My husband and I are extremely thrilled with the work carried out by Ignite. They kept us informed as to progress and talked us through any issues that arose during the project. They were courteous, considerate and we had every confidence in what they were doing. This confidence was not misplaced- our bathroom is stunning! I would certainly recommend them.
Excellent all round. Needed a heating engineer urgently and called Ceirain on the basis of his 5* reviews. He was with us within 25 minutes of the call and was able to diagnose and fix the boiler issue within 15 minutes. No hesitation in recommending him and giving him 5* for immediate response and service.

Excellent service, quick and efficient! Would definitely recommend Ceirain and team for anything boiler related, helped me out when I couldn't get an emergency engineer to sort the problem out.
Cierain has replaced 3 taps for me (2 x shower and 1 x kitchen) and fitted a new combi boiler. Each piece of work has been done extremely well and to a high standard. The shower taps were complicated (they looked the same but the pipe size was different) as was the boiler (flue in a complex position and new pipes needed) but he worked very hard to get it all done right, and he kindly worked late one evening to finish it. I am very pleased with the work. Cierain is also very bright, professional and cheery and I would not hesitate to ask him to do work for me again. For the boiler his assistant Jack was great too, friendly and competent. Cierain also helped me find the right kitchen tap and for the best price which I appreciated. All in, great service!
I would thoroughly recommend Ignite for all heating and plumbing jobs, residential or commercial. Ceirain provides a great service, knowledgeable, friendly and competitively priced.
5* service for my gas safety certificate. I also had a leak on my boiler and and a small leak from the mains side not only did Kerian fix the small leak he also called up and arranged SGN to come and fix the gas leak. If your looking for a company that goes that extra mile this is the one !
Great service , very knowledgable. Polite and friendly arrived promptly fixed my issue quickly will always use IGNITE for all my plumbing and heating. Would recommend them to anybody without doubt thank you for all your help Ceirain.
