Absolutely thrilled by the service we received today. We have 2 Aircon units but never had them serviced. I called Goodins last week and booked in a service, Danny gave me the quote over the phone but added any parts would be extra. Rob arrived on time and was totally professional, efficient and polite completing our service of both units within an hour. I didn’t realise that you should get your air conditioner serviced at least once a year. Have not used the company personally but the driving I have witnessed is absolutely perfect. Preparing ahead for people to overtake slower moving traffic on the motorway is top tier m20 5:20am london bound thank that driver!
Incredible value and excellent service. Fitted a new air con unit for my garden office. It works really well and is super quiet. The day of fitting was quick and mess-free. I couldn't be happier. I genuinely am amazed how good it is considering the price I paid. Can't recommend them enough!

Danny and his colleague were efficient, professional and very clean and tidy. We had specific requests around the installation due to the needs of a disabled family member and they were very kind, understanding and respectful of this.
Speedy response to the issue with my air conditioning. Arrived on time, updated me on the issue and resolved within the hour! Perfect in every sense and highly recommend.

I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a service or repair to their a/c unit. There were excellent communications and service throughout with the company. Very knowledgeable engineer who diagnosed the problem with a/c unit quickly. Carried out prompt repairs on the spot. System now operating fully again after one unit had failed to cool. Also included a flush of the system to clean the bacteria.
Communication was prompt and excellent at every stage, the installation looks great and Danny and Adam were both helpful and professional throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending.

Danny arrived exactly on time, discussed the problem with me like a doctor taking a case history and stayed around to see if it would show up. When it turned out to be very simple to fix without doing much to the unit, he didn't find excuses to replace parts or do more work than was necessary, just showed me how to run it from now on and everything is fine. I wish all trade call-outs were like this.
