Ordered and fitted a new Solidor and side panels to the from of our house. Phil kept in contact and answered all of our questions during the ordering process to ensure all aspects of the door were as we required. Barry thoroughly went through all the aspects of the installation during his survey. Paul and Jordan did a smooth and tidy installation, checking with us for the fitment of accessories and that all was finished to our satisfaction. Paul gave a full explanation of the door locking function and tips to using and looking after the door. A great process from start to finish.

Avoid! Less than 5 years into their work, both bifolds and skylight installed by this company is failing. They don’t transfer guarantee across owners, speaking highly of their confidence in durability. Skylight’s outside sealing is all breaking, handles of bifolds don’t work and locking mechanism is also broken. Customer service regarding service is horrendous, with no follow-ups or real care. Might look impressive upon installation,? But o would not use this company for long lasting quality of installation.

The whole experience has been great and I cannot rate GHI windows highly enough. Tim & Tom our fitters have been exemplary, leaving the place spotless every day. Thank you!

Brilliant, helpful and caring service from initial enquiries with staff on the phone, email, and then viewing the products at their nearby showroom. The surveyor was very precise and the installation team were very quick, professional and did a first rate job in removing and disposing of our old window and installing the new bifolds. Pricing was excellent being about 1/2 the price of another company that quoted me. I was so very happy to receive a nice discount from GHI by the manager.

We've used GHI twice now for windows, doors and a skylight. A great experience, especially the fitter Tony.

So impressed with GHI Windows. I found their ultra-slim frame sliding doors on Instagram of all places...having never made an Instagram purchase in my life. They're based in Surrey, but were happy to supply to me down in Folkestone on the South-East coast. The sales chap, Jim, was very helpful (including providing help at 10pm on a Saturday night over Whatsapp due to me worrying about the size of the door opening ready for the installation on Monday...and winding me up about buying things on instagram). Everything was delivered well within committed timescales, and the install team were very efficient and helpful. The doors themselves are great quality too. Attached a few pictures. Size is 5.6m x 2.2m - Ultraglide 3. They look incredible!! Thanks to Jim & all the GHI team.

We had lots of good advice from Sean in the Weybridge showroom, the installation was carried out by Tony and Harry who did a great job. they were friendly, on time and kept everything clean and tidy. Just had our first floor and ground floor windows fitted by Tony K and Harry from GHI Windows. The finish is excellent and they worked so quickly and efficiently, leaving very little mess and very minor redecoration to do, which was impressive. Both were a credit to the company and a pleasure to meet. The sales and account team were all great barring a hiccup in the first instance that Tom quickly and politely dealt with. We're the sixth people on our street to use GHI, and will add our recommendation to the happy list of customers in our area. Well done GHI for providing such good, communicative service!

The point up to installation day was okay. The installers pleasant and hardworking. Issues experienced were product made to order not the right size (large whole piece kitchen roof window) and installers told to ‘make it work’ poor communication led us to not have confidence here especially when paying over £4k for a window you want to be reassured its perfectly fit and bespoke. The biggest issue was the job left unfinished and told a fitter would be back the next morning to complete. Then no show. Lots of frustrating phone calls and eventually got someone to totally re-assess the work and finish the job. Poor Communication between internal colleagues and poor level of customer service skills here were what turned it into a negative experience for us and despite being a re pear customer we won’t be using GHI again.

Good experience from start to completion. Knowledgeable sales with clear details of different options and an explanation of GHI's contract and responsibilities. Competent and accurate measurements. Asa and Jake were prompt and professional in installing 11 sash windows with little disruption to us and they are excellent ambassadors for GHI ensuring customer satisfaction.

Excellent service. We changed our front door and our windows and we’re very happy with the results . The windows installation was cancelled last minute but the customer service helped us to reschedule fairly quickly.
