up on the day. At the first visit I was very happy with what was explained and I sent the information across that was required for a quote. One week had gone by (as I was told a quote would be provided by the end of the week) and I had not heard anything. I contacted the office and they told me they will get back to me. A few days went by again and then I was told the individual who came out to the property had gone on holiday which fair enough. I then called when this individual was back from holiday and they told me they would check with the office and get back to me. I then called several times after that and at this point my calls were not being answered. From the reviews I can see people tend to have quick fixes whereas ours was a new property that needed full plumbing work and radiator installation. I’m very disappointed because it wasted a lot of my time when I could have gone through with another plumber.

CONSUMER ALERT!!!! There are still EXCELLENT companies out there that DO what they claim, Perry Plumbing & Heating Ltd is just that. From the get go they were put to task to remove an old open flue floor standing combi boiler from the chimney housing and relocate a new Baxi 830 in another part of the build. Old Victorian building so no mean feat. Same day quote, explained everything inc possible options where to relocate the heating system/boiler, flue etc. These guys are BUSY, but nothing was too much trouble, they respond they deploy you get the works. My faith has been restored, Anthony and team are a refreshing change to the industry, respect for the property, kept the work area clean and tidy, polite punctual the list is endless. An elderly relative of mine told me that her engineer was going to replace the boiler even though everything was working fine, so I called Perry Pluming at 18:00 on Friday, but 10 the next day Antony was on site diagnosing the fault. Not only was the boiler fine, he told me it would be better to go to the boiler manufacturer Worcester as it would be cheaper for her!!! Then wouldn't accept payment as he hadn't done any work! On Boxing Day morning we discovered our central heating system wouldn’t work. We were recommended to Perry Plumbing who asked for photos were able to diagnose the potential problem and quote a price. As no parts were available that day we were promised an engineer would call out the next day and replace the part. Anthony explained the options we agreed a way forward, they managed to spin things to install the initial pipework to beat the ceilings being plastered, then came back 3 weeks later and within 4 days complete installation, cannot recommend the business and the guys enough.

Completed on on-line form outlining the work of two jobs. After a few days, a young man phoned and arranged to visit that same afternoon to see what the work involved. On viewing it, to my amazement, he said he'd to it now. He worked quickly for about an hour and a half, completed the jobs and left everything tidy and did not overcharge. We had a number of small jobs that needed doing; shower replacement, toilet flush replacement, replacing 2 small radiators and sorting drainage issues in the bathrooms and kitchen. A serious gas leak was not the Christmas present I welcomed. No heating, hot water or gas cooker for a week during the holiday period. After plenty of research and after reading their good reviews I contacted Perry Plumbing & Heating who quickly came to my rescue, replacing the leaking pipework and installing a new heating system. Anthony was prepared to spend time explaining every aspect of the work in a polite and friendly manner. An excellent team - hard working, neat & tidy and altogether a very positive experience after such a difficult time. Highly recommended.

We had a longstanding issue with our heating which we had three professional opinions for. None of those seemed to agree. Tony came to see us, listened to what I told him and said ok I don't want to mess with any of the things previously looked at, this is my experience and this is what I suggest. Initially I wasn't sure. The solution was to replace the boiler and not even try troubleshooting with it. In the end I'm glad I listened to Tony. Our heating has been working fine since they came to help us. The engineers were friendly, fast, courteous and clean. This was all done over the Christmas period too. Tony came to see us a few days later to see how things are and talk me through next steps and servicing etc which was really helpful. I really recommend Perry Plumbing & their team.

Most recently he refurbed our bathroom, and fitted a new boiler and radiators when we moved house. He also completely replaced the heating system in our son and his wife's house. Called them out at short notice as boiler packed up (35 year old boiler so it was more than on its last legs). They tried everything to get it working but it was dead and the parts are obsolete. Gutted to find out we need a new boiler - no doubt a long wait and really expensive. Not at all. Quoted same day for replacement boiler - really good quote - and I am a suspicious old sod so I worried they may be cheap and cheerful because it was such a competitive price, but they were superb. Such care taken in fitting the boiler - really neat job - done on time and for a fixed quote. They had to re-brick around where the old flue was and it looks better than it did before. The whole team are excellent and I am so glad I was recommended to use them (as is my wife). Two very happy customers.

