Our new heritage sash windows look fantastic. We wished we replaced our wooden ones years ago. No one can believe the news ones are not wood! Everyone we dealt with has been very helpful and professional. The surveyor and fitters were really lovely guys. The actual fitting was so smooth, there was no mess and it was a quick process. The guys at the shop were all really friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Hampton Court Windows as a reliable, trustworthy and efficient company.

Great service from start to finish. We were replacing a rotten timber window in an awkward to reach place, and went for upvc for the first time – and it looks absolutely fab. Much better than I imagined, and infinitely better than the old wooden window.

I highly recommend Hampton Court Windows. I had a new front door, to replace my badly fitting old door. The whole process was very reassuring, with lots of attention to detail, and lots of care taken to ensure the product would be right for the property. I live on a busy road, and this well fitting door has greatly reduced traffic noise, which has made a significant difference to my quality of life. The locking mechanism also feels much more secure than the one I had previously. I felt like a valued customer at every stage - I didn't feel rushed to make a decision. It's clear that this company takes pride in doing a good job and providing good service.

A top quality service from initial enquiry to completion of project, the whole HCW team Paul, Connie, Pete, Dave & Jack really paid attention to the customer needs and gave a quality service offering their expertise, advice and response to technical questions along the way. This is not the first time that we have used HCW so we were happy to return. This particular project was a large house refurbishment project in Teddington including an external Garden Room, the project included Bereco Sliding Sash Windows & Origin Aluminium Windows & Doors. The colours to some of the items were non standard but were able to be accommodated. We are really satisfied with the end result and the process of getting there. Just had our sash windows replaced and so pleased with the results. The quality is superb and the service from start to finish was excellent. Andrew was happy to recommend things, listening to our preferences, and clearly understood what was important to us. There was no hard sell and we weren’t rushed on decisions, which was appreciated. The fitters, Lewis & Max, were brilliant - great with our dog and kept things tidy with disruption to a minimum. The whole experience was smooth and with such a lovely result we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

It was good to support a local firm. Excellent personal advice and support. I had a front door and surrounds fitted. All stages of the process were perfect, as was the final result. Everyone turned up, and on time! The two fitters worked really hard, and were very professional and tidy. My family made a special visit to view it :)

Surpassed our expectations! This is the second time we’ve had Hampton Court Windows fit windows for us. We loved the Residence 9 collection and the timeless look of the windows so had our double glazing replaced throughout. The best bit though was replacing our conservatory windows which required a mix of Residence 9 and a bespoke roof which HCW had specially made for us. The work completed this weekend after some serious effort from David and Jack throughout the week to get everything installed. Their attention to detail is superb and they clearly take pride in their work. It’s been a pleasure working with the whole team at HCW. Our only regret now is that there’s no more windows to replace so we won’t have need to work with them again in the near future!

A really good local company that sees the job through from start to finish. A bit of a blip between surveyor and fitter on time that it would take to fit the windows (on the day) but all good in the end, I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of having new panes and doors.

Recent work carried out by Hampton Court Windows is the third time I have used the company. Why look anywhere else when you have found a company providing an overall A* service. The work carried out is always done to a very high standard. There is never any difficulty contacting the company who always answer any questions without simultaneously trying to sell you something else. We are very pleased with the work that Hampton Court Windows carried out. We changed a wide set of upvc windows in a top floor dormer, and discovered that this had not been fitted correctly in the 80's giving rise to leaks above our bedroom ceiling. Lewis made an excellent job of refitting the new window and ensuring that any rain entering would go out under the new sill as it should have done. We also changed a very old aluminium window that had replaced the original sash window. Again this new window was more in keeping with the Edwardian style of windows in the house.

A very positive experience all round - from the realistic, no-nonsense quote (a rare bonus in the industry!) through to the installation by two highly competent and delightful fitters. Paul Kennedy is clearly very experienced in the business and was patient and efficient when answering our queries as he put the quote together for us. David and Tyler fitted replaced our conservatory glass roof, the kitchen lantern roof and the kitchen windows. Some aspects of this job were quite tricky but they were great. They kept us informed, were punctual, tidy and considerate. They did a great job and I would certainly be happy to recommend them.

