I had Aircon fitted in my bedroom and living room and have been impressed from start to finish. They left no mess and had dust sheets and protective coverings for all furniture I was unable to move. Installation went exactly as planned, with clearing up undertaken as the job progressed. I asked Infinity Air Conditioning to take a look at my air conditioning units, which had been leaking ever since they were installed. It would have been easy (and expensive) for him to take the long route—shutting everything down, removing the units, and digging around for the issue. Instead, he took the time to investigate properly and discovered, by peering through a small gap behind the unit, that the original installers had incorrectly fitted the drain pipes. A few spare parts later, and the problem was fixed—no more leaks. What really stood out was his commitment to come back within 24 hours if the issue reappeared. That level of service is a world apart from the treatment I got from the larger local competitor, who not only did a poor job initially but showed little interest in fixing it properly. We’ll be getting him back next year to install more units, and I wholeheartedly recommend you give him a try. He may not have the loud, polished marketing machine of the "big" names, but after dealing with their too-busy-to-care attitude, I can say this guy is more knowledgeable, more reasonable, and much more trustworthy.

Greg installed an air conditioning unit wall mounted unit in my new beauty salon and it’s been an absolute game changer especially in this heatwave. It’s so quiet and cools the room down so quickly but it also heated the salon in the winter. Greg was so lovely to work with and was super quick and not messy at all! Highly recommend!!

Greg did a fantastic job installing air conditioning in 7 rooms in our house with a total of 3 outdoor units. He communicated well from the beginning of the process, came to quote, and put up with a lot of back and forth as we dithered about what we wanted. When we were interested in units that worked well with home assistant, Greg had the bright idea of putting us in touch with a previous customer who had used home assistant. Greg and Trevor came and did the work very efficiently over a 4 day period. They were very considerate and polite. When we unexpectedly needed access to one of the rooms one morning, he immediately offered to swich the order they were doing the rooms in to make it easier for us. The result looks good. Would recommend!

Greg was absolutely brilliant, from start to finish. Unlike two other companies I contacted for quotes, Greg took the time to visit my house, in order to properly inspect the area and listen to my requirements before designing a solution and offering a cost. My install was then booked in, and everything went exactly to plan... they arrived on time, on the right day, with the right equipment and knew exactly what they were doing. Everything was installed with minimum fuss, with no mess left behind, and the unit works just as he had said it would. Honestly, I could not have been happier nor asked for anything more with the whole experience.
