Such a great experience from these lads. Efficient and clean. I did reach out back in 2022 but only just decided to go through with install this year and they’ve been friendly and polite all the way.

Highly recommend, from the survey to the works everything was fantastic. The team are professional, polite and carried out the work to a high standard and left no mess. Answered all of our questions and showed us how to use.

Martin and his team of installers Harry and Leo fitted 4 Panasonic heat/cool units at your home. 3 for the bedrooms and 1 in the home office. Already making a big difference with the cooler weather and with those hotter summers we are getting now they will be a godsend. I’d highly recommend AK if you’re thinking of doing the same in your own home or office.

Used these guys for a couple of installations in our dental practice. They are always on time efficient and professional in every way. They even clean up after themselves. I would highly recommend them. Martin is always available to help with any questions you need answering and the men (sorry I can’t remember their names) who have done both installations are fantastic a great team

I knew nothing about this company before I Googled Air Conditioning companies near me. After doing a bit of digging and reading all the reviews, I decided to contact AK Air Conditioning for a quote. Martin was very approachable and booked me in for a survey. His team are very professional and knowledgeable. They discussed various options for fitting one unit in the lounge and one in the main bedroom running off one external unit. The quote was very competitive so I went ahead. The installation was very good and they were sympathetic to the aesthetics and making sure I was happy with everything. I am very happy with the installation and the neatness of the job. Excellent communication from Martin during the whole process from the initial call and making sure I was happy with the installation. I would definitely recommend using this company.

At the age of 75 I have had a lot of dealings with various companies and tradesmen doing work in my home and I can honestly say that AK Air Conditioning, in Ashford, Kent have been the best of them all !! They submitted a competitive quote which we accepted and the work was done on the date promised and completed on time. The two men who did the installation were presentable, very professional and friendly , very efficient and importantly left no mess for us to clear up. Our whole house was air conditioned in 2 days and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wanting air conditioning.

Superb company, excellent installation of three Panasonic units and a condenser over a three storey town house. I highly recommend AK Air Conditioning who are a local business from the first survey to the 3 day installation nothing was too much trouble for Martin and his professional team.We are thoroughly pleased with all aspects of the installation and attention to detail. Thanks Martin.

Excellent Customer Service!!!! I recently had an air conditioning system installed at my home by AK Air Conditioning, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire process. From start to finish, the service was nothing short of exceptional. The team demonstrated remarkable professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. From the moment I contacted the company, their customer service team was attentive and accommodating. They patiently answered all my questions, provided a clear explanation of the options available, and helped me select the best system tailored to my needs. Their transparency about costs and timelines was refreshing and gave me confidence in their expertise. The installation team arrived right on time and wasted no time getting to work. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and worked seamlessly together. It was evident that they were highly skilled in their craft. The crew took great care to ensure everything was installed perfectly and left no mess behind. They even walked me through the system's features and provided tips for optimal use and maintenance. I contacted this company as the reviews were excellent and now I know why. Martin and David are very professional and courteous. David installed my units and was very respectful of my property ensuring I was happy with his work and that he cleaned up afterwards. Due to severe weather conditions, David came back to finish the job on a Sunday. Service was above and beyond expectations. Very happy, thanks guys and thanks to George his apprentice. Everything about the installation from the original quote through to completion was great. We were kept informed at all times as the work proceeded. Would recommend AK Air Conditioning

I really can’t recommend this company highly enough. We enquired about prices one day and had two units installed in two upstairs bedrooms only a week later, and just in time for the scorching weather. Martin is personable and professional and the workmanship and attention to detail from the installer, Dave and the young lad working with him is second to none. Cleared up after themselves and left everything tidy. This company gets a 5 star rating from us.! 👍 07.06.22 - Had our aircon units serviced today by Dave. After care service is absolutely first class, which in my opinion is equally as important as the installation itself. A fab company run by genuinely nice, honest people. Keep up the good work guys!

Had a/c installed The process from beginning to end was amazing …thorough and easy to contact Workmanship is phenomenal Thank you 😊

Really please with my new air-con system. Professionally installed and was all up and running quickly. Very happy.

