When I called the phone was answered within a couple of rings. The staff were incredibly polite and knowledgeable and although I needed two calls outs the response was the same each time. On both occasions the plumbers arrived exactly when I was told to expect them and they knew exactly what they were doing and fixed the problem explaining what was wrong. They then described what they had done and replaced and then fully checked the system before leaving. I would highly recommend PJH Co to anyone who needs a decent, qualified and professional plumber.

Thought this company only did ‘big’ jobs. They did an excellent transformation of my bathroom; I cannot thank them enough. They even vacuumed up after they had finished, this shows that they paid attention to detail!

PJH have recently conducted my annual boiler service during which it was identified that a filter needed to be replaced. A replacement part was ordered accordingly and fitted at the first opportunity. The plumber involved is Dave Ellison who is always a pleasure to deal with and he was very effectively supported by the customer service team at PJH . Thankyou .

Henry was on time and was able to promptly figure out and fix a leak in our new build home. Henry was very informative about the valves we needed to turn and the piping that was causing an issue by a poorly fitted hot tap by the previous contractor on the project. Thank you Henry!

Had a leak in heating system, same day visit to evaluate and repair implemented in few days much to my satisfaction. Will use again as very impressed with everyone at the company in the way they dealt with me. A few weeks later had a problem with bathroom toilet not refilling cistern properly and contacted PJH whose staff were superb and visited following day and repaired a few days later after part obtained. Couldn’t ask for better service and will use again.

PJH have always been responsive and very professional during our 12 month renovation project and for the service/maintenance thereafter, especially Holly.

We decided to connvert our main bathroom to a walk in shower and contacted Alison Saunders at PJH AT Sharnbrook, and we are so glad we did. The response was very quick, Phil came to see us with suggestions and a very acceptable quote. One od their installment team was due back from holiday named Harry who was allocated the job. and ow lucky we have been. he was most diligent, experienced, very tidy and a joy to have him undertaking this work. He was a pleasure to have working in our house. The finished installation is simply superb leaving us completly satisfied and we woud most certainly recommend the Company to all.

We needed a new oil Tank at our bungalow in potterspury and PJH came out to quote they got the written quote to us within a couple of days! We agreed to go ahead and the start date confirmed Rob & Jacob came along and explained how the process would work they made sure that we weren’t without heating completed day one! Area left safe and tidy! Rob & Jacob came back bright and early the next day completed the installation made sure the heating was working properly cleared all of the debris and washed the patio left everything in perfect condition Thank you Rob & Jacob would highly recommended PJH

Thank you PJH for updating our underfloor heating and replacing our radiators with more efficient ones at short notice in time for Christmas. The PJH installers (heating engineers and electricians) were courteous and arrived promptly each day. The work was completed on time and to a high standard.

Shout out to PJH ! I am a manager of a care home , we had a problem with our heating and hot water. Our system required a part that would take a few days to be delivered. The engineer (Liam) was lovely he was very professional and sympathetic to our circumstances. He worked quickly , efficiently causing no disruption to the running of our residential home. Amazing !! Just had a new combi boiler fitted (and relocated) by PJH, and the 2 engineers (Elliott 1 and Elliott 2). So, so happy with the work. They arrived on time, were polite and efficient, very tidy and cleaned up all mess, and above all have done a very professional job. Also had a very fast quoting process and were thankfully available quickly so we could get the job done before the cold weather really kicks in. Would highly recommend them and will use them again ourselves in future where possible as we continue with our house renovation!

All of the trades people coming through our door are amazing. Really skilled at what they do, friendly to be around which always makes the experience that bit easier, and tidy. They're all very professional and we trust them completely to give us their honest opinions and advice. All the guys are great but shout out to Chris Chapman who goes over and above and Ben who is doing a sterling job for us.

We used PJH for the first time recently to undertake some plumbing and carpentry works at the school. They arrived early and completed all the works to a very high standard within timescales. We asked PJH to complete our annual boiler service. The plumber arrived on time and started work promptly. He went out of his way to service the boiler thoroughly and, when he finished, he left the area spotlessly clean and tidy. The cost of a service has increased over the years, like everything else, but the amount PJH charges seems to be below inflation and very reasonable for the quality of their work.

From start to finish they where very professional from the office staff to Layton who installed are new Shower everything was left clean and tidy.Would highly recommend.

PJH impressed throughout our project and provided us with the perfect customer experience. Having first assessed the urgency of our work PJH arranged to visit at a time that suited us. Ben carried out the initial survey and took the time to talk us through the work involved- it was so reassuring. We are delighted with our new unvented hot water system which has been installed on time and within budget. Ben carried out the installation and impressed both with his professional and interpersonal Skills which not only ensured the project , which wasn’t straightforward was a success but that we were kept fully informed as the project progressed and ensured we understood how the system works.

The engineer was very professional & helpful. Our boiler is quite old and needed a little extra part to complete the repair which the engineer was able to source locally very quickly and install on the same afternoon. Very pleased with this service.