Efficient and effective work whatever the issue

Called in Perry Plumbing to look at my Central Heating System which was not working properly. I was given the option of a repair which would last approx 12months or a new boiler. Chose the new boiler because the price was so competitive and I am fed up of calling someone out every year. I am usually a bit weary of tradesmen, had bad experiences in the past, but I really liked Anthony and his honesty and felt safe to let him and his professional team into my home. I had a tap that was leaking and would have costed a lot to replace but Anthony was willing to repair where other plumbers said they would only replace. Very quick to respond following a leak in our water tank. Anthony gave us a few options explaining everything in great detail but no pressure to buy a new boiler. We did decide on a new boiler (ours being 30 years old and a little troublesome) which was installed efficiently and quickly. First experience using Perry Plumbing last night. Turn out the issue was my toilet training son had blocked toilet and put too much paper down which loosened the seal. After what I imagined was a long day for these guys, they turned with smiles and were very friendly and professional. They gave advice on future projects. Called on behalf of my elderly mother, asked if they could help with a leak in the bathroom. Was told that someone would be out at some point during the day, some 20 mins later and someone was at my moms and issue was fixed. Excellent service, would definitely use again.

Anthony and his colleagues have been indispensable fixing various issues we have had with our boiler, heating system and general plumbing with our new house. If it's really important, even if it's at the end of a long day for him, he'll turn up, grinning, and fix the issue. They've also done a larger project for us, which went off really well. Prices are sensible, to the point where I don't bother getting multiple quotes any more. He'll also attempt to fix things rather than fitting a new part as a matter of course, which again is sensible. If it's something I might be able to do he'll just tell me what I need to do over the phone, making it free - until I screw it up and call him to fix my mess...!

Absolutely fantastic company I can't rate them enough. With 3 days until Christmas and no kitchen sink or dishwasher, I feared the worst. But I contacted Paul and he reassured me straightaway. From the moment I called to the installation was first class service. Came out the same day I telephoned, I decided on a new boiler, which was scheduled to be fitted within a couple of days. Heaters were dropped off which was greatly appreciated given the time of year. Boiler was fitted quickly and without any hassle, plus had a follow up visit that evening from Anthony and colleague to check all was ok. Overall top class service, repeatable company with excellent customer service.

I couldn't recommend this company highly enough! My old boiler broke down on a very cold Friday night, the worst possible time to walk in from work at 8pm to find no heating or hot water with two children in the house. I spoke with an engineer on the phone who's first thought was to talk me through lots of things I could check/try first to restart her. This support lasted a good 20 minutes but unfortunately to no avail. Paul came out the following day to fit a new boiler and completed all of the registration paperwork online before he left. What should have been an extremely stressful situation was made so easy due to the responsiveness of the company and Paul's undeniable wealth of knowledge. I would recommend Perry Plumbing and Heating without reservation and I will most definitely be a returning customer for any plumbing works. A huge thank you to Paul and Ant for rescuing three damsels in distress so quickly!