Hampton Court Windows recently installed beautiful bifold doors to our sitting room. I can't fault them - they were courteous and professional throughout and did a super job on installation. I would always favour a company where you know who you are dealing with throughout, and this is a great exampe of a small team working well together to get the customer the best outcome.

I recently had two bi-fold doors fitted to replace old PVC doors and could not be happier with the result. The whole process has been brilliant, from the customer service from the showroom staff to the super efficient fitters. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Hampton Court Windows.

The integration of the new doors with the existing aperture, inside and outside, was faultless and in fact showed how much my original builders bodged the installation of the doors they supplied with my extension. If I want more doors or windows I'd go back without question, says it all really.

Just had aluminium windows from Hampton Court Windows. From start to finish we've had great service and the new windows are fabulous. Very happy to recommend them.

We needed seven replacement double glazed windows because they had ‘blown’. Andrew Denning came and gave us an estimate which was reasonable. Zador came and did the accurate measurements. The windows were ready within a week. Zador and his young assistant removed and replaced the windows quietly and efficiently and tidied up beautifully. They were diligent regarding mask wearing and sanitising and shoe changing. The windows are perfect. I can thoroughly recommend Hampton Court Windows.

I approached Hampton Court Windows earlier this year to replace old sash windows at my Victorian era property. I honestly can’t praise this company enough. In 2021 after a bad experience with a competitor I turned to these guys and they were so professional. Paul and Andrew so helpful, Peter the surveyor so methodical and the fitters were an absolute delight to work with. I had the benefit of two sets of fitters due to holidays so it wasn’t a one off. Graham and Grant, David and Ian, all cut from the same cloth. Friendly, quick, expert craftsmanship and exceptionally tidy. Last but not least did I mention the windows and doors? Stunning. We had two bay windows, 5 french casements and a bifold door so smooth that you can open and close with one finger. Passers by have stopped to talk about the windows and I’ve passed them onto Hampton Court Windows. Fast forward 2 years to 2023 and pleased to report absolutely nothing has changed. This fantastic company came back to do some more work for me and service, price, quality and fitting are still of an exceptional high standard. Many thanks to all the team. After sales support is appalling. We recently had some conservatory windows replaced. We were very happy with the result but at the first heavy rain we were flooded. The fitters David and Ian appeared but were clearly not at all interested and fobbed us off blaming a hot summer. We have since had an engineer to inspect the roof and it is clear that the seal is broken and a ridge cover dislodged. We will have to get another company involved to repair the leak.

Whilst the work only involved a single window, HC Windows were really honest about the best options and explained that due to accessibility issues, a scaffold would have to be erected. Paul, Andrew, Graham and Grant were brilliant. The only company out of three (who quoted) to mention sight-line windows, (which actually look much better). Graham and Grant installed our windows, were fussy and took their time / did an excellent job. Overall the property looks a lot better and is much warmer. I’d highly recommend.

A really friendly, attentive and efficient service both in terms of pre-sales and installation. Supportive in the choice of window, reliable in keeping us informed about delivery times, and trustworthy and clean installers. New windows are never cheap but these seem good value for money as well.

I had a large 3m by 1.5m set of windows replaced in my living room lounge this week. Dave and Ian (father and son) team of installers, Andrew the surveyor and Paul the owner at Hampton Court were really good. I have no reservations in recommending these guys. Dave and Ian were polite, pleasant and professional - went beyond the normal, to source matching quarry tiles, reroute a TV cable and refix my curtain rail. It is these little things that really count, I was dubious about Paul's sales promises and Andrews survey initially but they all delivered in full and beyond my expectations. I am very happy customer. I say use them and challenge them to maintain the very high level of service, I do hope they build a great little business on these strengths.

I needed new windows to replace the original 1930s single glazed units across my entire house, I had previously been in touch with Andrew when he was at Cheam windows. With winter approaching I placed the order and everything was completed within a month! Ian and David did a fantastic job installing the windows with a really neat finish.
