Had a metre moved and needed a gas engineer to reconnect to the boiler, Dan was the man! Carried out the work on short notice and to a standard i expected. Nice and neat. I appreciated his services.

I hadn’t used DMS before. It was an emergency and some tradesmen would have taken advantage of that. But Dan and his team not only provided speedy assistance but they also handled the job in the most economic way. Highly recommended.

Dan and his team carried out a full bathroom re-fit. He was knowledgeable, polite, punctual and very tidy. He kept us informed as things went along, especially when we hit the inevitable snags, and even stayed late one night to make sure we wouldn’t be without a shower over the weekend. Found Daniel as he was a Google recommended Nest installer and can now definitely recommend him myself. Was round within the day to assess the job; I needed to get a stand as our previous thermostat was wireless. That arrived in a day and Daniel came the next day and had it installed and set up. Text throughout, arrived when he said he would, well priced. Will definitely be back for any future work we need.

Had new central heating fitted and a new combi boiler moved into the loft. Dan and Caleb worked really hard and made sure the job was finished to a really high standard. They respected our property at all times. Very good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Booked DMS for a boiler service as they were recommended to me, great communication for dates and times etc. arrived as agreed did a great job explained everything that was checked and also what maybe required in the future, will be using them again.

Absolutely amazing service from Dan. He was around within the hour of the initial call (helped he was on another job nearby). We've recently moved into a new property and with the weather turning noticed the (very old) boiler wasn't working very well. The pressure gauge was showing 1/2 bar when working and 0 when off. I tried looking for the fill loop but nowhere to be seen (not at the bottom of the boiler). Dan located it and filled it to the right amount - he must have taken pity on me for being a bit of a numpty (I was a little red faced when he showed me where it was located) because he didn't even charge a call out fee. Whilst he was here, I requested a quote for some additional work. He took the time to discuss my requirements and propose the most suitable option that would be beneficial for us. The quote was sent across within a few hours - and it was very reasonably priced. Thanks Dan

Dan from DMS was doing some plumbing work in our house as per call our builder, after his work we were pleased and we decided to call him again for doing some gas re-piping, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We appreciated his advices. We will use DMS again when needed

DMS INSTALLS is a local company based in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham. I rang them to install a new radiator in a bedroom, as the current one was not giving off enough heat. Daniel came & gave me a quote to replace it. He was very pleasant & polite & came & replaced the radiator at a reasonable price. The job was done promptly & he tidied up afterwards. I have asked him to come back & replace another two radiators downstairs so would definitely recommend him.

Daniel fixed a plumbing issue for me in a kitchen of my apartment and I have to say I was extra my satisfied with his service. He saved me money and was extremely honest about what he could do to fix the job, he’s very professional, punctual and responsive. You need workmen you can trust there are many dodgy ones out there I have had bad experiences in the past and it ends up costing you double and a lot of stress ! A friend recommended me to Daniel who had used him for years , and that’s the way forward on recommendation. So to anyone else wanting someone reliable and genuine I can highly recommend him.

We had a new boiler and some radiators previously fitted by Dan and were very impressed with his work. We therefore asked him to quote to have two bathrooms refitted which have just been completed. Dan is very professional and knowledgable and gives a high standard of work. We are extremely pleased with the results and would 100% recommend/ use Dan again. Having someone in your home that is friendly and you feel comfortable with is great and being a tidy worker is always a bonus.

We got Daniel’s number via a recommendation and we’re not disappointed. It was easy to arrange a time for a quite appointment, we received a written quote within a couple of days and once we had agreed what we wanted we had a date in the diary. So straightforward and a pleasant change from other contractors. Daniel turned up on time and completed the work we needed, we ‘made good’ and decorated ourselves but you can request that if you wish. Dms installs did a fantastic job at mine and mother's home. The fact the they did the boiler,the bathroom including a new sink,shower and toilet. Not forgetting installing a new boiler and gas Hobb. I would not have asked them again and again if they were not good at their job.

I found this service to be very responsive to my personal requirements. He may be slightly more expensive compared to other providers but you do get your monies worth and more with results you will be extremely satisfied with. He is very friendly, trustworthy, and puntuctal individual.