Luke was able to come out to us the day we called. He was able to diagnose the problem with our boiler quickly and fixed the issue within an hour which is a relief in cold November! Always worried that these kind of tradespeople could take you for granted and over charge as we were keen to get the heating back on but they were very honest and very well priced. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic company to deal with. I have been sent plumbers to fix my boiler through my insurance, all of whom have misdiagnosed the issue and have also not even attempted to repair. So I contacted Perry, and they sent Richard along who was knowledgeable and so helpful. They came out quickly too. I won't be using any other plumbing and heating company again. Mom 89 with no heating, no hot water and boiler was tripping the RCD turning off the electricity to the whole house! Rang these guys Wednesday mid-day, explained the situation. Engineer came 2 hours later. Said they'd do an urgent boiler repayment Friday! Friday 2pm new boiler fitted and working. Price was very reasonable, outstanding service. Anthony and his team were wonderful, we had a whole new heating system 10x new radiators and a brand new boiler at a really competitive price. After my boiler gave up recently, I was in desperate to get something sorted. I'd been out of my house for almost two weeks with no hot water or heating and with repairs carried out by a third party to my faulty boiler not fixing the problem, I was starting to get annoyed. After getting in from work one night to find a replaced part still leaving me with a cold house, I grabbed the local tradesman's book and picked up the phone. After making some unsuccessful calls, I spoke with Anthony. Within an hour he went out of his way to come and see if he could help with my ancient boiler! It was decided it was past its best and Anthony put together a no obligation quote to fit me a new boiler, but gave me multiple options including trying to fix my current boiler. Everything was explained to me, and the next day I told Anthony I wanted a new boiler. 3 days later and Anthony and his team had fitted a new boiler and on retuning home from work, I couldn't tell they'd even entered the house. The level of workmanship was second to none, and Anthony's proffesionlism and dedication to his job is first class. He even visited a few days later to check all was okay and to ensure I was happy with the job carried out. I would have no hesitarion in recommend Anthony and Perry plumbing or heating to anyone. Our boiler is still under warranty but the manufacturer couldn’t get anyone out for 4 days. Perry Heating & Plumbing came out the same day and managed to get it working. I called them in the morning and they were with me within a few hours (in winter!). I really can’t thank them enough.

Our boiler recently stopped working unexpectedly on Thursday night, I called around to try to get someone to look at it and luckily came across Perry Plumbing and spoke to Anthony, they'll of the 6 companies I called they were the only company who agreed to come out that day even though it was after 5pm, having a newborn baby it was vitally important that we had it fixed asap. Anthony discussed costs to fix my very old boiler and gave me a very detailed and honest explanation of what a new boiler would cost with no pressure to commit to buy from them. Our boiler was already more than 15 years old so we were happy to replace it and after shopping around for comparisons on Friday was really happy to go with Perry for the excellent customer service they offer and high quality boiler package we chose. Given that we urgently needed if fitted Anthony was able to accommodate us and fit or new boiler system the next day and even tidied up after himself. Thank you so much, it was truly a blessing that I came across this company in that day. Anthony is a top bloke and would highly recommend.

We had a new boiler fitted in July , also additional work including new radiators . We were very impressed With Perry plumbing the quality of work, and experience and all there advise. The job was all done very quick and tidy . We would recommend them , and we will definitely be using them again .

Brilliant company. Our boiler broke and within a few days Perry Plumbing fitted us in for a new boiler to be installed. The price is extremely reasonable too. The only downfall is, the communication is not the best, but I think this is because they are so busy.

He came out the same day, exactly at the time he said, knew what the fault with my boiler was straight away, had the parts on his van, it was fixed in 45mins and at a lower cost than I'd been quoted from people whom couldn't come for days! Fantastic at what they do. Always get back to us and come when they say they will. They fitted a dishwasher for me in a really tricky spot in my kitchen and came out on Xmas Day to look at a leaky pipe in my garage. Would use again and again and highly recommend them to other people.

BEWARE, Classic case of telling me I needed a new boiler as couldn’t get replacement part (fan) any longer when that wasn’t true. Quoted silly amount for replacement. Subsequently checked with manufacture, got the part myself on line & had someone else fit it. Knew he was lying as it didn’t ring true and he spun a great big story about it, went on forever. Not sure what annoyed me more, the fact he was trying to rip me off or that he obviously thought I was stupid!

Having spoken to several bathroom installers we were pretty unimpressed with the offerings, until we came across Perry Plumbing & Heating quite by accident - they were recommended by another plumber who had just retired. From the initial meeting Anthony impressed us with his advice and professionalism, giving ideas and options for our small bathroom. His team were friendly and incredibly proficient throughout the work, with an incredible attention to detail and quality of the finish. The only downside was as they are so good they are in great demand, so you may have to wait to get the work done - but it's well worth the wait to get them working on your bathroom!
