I cannot rate Thames Windows and Doors enough. From the minute I stepped into the showroom to the last minute of the installation everything was outstanding. Everyone I encountered was utterly professional, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. I was kept informed all the way through the process about progress, which was very much appreciated. The actual fitting was carried out with care and precision. The fitters were very clean and tidy. And the product was made and fitted to an extremely high standard, with the finishings being exceptional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Thames Windows and will likely use them again in the future.

I had such wonderful service from this company, the lead up to choosing the windows and the attention to details was excellent. We fitted 5 rooms windows and after few months Kids room’s window fallen down. Luckly nobody was in the room when happened,I called them to come strait away but they didn’t. Came the next day to shut temporarily but won’t be able to open, said come and fix following week though really bad communication and didn’t hear from them. The window parts took good few weeks but and arranged someone came before the parts arrived, since the parts came trying to ask anyone so asked to call or WhatsApp me but they don’t even answer back. We can’t open the window in heat as dangerous. Also the parts which should hold the heavy window look really fragile and not strong enough. Also wasn’t happy with the fitter as they didn’t use enough foams and finishing is really rough. I have to write here as sadly no one is answering the phone and no reply to my messages. We need Argent FIX. Please send someone as nearly A MONTH since incident.

Avoid, one of the luxury of window companies is theres a lot of choice! Do not make my mistake, choose a different installer. My window broke whilst in warranty. It was only installed last summer. The fix when an installer came round, meant the window no longer open to any degree and was unclose-able. Ive had a one word explanation of regulations. My window broke over 6 weeks ago, and the fix was applied two weeks ago. Fundamentally anyone can now walk into this room of my house. Im unable to be given a date for any kind of fix. And whenever I call, I just get told a tickets been raised. If you value security or customer service after you’ve paid. Chose a different window installer.

The Company recently installed a large sliding window across my balcony. I am delighted with both the quality window and the great customer service received. It was a pleasure to work with all the team. A five star job from start to finish! Sean (Sales) expertly coordinated the whole process. Unlike all other companies asked to quote he made a site visit and spent time here to discuss the practicalities of installation. This was complicated by the presence of exposed gas pipes just below the balcony and my concerns in this regard. Sometimes one just knows when you are dealing with a good company and so it proved. Operations Manager Nick made a site visit prior to the window being ordered to ensure everything was in order and to assess the issue of the gas pipes. He was also present during the installation to ensure it all went smoothly. Fitters Peter and Tom arrived on site punctually and did an excellent job taking great care to ensure no damage to the gas pipes. On completion the window was cleaned and the site left clean and tidy. The whole team was very professional, helpful and friendly and provided both a quality window as well as an outstanding level of service in all respects. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending the Company.

We used Thames Windows and Doors based on a recommendation from friends. We were not disappointed. They were a pleasure from start to finish, providing excellent personal advice which saved us making a big mistake on the design. The guys were patient throughout and the quality of the work was first class. Matt was very clean and tidy along with the brilliant workmanship. Quality product as well. Steve, Nick and Matt were all a pleasure to work with....all genuinely nice blokes who ensure you are 100% happy.

From the very first phone call I knew they'd be the right team for our project. Steve came to look at the job within a day when other companies couldn't be bothered to call me back, and sent me a very detailed quote quickly. Nick then did a thorough measure up to ensure everything was perfect and the project was booked in. Lastly, Matt the super fitter took such care over our installation and cleaned up afterwards, we just couldn't be happier. We now have beautiful windows and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Thames team.

Where do I start - Sean Kelly has been an absolute pleasure in helping me find a solution during an incredibly stressful period. Unfortunately I suffered a break-in, which was nerve-racking in it self. This was further amplified by the fact it’s taken me more than 2 months to find the correct piece of glass. Out of all the people that I have liaised with, Sean has been a godsend in going above and beyond what is required of him. He has been incredibly patient and solution driven in helping me when there have been constant hurdles. The original glass I had in place is not something Velfac manufacture anymore and it’s impossible to get a like to like product in the UK. I was promised a similar product and was unfortunately messed around by another glazier, with time and money spent on the incorrect product. I am now getting this placed as a special order to match my existing glass, and this is all because Sean connected me to the right people who could assist. Thank you Sean! We are very happy with our new windows and doors and so impressed with this company, definitely exceeded expectations. From first contact with Sean right through to installation the procedure was smooth, professional and thorough. They really listened to what we wanted, gave excellent advice and suggestions to maximise the quality and appearance. We particularly love the stable door ' effect which we couldn't even envisage til it was installed. Matt, the fitter is a true professional, nothing too much trouble.