Excellent service from Martin and Dave. They came out to look at my property the first day I called for an enquiry. Communication and knowledge were brilliant and less than a week after confirming I wanted to go ahead I have two units in my house. Dave's attention to detail when fitting was great, as were his efforts to clean up after himself. It wasn't the easiest installation due to how my house was built but Dave was excellent throughout. A thoroughly professional and friendly business and very much recommended.

Very Quick and responsive. Come out and looked and found the problems. They them come back to pick all the fridges up and took them back to there workshop and was back in a few days and everything was explained what they was doing from ordering parts to fitting them. A**** service would use again and highly recommend!

Graet service. Deliverd and fitted under a week by Dave, left clean and tidy. Good communication from Martin. Really pleased nice and warm!

Martin is a lovely guy, very friendly and professional. I had a service carried out on a Panasonic split AC unit in the office at home. He explained what he was going to do and then got on and done it, afterwards he gave me a run down and a very reasonable bill. Would definitely recommend using AK Air Conditioning.

Martin’s a really friendly & helpful guy who likes to do a good job & actually clean up afterwards as well what’s not to like. I would definitely recommend him.

Top quality friendly service 10/10 friendly communication lovely person to do business with my air con was excellent after he's services

Review from AW AK AC has been excellent from start to finish. I’d debated getting an AC for years and put it off due to the many ACs on offer and the installation needed. I shouldn’t have worried Martin came promptly and listened carefully to our requirements after which he very efficiently and promptly sent us a quote. Martin was courteous, polite, a good listener and knowledgeable. It has been a delight to deal with him and his company. Prompt, excellent, efficient, professional and courteous service. The installation of the AC was also professional, efficient, effective and careful. It was done swiftly with the least hassle. Dave and George were courteous, professional and got on with the work at hand. They were clean and cleared all rubbish afterwards. Left my area clean and cool - thanks to the AC. My grateful and big thanks to Martin, Dave and George for making the buying and installation of the AC so smooth and painless. A delighted, grateful and thankful customer.

Recommended from a family member. Prices are very reasonable, their work is tidy and they talked us through exactly how to use the kit. Very happy with the installation. Thanks.

excellent service, done within 30-45 mins, drive back home with ice cold air was worth it (Y)

Thank you so much for sorting my air conditioning in the car, great service from the second I inquired. Done quickly and very friendly highly recommended 😊

Brilliant guys. Great system installed.

We had a 4 way multi split air conditioning system installed in our house by AK Air Conditioning in 2018. Martin helped us choose the system that was suited to our situation and although the installation was delayed (wrong parts sent by the manufacturer) Martin kept us constantly updated. We were very impressed by the neatness of the pipework and the Mitsubishi unit's recommend to us are fantastic and are a blessing during this hot weather. Definitely worth the investment for a good comfortable nights sleep.

Massive thanks to Martin for installing my air con unit! Martin gave me plenty of options and advice based on experience as to what would suit my needs and budget. I opted for a Mitsubishi unit and with a quick pre survey of the site, Martin arrived with all the materials needed to make the install as fast and neat as it could be. I contract hundreds of electricians in my day job, and the trunking/install is as neat as I’ve seen. Martin also give invaluable advice even when your budget doesn’t match the costs of work. I’m currently looking for a second unit in a bedroom and don’t want anything flash. Again, considering a second hand unit, Martin gave me a few to look at and I know that when it’s installed they will meet his exacting standards. Top work, cannot recommended enough……

Found Martin from AK Air-conditioning online. Had a unit installed into a bedroom, was very pleased with the professional service and very reasonable price. Had another 2 further units installed by Martin. Would use Martin again and strongly recommend to others.

We were really pleased with the planning and installation of the air conditioning unit fitted to our house. The service was excellent, thank you. The installer did a brilliant job - very hard working and tidy. We were very pleased with how he had cleared up afterwards too. Would thoroughly recommend A++

From order to installation my AK Airconditioning unit was installed in just 1 week by a very polite, professional member of staff who left my room spotless. Thank you.

Explained what was going where and why. Very conscientious whilst installation is being carried out even with COVID-19. Can highly recommend a fair priced excellent service from this company. A service you can trust.
